Description

Durable antibacterial easy-to-dye hydrophilic polyester fiber fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to a divisional application of a durable antibacterial easy-dyeing hydrophilic polyester fiber fabric and a preparation method thereof, wherein the application date is 2018, 4 months and 4 days, and the application number is 201810301257.9. The invention belongs to the technical field of polyester fiber fabrics, and relates to a durable antibacterial easy-dyeing hydrophilic polyester fiber fabric.
Background
The polyester fiber is a synthetic fiber obtained by spinning polyester formed by polycondensation of organic dibasic acid and dihydric alcohol. The polyester fiber produced in large scale is made of polyethylene terephthalate, and the Chinese trade name is terylene. The polyester fiber has the advantages of high strength, high modulus, good elasticity and light resistance, good dimensional stability, easy washing and quick drying, and the like, and is a popular textile material.
But because the molecular structure of the polyester is arranged regularly, the crystallinity is high, the modulus is large, the polar functional group is lacked, the moisture absorption of the fiber is poor, the moisture regain of the fiber is only 0.4 percent under the standard environment, and the moisture regain of the natural fiber cotton reaches 7.5 percent; the conventional polyester fiber dyeing needs to be carried out under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure of 130 ℃, and a large amount of energy is consumed; the polyester fiber also has the problems of easy generation of bacteria and the like; the problems of poor hygroscopicity and dyeing property of polyester fibers, easy generation of bacteria and the like restrict further development of polyester technology in many occasions. Researchers are always striving to pursue the goal of preparing a fiber which has the advantages of moisture absorption performance, quick drying performance, softness performance and the like and simultaneously has the excellent mechanical properties of polyester fiber.
For example, chinese patent CN201410037950.1 relates to a method for preparing highly hydrophilic dyeable polyester fiber, which can be widely used for preparing moisture-absorbing sweat-releasing antistatic fiber; chinese patent CN201510866954.5 provides a mesoporous zirconium phosphate loaded nano-silver antibacterial polyester fiber which has the characteristic of lasting antibacterial effect. But the performance of the two is single.
