1. The hydrophilic, antibacterial and high-color-absorption polyester-acrylic composite silk fabric is characterized by mainly comprising the following raw material components: a water-locking inner base layer and two bacteriostatic water-absorbing surface layers.
The bacteriostatic water-absorbing surface layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 37-50 parts of modified cotton fiber and 10-15 parts of modified bamboo fiber;
the water locking inner base layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of polyester fiber, 5-10 parts of cotton fiber and 5-10 parts of super absorbent resin.
2. The hydrophilic, antibacterial and high-color-absorption polyester composite filament fabric according to claim 1, wherein the modified cotton fibers and the modified bamboo fibers are doped with silver ion powder at the inner sides.
3. The hydrophilic, bacteriostatic and high-color-absorption polyester composite silk fabric according to claim 1, wherein the hydrophilic, bacteriostatic and high-color-absorption polyester composite silk fabric is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight of a bacteriostatic water-absorbing surface layer, namely a water-locking inner base layer and a bacteriostatic water-absorbing surface layer, namely 1:1.5: 1.
4. A preparation method of a hydrophilic, antibacterial and high-color-absorption polyester composite silk fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) adding silver ion powder and cotton fibers into a reactor, stirring and pulping, heating to 235-260 ℃ for reaction, cooling, slicing and drawing to obtain modified cotton fibers;
(2) adding silver ion powder and bamboo fiber into a reactor, stirring and pulping, heating to 235-260 ℃ for reaction, cooling, slicing and drawing to obtain modified bamboo fiber;
(3) knitting modified cotton fibers and modified bamboo fibers to obtain two bacteriostatic water-absorbing surface fabric;
(4) preparing cotton fibers into cotton fiber cloth;
(5) preparing polyester fibers into two layers of high-density cloth nets, filling supported cotton fiber cloth and super absorbent resin between the two layers of polyester fiber high-density cloth nets, and bonding and fixing the two layers of polyester fiber high-density cloth nets to obtain the water-locking inner base layer fabric;
(6) and bonding the prepared water-locking inner base layer and the two bacteriostatic water-absorbing surface layer fabrics according to the raw material proportion to obtain the hydrophilic bacteriostatic high-color-absorbing positive polyester composite silk fabric.
5. The hydrophilic, antibacterial and high-color-absorption polyester composite filament fabric and the preparation method thereof according to claim 4 are characterized in that the weight ratio of the silver ion powder to the cotton fibers is 1: 300.
6. The hydrophilic, antibacterial and high-color-absorption polyester composite filament fabric and the preparation method thereof according to claim 4 are characterized in that the gravity ratio of the silver ion powder to the bamboo fibers is 1: 800.
