The invention belongs to the field of sunlight fabrics, and particularly relates to a full-shading fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, a full shading fabric is often needed in places with higher requirements on light, such as bedrooms, movie theaters, multimedia rooms, darkrooms and the like, the full shading fabric on the market is mostly treated by a coating, but the drapability and the air permeability of the coated fabric are poor, the coating is easy to fall off, the shading effect is influenced, and the process is complex. Some full-shading fabrics are too thick and solid, airtight and high in cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a full-shading fabric and a preparation method thereof, wherein the light transmittance of different patterns and tissues of the fabric is not higher than 0.01 percent, so that the full-shading effect is achieved.
The invention provides a full shading fabric which is obtained by coating full shading PVC particles on yarns and weaving.
The raw materials of the full-shading PVC particles comprise the following components: based on 100 parts of PVC, 2-5 parts of stabilizer, 20-40 parts of plasticizer, 2-5 parts of auxiliary plasticizer, 1-2 parts of ultraviolet absorber, 0.3-0.5 part of antibacterial agent, 0.1-0.2 part of auxiliary antibacterial agent, 0.3-0.5 part of lubricant, 0.2-0.5 part of auxiliary lubricant, 1-2 parts of processing aid, 5-8 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-8 parts of flame retardant, 5-8 parts of binary chlorine vinegar, 5-8 parts of rubber, 30-40 parts of filler and 5-10 parts of color paste.
The invention provides a preparation method of a full shading fabric, which comprises the following steps:
physically blending and kneading raw materials of the full-shading PVC particles, and then extruding and granulating to obtain full-shading PVC particles; and then carrying out coating wire drawing, and finally carrying out warping, weaving, winding, tentering and heat setting to obtain the full shading fabric.
The diameter of warp yarns selected for weaving is 0.011 inch, and the diameter of weft yarns selected for weaving is 0.016 inch.
The weaving tension is 3-5N.
The beating-up speed of the weaving is 250-280 pieces/s.
The weave may include basket weave, twill weave, and the like.
The tentering heat setting parameters are that the tentering ratio is 3-5%, the setting temperature four zones are 135 ℃, 145 ℃ and 150 ℃ respectively, and the cloth discharging speed is 20M/min.
The invention can improve the light transmittance such as 0.02% and the like in a high-precision controllable manner on the basis of full shading.
Advantageous effects
The transmittance of different patterns and tissues is not higher than 0.01 percent, so that the effect of full shading is achieved; meanwhile, the composite material has the comprehensive properties of heat insulation, ultraviolet resistance, weather resistance and the like, the thickness is only 0.5-0.8 mm, and the composite material is light, thin, breathable and has a good market application prospect.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Further, it should be understood that various changes or modifications of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the teaching of the present invention, and such equivalents may fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
Example 1
(1) Full shading PVC particle
The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight:
PVC(resin S-60) 100
stabilizer (L1308) 3.5
Plasticizer (DINPB) 30
Auxiliary plasticizer (DOA) 3
Ultraviolet ray absorber (UV-531) 1
Antibacterial agent (DCOIT) 0.3
Auxiliary antibacterial agent (LB3) 0.1
Lubricant (CWO-315) 0.3
Processing aid (P551A) 1
Auxiliary lubricant (1801HST) 0.5
Titanium white powder (antimony trioxide) 5
Flame retardant (JQ-X-5) 6
Binary chlorine vinegar (LC-13-62) 5
Rubber (P1983) 5
Filled calcium carbonate (SB CaCO)3) 30
Black color paste (F)F) 9.7
The above formula is beneficial to obtaining fine and soft textile cloth. The sizing and tentering process is beneficial to calendering and flowing during processing, reduces the aperture ratio, fills the weaving seams, achieves the full shading effect, and has good comprehensive performances of heat insulation, ultraviolet resistance, weather resistance and the like.
(2) Preparation method of full-shading fabric
Designing a process flow: selecting raw materials, premixing a PVC system at a high speed, kneading, extruding and granulating, inspecting, coating and drawing, warping, weaving, winding, tentering and heat setting, inspecting and packaging. )
Wherein the protofilament is 150D industrial polyester filament (PET).
Wherein, the weaving pattern is shown in figure 1 and figure 2.
The loom is a rapier loom of Germany imported Daniel brand (the width of the loom can be 1.37-3.2 meters to produce the full shading fabric of the invention).
Weaving density: 60x38, 60x40, 60x42, and the like.
And (3) yarn diameter combination: the warp and weft yarns with large thickness difference are blended, namely the warp yarns are 0.011 inch, and the weft yarns are 0.016 inch.
The loom reed is customized 27.75DPI, 60-69% AS, and the clearance is dense. One tooth penetrates two teeth. The palm fiber threading method is a flying threading method.
The tension of the loom is 5N, and the beating-up speed is 250-280 beats per minute.
The full shading cloth with different colors and patterns and different effects can be obtained by matching with yarns with different colors and different warp yarn arrangements and weft yarn arrangements.
Wherein, the winding process parameters are as follows: the crimping apparatus was a German SHAM pneumatic winder with a winding speed of 600M/min.
Wherein, the tentering heat setting process parameters are as follows: the width ratio is 3-5%, the four regions of setting temperature are 135 deg.C, 145 deg.C, 150 deg.C, and the cloth discharging speed is 20M/min. After the cloth is discharged, the floated yarns are heat-set, softened and flat, and the holes and the weaving seams of the cloth surface are completely filled and leveled. The cloth cover achieves the full shading effect.
The weaving effect of the full shading fabric of the embodiment is fine, dense and soft, warp and weft of the cloth cover are staggered in a three-dimensional mode, the warp floats on the cloth cover, the hand feeling is a three-dimensional structure, and coarse gaps are large. The cloth surface is smooth after shaping and finishing, the cloth surface after heat shaping is softened and rolled, gaps are flattened, the cloth surface is filled in a staggered mode, and finally the cloth surface is good in spreading flatness and is very stiff in hanging.
The Y value corresponds to the aperture ratio of the product through a Color Eye 7100 of the american alice company, and the average transmittance of the fabric woven by the two patterns of the embodiment is about 0.005%, which is the limit value of the total light-shielding test.
