When the textile raw materials in the disc cotton groove 2 need to be humidified and destaticized, the textile raw materials are firstly placed in the disc cotton groove 2, when the textile raw materials are grabbed, the third humidifying nozzle 8 starts to spray the surface of the textile raw materials, meanwhile, the driving component controls the first humidifying nozzle 6 to extend out of the first extension port 17 to spray the grabbed textile raw materials and controls the second humidifying nozzle 7 not to extend out of the second extension port 18, the first humidifying nozzle 6 humidifies and prevents static electricity for the grabbed textile raw materials, when the first humidifying nozzle 6 is blocked by the textile raw materials, the driving component controls the first humidifying nozzle 6 not to extend out of the first extension port 17 and controls the second humidifying nozzle 7 to extend out of the second extension port 18 to spray the textile raw materials, the first humidifying nozzle 6 or the second humidifying nozzle 7 extending into the cavity is adhered with the textile raw materials on the first humidifying nozzle 6 or the second humidifying nozzle 7, the first humidifying nozzle 6 or the second humidifying nozzle 7 moves into the cavity, the air heater 15 blows air, the air-dried textile raw materials circulate into the disc cotton groove 2 through the recovery pipe 16 and are treated with other textile raw materials together, static electricity gathering is reduced, influences on conveying and transferring of fibers are reduced, the problems that fibers are prone to being broken and short fibers are increased are reduced, the possibility of generating a large amount of cotton drops is reduced, the utilization rate of raw material fibers and the quality of products are increased, the product quality, the yield and the production efficiency are improved, uneven cotton slivers, sticky rollers, sticky leather rollers and the like are reduced.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic humidifying device of a bale plucker is characterized by comprising a bale plucker body (1), wherein a disc cotton groove (2) is formed in the bale plucker body (1), a bale plucking trolley (3) is arranged in the disc cotton groove (2), the upper end of the bale plucking trolley (3) is communicated with a cotton conveying pipe (4), a bale plucking beater (5) is arranged at the lower end of the bale plucking trolley (3), a cavity (19) is formed in the inner side of the lower part of the bale plucking trolley (3), a first water conveying pipe (9) is arranged in the cavity (19), a plurality of first humidifying components are arranged on the lower side of the first water conveying pipe (9) and comprise first humidifying nozzles (6), the first humidifying nozzles (6) are communicated with the first water conveying pipe (9) through first connecting branch pipes (11), and a second humidifying nozzle (7) is arranged on one side of the first humidifying nozzles (6), the second humidifying nozzle (7) is communicated with the first water pipe (9) through a second connecting branch pipe (12), the lower end of the cotton grabbing trolley (3) is provided with a plurality of first extending openings (17) and second extending openings (18), the first humidifying nozzle (6) is arranged above the first extending openings (17), the second humidifying nozzle (7) is arranged above the second extending openings (18), the first humidifying assembly further comprises a driving assembly, the driving assembly is arranged between the first connecting branch pipe (11) and the second connecting branch pipe (12), the driving assembly is connected with the first connecting branch pipe (11) and the second connecting branch pipe (12), the driving assembly comprises two states, the first state is used for controlling the first humidifying nozzle (6) to extend out of the first extending opening (17) and controlling the second humidifying nozzle (7) not to extend out of the second extending opening (18), the first state is used for controlling the first humidifying nozzle (6) not to extend out of the first extending opening (17) and controlling the second humidifying nozzle (7) to extend out of the second extending opening (18).

The automatic humidification device of bale plucker of claim 1, characterized in that, the drive assembly include with cavity (19) inside wall fixed connection's first motor (23), the output of first motor (23) is connected with pivot (22), pivot (22) end connection has dwang (21), the axis of pivot (22) with the axis mutually perpendicular of dwang (21), pivot (22) with dwang (21) middle part is connected, the both ends of dwang (21) are connected respectively first connecting branch pipe (11) with branch pipe (12) is connected to the second, first connecting branch pipe (11) with branch pipe (12) are flexible pipe material.

The automatic humidifying device of the plucker as claimed in claim 1, wherein one side of the first extending port (17) and one side of the second extending port (18) are respectively provided with a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove, the first sliding groove is internally and slidably connected with a first shielding plate, and the second sliding groove is internally and slidably connected with a second shielding plate.

The automatic humidifying device of the plucker as claimed in claim 3, wherein a first electric telescopic push rod is arranged in the first sliding groove, the telescopic end of the first electric telescopic push rod is connected with the first shielding plate, a second electric telescopic push rod is arranged in the second sliding groove, and the telescopic end of the second electric telescopic push rod is connected with the second shielding plate.

The automatic humidifying device of the plucker as claimed in claim 1, wherein a stop collar (20) is connected to the upper ends of the first extension opening (17) and the second extension opening (18), the stop collar (20) is arranged in the cavity (19), and the parts of the first connecting branch pipe (11) and the second connecting branch pipe (12) are arranged in the stop collar (20).

The automatic humidifying device of the plucker as claimed in claim 5, wherein a sliding groove is arranged in the limiting sleeve (20), and sliding blocks in sliding connection with the sliding groove are arranged on the outer sides of the first connecting branch pipe (11) and the second connecting branch pipe (12).

The automatic humidifying device of the plucker as claimed in claim 1, wherein a recovery port and a hot air blower (15) are arranged in the cavity, the recovery port and the hot air blower (15) are oppositely arranged, and a recovery pipe (16) communicated with the recovery port is arranged at the lower end of the cotton grabbing trolley (3).

The automatic humidifying device of the bale plucker as recited in claim 8, wherein a second water pipe (10) is connected to the upper part of the rotating column (24), the second water pipe (10) and the bale plucking trolley (3) are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the rotating column (24), the lower end of the second water pipe (10) is communicated with a plurality of third humidifying nozzles (8), the upper end of the rotating column (24) is connected with a water tank (14), the upper end of the water tank (14) is provided with a water inlet, the first water pipe (9) and the second water pipe (10) are communicated with the water tank (14) through a communicating water pipe, and a water pump (13) is arranged on the communicating water pipe.
10. The automatic humidifying device of the plucker as claimed in claim 9, wherein a processor is arranged on the plucker body (1), an angle sensor is arranged on the rotating column (24), and the angle sensor and the water pump (13) are connected with the processor.
