the component B comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
55% of water-based amine epoxy curing agent, 3% of propylene glycol butyl ether and 42% of deionized water;
the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 7: 1.
Wherein, the bisphenol A epoxy resin aqueous dispersion selects Vast Epikote 6520-WH-53A; the o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin aqueous dispersion selects Vast Epikote 6006-W-68A; the dispersing agent consists of an organic silicon gemini surfactant and an acrylate copolymer in a mass ratio of 3:1, wherein the organic silicon gemini surfactant is BYK-194 of Bike, and the acrylate copolymer is Borchi Gen1252 of OMG; the organic modified hectorite clay is Bentoni DE of Hamming; the wetting and leveling agent consists of an organosilicon gemini structure surfactant and a polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane copolymer in a mass ratio of 2:1, wherein the organosilicon gemini structure surfactant is Tego4100 with Digao, and the polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane copolymer is BYK331 with Bike; the thickening agent consists of a strong pseudoplastic polyurethane thickening agent and a solvent-free aqueous nonionic associative hydrophobically modified polyurethane rheological additive in a mass ratio of 2:1, wherein the strong pseudoplastic polyurethane thickening agent is Borchi Gel0620, and the solvent-free aqueous nonionic associative hydrophobically modified polyurethane rheological additive is RAM-12W of Rohm and Haas; the defoaming agent consists of organic modified polysiloxane containing gas-phase silicon dioxide and a self-emulsifying phosphate defoaming agent in a mass ratio of 3:1, wherein Tego900 is selected as the organic modified polysiloxane containing gas-phase silicon dioxide and TEGO 810 is selected as the self-emulsifying phosphate defoaming agent; the rutile type titanium dioxide is LR-996 of python; the filler consists of barium sulfate and talcum powder in a mass ratio of 2:1, wherein the barium sulfate is precipitated barium sulfate, the particle size of the barium sulfate is 1500-1600 meshes, and the particle size of the talcum powder is 1250-1500 meshes; the water-based amine epoxy curing agent consists of a water-based modified amine solution and a water reducing amine adduct of ethylene glycol monoisopropyl ether in a mass ratio of 2:1, wherein the water-based modified amine solution is HUNTSMAN Aradur 35-1, and the water reducing amine adduct of ethylene glycol monoisopropyl ether is Vansen's EPIKURE 8290.
The preparation method of the water-based epoxy coating capable of being coated by showering and dipping comprises the following steps:
a. mixing deionized water, alcohol ester dodecahydrate, a dispersing agent and the organic modified hectorite clay according to the mass ratio, stirring for 15min at 1000r/min, adding rutile titanium dioxide and a filler, stirring for 20min at 1200r/min, and grinding until the fineness is less than 20 mu m to obtain a mixture;
b. mixing the bisphenol A epoxy resin aqueous dispersion, the o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin aqueous dispersion and the defoaming agent according to the mass ratio, stirring for 30min at 1500r/min, adjusting the stirring speed to 800r/min, adding the mixture, stirring for 20min, adding the wetting leveling agent and the thickening agent, and adjusting the viscosity to 120KU to obtain a component A;
c. mixing the waterborne amine epoxy curing agent, propylene glycol monobutyl ether and deionized water according to the mass ratio, and stirring at 500r/min for 15min to obtain a component B;
d. and mixing the component A and the component B according to the mass ratio of 7:1 to obtain the water-based epoxy coating.
Comparative example 1
The same amount of melamine formaldehyde resin was used in place of the aqueous amine epoxy hardener in example 1, and the other components and preparation method were the same as in example 1, to obtain an aqueous epoxy coating material.
The properties of the aqueous epoxy coating materials obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 were measured, and the results are shown in the following table:

Claims (10)

1. A water-based epoxy coating capable of being sprayed and dipped is characterized in that: comprises a component A and a component B;
the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
22-25% of bisphenol A epoxy resin aqueous dispersion, 8-10% of o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin aqueous dispersion, 0.8-1% of solvent, 1.5-1.8% of dispersant, 0.1-0.2% of anti-settling agent, 0.8-1% of wetting leveling agent, 0.4-0.6% of thickening agent, 0.6-0.7% of defoaming agent, 2-20% of titanium dioxide, 20-40% of filler and the balance of deionized water;
the component B comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
45-55% of water-based amine epoxy curing agent, 1-3% of environment-friendly solvent and the balance of deionized water;
the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 5-7: 1.
2. The curtain and dip coatable waterborne epoxy coating of claim 1, wherein: the bisphenol A epoxy resin aqueous dispersion is of the type Epikote 6520-WH-53A.
3. The curtain and dip coatable waterborne epoxy coating of claim 1, wherein: the model of the o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin aqueous dispersion is Epikote 6006-W-68A.
4. The curtain and dip coatable waterborne epoxy coating of claim 1, wherein: the solvent is alcohol ester twelve.
5. The curtain and dip coatable waterborne epoxy coating of claim 1, wherein: the dispersing agent consists of an organic silicon gemini surfactant and an acrylate copolymer in a mass ratio of 1-3: 1.
6. The curtain and dip coatable waterborne epoxy coating of claim 1, wherein: the anti-settling agent is an organic modified hectorite clay; and/or
The wetting and leveling agent consists of an organic silicon gemini structure surfactant and polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane copolymer in a mass ratio of 1-2: 1.

The curtain and dip coatable waterborne epoxy coating of claim 1, wherein: the thickening agent consists of a strong pseudoplastic polyurethane thickening agent and a solvent-free aqueous nonionic associative hydrophobically modified polyurethane rheological additive in a mass ratio of 1-2: 1; and/or
The defoaming agent consists of organic modified polysiloxane containing gas-phase silicon dioxide and self-emulsifying phosphate defoaming agent in the mass ratio of 2-3: 1.
8. The curtain and dip coatable waterborne epoxy coating of claim 1, wherein: the titanium dioxide is rutile type titanium dioxide; and/or
The filler is composed of barium sulfate and talcum powder in a mass ratio of 1-2:1, the particle size of the barium sulfate is 1500-1600 meshes, and the particle size of the talcum powder is 1250-1500 meshes.
9. The curtain and dip coatable waterborne epoxy coating of claim 1, wherein: the water-based amine epoxy curing agent consists of a water-based modified amine solution and a water reducing amine adduct of ethylene glycol monoisopropyl ether in a mass ratio of 1-2: 1; and/or
The environment-friendly solvent is propylene glycol butyl ether.
10. A method of preparing a curtain and dip coatable waterborne epoxy coating according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that: at least comprises the following steps:
a. mixing deionized water, a solvent, a dispersing agent and an anti-settling agent according to the mass ratio, stirring for 10-15min at 1000r/min of 800-;
b. mixing the bisphenol A epoxy resin aqueous dispersion, the o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin aqueous dispersion and the defoaming agent according to the mass ratio, stirring at 1500r/min of 1200-30 min, adjusting the stirring speed to 800r/min of 600-20 min, adding the mixture, stirring for 15-20min, adding the wetting and leveling agent and the thickening agent, and adjusting the viscosity to 120KU of 110-120KU to obtain a component A;
c. mixing the water-based amine epoxy curing agent, the environment-friendly solvent and the deionized water according to the mass ratio, and stirring for 10-15min at the speed of 400-;
d. and mixing the component A and the component B according to the mass ratio of 5-7:1 to obtain the water-based epoxy coating.
