技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种PVC波纹管的外护层。
背景技术
PVC波纹管主要分成单壁波纹管和双壁波纹管。单壁波纹管是指塑料管的内、外壁均具备波纹的管材,具备高的刚性,可任意倾斜,无限长卷装;双壁波纹管则是指内壁平滑而外壁具备波纹(波纹形状可为直角、梯形、正弦形等)的塑料管,它是由波纹外壁和平滑内壁一次熔结断裂成型或者塑料原料挤出一次成型或者塑料原料排出平铺再成管型的工艺制作所得。现在由于客户对PVC波纹管产品的要求越来越高,针对的客户群体不仅是将PVC波纹管作为排水管、排污管、通风管等,还有将PVC波纹管作为通信电缆、光缆的保护管,这就需要PVC波纹管具有更好的防护性能。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种PVC波纹管的外护层,实现PVC波纹管的外防护及耐腐蚀性。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种PVC波纹管的外护层,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:
硅酮树脂 5-10份;
环氧树脂 8-15份;
加工助剂 3-8份;
所述的加工助剂按质量百分比包括35%甲基异丁酮、35%固化剂和30%四羟甲基硫酸磷。
优选的,一种PVC波纹管的外护层,所述的基管层按照质量份数计包括以下组分:
硅酮树脂 8份;
环氧树脂 13份;
加工助剂 6份。
进一步的,所述的固化剂为聚酰胺。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明外护层采用硅酮树脂、环氧树脂为基料,利用硅酮树脂的耐热性将硅酮树脂与环氧树脂混合制成耐热防腐的外护层。其中,加工助剂的运用是先将环氧树脂与甲基异丁酮、四羟甲基硫酸磷混合组成溶剂,然后将硅酮树脂加入上述溶剂,并加入聚酰胺作为固化剂,得到外护层实现PVC波纹管的外防护及耐腐蚀性,这里,四羟甲基硫酸磷不仅作为外部PVC波纹管的外护层的杀菌剂也是作为阻燃剂运用,其原理是四羟甲基硫酸磷的化学结构上有活泼的羟甲基,反应性能活泼,能与硅酮树脂、环氧树脂初缩体共用,从而形成阻燃性能。

硅酮树脂 8份;
环氧树脂 13份;
加工助剂 6份。
所述的加工助剂按质量百分比包括35%甲基异丁酮、35%固化剂和30%四羟甲基硫酸磷。
进一步的,所述的固化剂为聚酰胺。
实施例2:一种PVC波纹管的外护层,按照质量份数计包括以下组分:
硅酮树脂 5份;
环氧树脂 8份;
加工助剂 3份;
