Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wastewater recovery method, in particular to a condensate integrated oil and iron removal process.
Background
Currently, global energy is increasingly tensed and the environment is deteriorated, and the concern of "energy conservation and environmental protection" in countries around the world is rising to an unprecedented level. At present, most of fossil energy resources such as petroleum, coal and the like used by human are non-renewable resources, and the development of economy is gradually restricted by the shortage of the energy resources. The condensate is condensed water generated by indirect heat exchange between heating steam and a process medium in a chemical enterprise and condensation liquefaction of the steam. The condensate has water quality close to the desalted water, and has higher temperature (generally 90-100 ℃), thus having higher utilization value. In view of energy conservation and consumption reduction, most chemical enterprises have the requirement of recycling the condensate. However, as the steam contacts the wall of the system pipeline and the heat exchanger when flowing in the system pipeline and the heat exchanger, impurities such as rust on the wall of the system pipeline and the heat exchanger are brought into the condensate, or as the process medium exchanging heat with the steam permeates, the content of iron and oil in the condensate exceeds the index of the desalted water. Therefore, when the condensate is recycled, oil removal and iron removal treatment must be carried out, the oil content after treatment is less than 1mg/l, the iron content is less than 50 mug/l, and the condensate is directly used as the inlet water of a deaerator or as desalted water.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a condensate integrated oil and iron removing process aiming at the defects of the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: the method comprises the steps that condensed water generated by a process device is detected by an oil on-line analyzer, the condensed water with the oil content exceeding the standard is discharged to an oil-containing sewage treatment system through a discharge system, and qualified detected condensed water is conveyed to a condensed water raw water tank; the condensed water enters an integrated oil and iron removing device after being pressurized by a raw water pump, and the produced water is detected by an oil on-line analyzer and then is conveyed to a product water tank; finally, the mixture is pumped by an external water pump to be conveyed out of the battery limits.
The invention adopts two filtering oil removers connected in parallel for treatment, a regeneration water tank is arranged outside the filtering oil remover, and the regeneration water tank and the filtering oil remover are connected through a water pump and a pipeline. An oil on-line monitoring system is arranged in the filtering oil remover.
The process flow of the invention is as follows:
condensed water coming from the system → oil on-line detection → condensed water raw water tank → condensed water raw water pump → integrated oil removal and iron removal device → oil on-line detection → product water tank → out of the border area.
The integrated oil and iron removing device is provided with an oil online monitoring system, and aims to increase a field water quality monitoring means and monitor the content of oil in water at any time. The function is that when the oil content monitored by the oil on-line monitor of the water outlet pipe exceeds 0.5ppm (temporary setting), the filter material in the device is invalid, and the automatic valve communicated with the oil meter automatically discharges the discharged water. A pressure difference alarm protection system is arranged at the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe of the integrated oil and iron removal device. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, the filter material in the device is invalid, and then a material accumulation pump needs to be started to carry out material accumulation and membrane laying regeneration treatment on the device.
The method has the advantages of simple process, energy conservation and environmental protection, and can effectively remove oil stains and iron in the condensate water.
