A safety lifting hook comprises a lifting hook body (1), wherein a pulley assembly (2) is arranged at the upper part of the lifting hook body (1), and is characterized in that a connecting plate (4) is rotatably arranged at the root part of the lifting hook body (1) through an elastic torsion piece (3), one end, far away from the elastic torsion piece (3), of the connecting plate (4) abuts against the hook tip part of the lifting hook body (1), a lifting ring (5) is arranged on the connecting plate (4), and the lifting ring (5) is sleeved on the lifting hook body (1); a clamping groove (6) used for clamping the connecting plate (4) is formed in the hook tip of the lifting hook body (1), and one end, far away from the elastic torsion piece (3), of the connecting plate (4) is arranged in the clamping groove (6) in a sliding mode; an arc-shaped part (7) used for clamping the connecting plate (4) is arranged in the clamping groove (6), and when the connecting plate (4) is clamped in the clamping groove (6), the arc-shaped part (7) abuts against the side wall of the connecting plate (4); a sliding groove (8) is formed in the bottom of the clamping groove (6), the arc-shaped portion (7) is arranged in the sliding groove (8) in a sliding mode, and an elastic connecting piece (9) is arranged between the bottom of the sliding groove (8) and the arc-shaped portion (7); the root of the lifting hook body (1) is provided with a limiting block (10), the limiting block (10) is provided with a limiting groove (11) which has a limiting effect on the lifting ring (5), and the lifting ring (5) is arranged in the limiting groove (11) in a sliding manner; the bottom of the limiting groove (11) is provided with an elastic snap ring (12) which plays a role in clamping and fixing the lifting ring (5); a sliding groove (13) is formed in the hook tip portion of the lifting hook body (1), a top column (14) is arranged in the sliding groove (13) in a sliding mode, the top column (14) is arranged in the clamping groove (6), an elastic piece (15) is arranged between the bottom of the sliding groove (13) and the top column (14), and when the connecting plate (4) is clamped in the clamping groove (6), the top column (14) abuts against one end, far away from the arc-shaped portion (7), of the connecting plate (4); the top column (14) is provided with a waist-shaped hole (16) in a penetrating manner along the sliding direction of the top column, a limiting column (17) is arranged in the waist-shaped hole (16) in a sliding manner, and the limiting column (17) is fixed on the inner side wall of the sliding groove (13);
the application method comprises the following steps that firstly, when the safety hook is in a self-locking state, one end of the connecting plate (4) is clamped in the clamping groove (6), when the safety hook is applied, the arc-shaped part (7) is pressed, the top column (14) is popped out from the sliding groove (13), the convex strip (18) is separated from the groove (19), and the connecting plate (4) is positioned above the arc-shaped part (7); a groove (19) is formed in one end, far away from the lifting ring (5), of the connecting plate (4), the groove (19) is formed in one end, far away from the elastic torsion piece (3), of the connecting plate (4), and a convex strip (18) matched and clamped with the groove (19) is arranged in the clamping groove (6);
secondly, operating the lifting ring (5), rotating the lifting ring (5), and enabling the lifting ring (5) to slide in the limiting groove (11) until the lifting ring (5) is clamped in the elastic clamping ring (12);
thirdly, placing the sling carrying the goods on the hook body (1), and rotating the lifting ring (5) again to enable the lifting ring (5) to be separated from the elastic clamping ring (12) and slide in the limiting groove (11);
step four, when the connecting plate (4) abuts against the arc-shaped part (7), the lifting ring (5) continues to rotate, at the moment, the arc-shaped part (7) slides in the sliding groove (8), when the connecting plate (4) abuts against the top column (14), the lifting ring (5) continues to rotate, and the top column (14) slides in the sliding groove (13);
step five, when the groove (19) on the connecting plate (4) is clamped with the convex strip (18) mutually, the arc-shaped part (7) is popped out from the sliding groove (8) and is abutted against the side wall of the connecting plate (4), and at the moment, one end of the connecting plate (4) is completely clamped in the clamping groove (6), so that the self-locking of the safety lifting hook is completed.
