Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the tray 20 in the package 100 shown in fig. 1.
Each of the first mounting portions of the tray 20 is detachably mounted to the second mounting portion of one of the partition plates 11, so that the tray body 21 is fixed in the accommodating chamber 110 a. The tray body 21 is used for holding and fixing fruits. The first mounting portion includes a fixing plate 22, a second catching groove 23, and a projection 24. The fixing plate 22 is connected with the disc body 21, the width of the fixing plate 22 is greater than that of the disc body 21, and the width of the fixing plate 22 matches with that of the buffer chamber. The fixing plate 22 includes two abutting ends 25 extending out of the tray body 21, and the two abutting ends 25 are semicircular. The fixing plate 22 is retained in the first retaining groove 111 to fix the tray body 21 in the accommodating cavity 110a, so as to prevent the fruit from being damaged due to collision and extrusion during the packing and transporting process. The second catching groove 23 is located between the fixing plate 22 and the tray body 21 and opens at an end of the fixing plate 22 facing the rear side plate 15 of the case 10. The second retaining groove 23 is used to retain the partition 11 to further fix the tray body 21. The protrusion 24 is disposed on the surface of the fixing plate 22, and is accommodated in the buffer cavity through the through hole 171 for abutting against the partition 11, so as to prevent the tray 20 from shaking left and right to fall off the partition 11.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a schematic view of the tray 20 of fig. 7 partially unfolded. Fig. 9 is a schematic view of the tray 20 of fig. 7 when fully extended.
The tray body 21 includes a tray main body 211 and a tray cover 212. The tray main body 211 includes a bearing surface 2111 facing the tray cover 212, the bearing surface 2111 is provided with an information display area 2113, and icons, figures or codes including fruit information, such as two-dimensional codes, may be printed in the information display area 2113 to display information of items placed in the tray 20, that is, information of shelf life and the like of the fruit in the first groove 2112. Further, three first grooves 2112 are concavely arranged on the bearing surface 2111 at intervals. The depth of each first groove 2112 is slightly larger than the diameter of the fruit to slightly fix the fruit in the first groove 2112 and avoid the fruit from being damaged by collision. In this embodiment, the material of the tray body 211 includes a material having good elastic deformation, such as PP (polypropylene) plastic, and when the packing case 100 is impacted along the Z-axis direction in fig. 2, the tray 20 relieves damage to the fruit due to the impact by elastic deformation. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the tray body may be made of other materials, and more preferably, an environmentally friendly material such as a degradable material or a paper material is used. Furthermore, the tray body 21 may also be assembled by combining a bearing cavity in the form of an outer wall of an air bag structure with the same structural member of the second mounting portion, so as to further buffer the impact on the fruits placed in the tray body.
The tray cover 212 and the tray main body 211 may be integrally provided or separately provided. When the tray cover 212 and the tray main body 211 can be integrally provided, the tray cover 212 can be folded over with respect to the tray main body 211, so that the tray cover 212 can be closed and opened on the tray main body 211. Specifically, the tray cover 212 is provided with a visible window 2121 corresponding to the three first grooves 2112, and the visible window 2121 is a transparent window, so that when the tray cover 212 covers the tray main body 211, a user can visually observe the state of the fruits contained in the first grooves 2112.
The second mounting portion includes a first sub-mounting portion and a second sub-mounting portion. The two first sub-mount portions are provided on both sides of the disc main body 211. Specifically, the first sub mounting portion includes a first sub fixing plate 221 and a protrusion 241. The two second sub-mounting portions are arranged on two sides of the disc cover 212, and each first sub-mounting portion is mounted on one second sub-mounting portion so as to cover the disc cover 212 on the disc main body 211. Specifically, the second sub mounting portion includes a second sub fixing plate 222 and a groove 242. The second sub-fixing plate 222 includes a second surface 2221 facing away from the disc main body 211, and the convex groove 242 is convexly provided on the second surface 2221. The second groove 242 matches the size of the protrusion 241, and the protrusion 241 is clamped in the groove 242 to form the protrusion 24.
When the packaging box 100 provided by the embodiment of the application is used for packaging and transporting fruits, the fruits are placed into the first groove 2111, the first groove 2111 is horizontally paved in a single layer and fills up the whole first groove 2111, the tray cover 212 is turned over to be covered on the tray main body 211, the protrusion 241 is clamped in the convex groove 242 at the moment to fix the fruits, the height of the space formed between the tray cover 212 and the tray main body 211 is slightly larger than the height of the fruits, so that the fruits are always kept in a single-layer arrangement state in the tray 20 in the transportation process, the fruits cannot be stacked to cause vertical extrusion, the packaged and transported articles are damaged, meanwhile, the articles are horizontally paved in a single layer and fill up the whole first groove 2111, and therefore, the articles cannot shake in the horizontal direction and cannot generate a large extrusion effect in the horizontal direction in the transportation process, thereby damaging the article.
In addition, the projection 241 is caught in the groove 242 during the process of closing the disc cover 212, forming the projection 24. The covered tray 20 is then placed into the box 10, and in the process of placing the tray 20 into the box 10, the protrusions 24 on the left and right sides of the tray 20 enter the buffer cavity through the through holes 171, and the tray 20 is pushed along the first clamping grooves 111 from the front side plate 16 to the rear side plate 15 until the second clamping grooves 23 on the tray 20 are clamped with the first clamping grooves 111, so that the tray 20 and the box 10 are further fixed, the position fixing of the two partition plates 11 in the box 10 is facilitated, and when the packing box 100 is impacted along the Y-axis direction in fig. 2, the deformation of the two partition plates 11 helps to buffer the impact force borne by the tray 20. At this time, since the length of the fixing plate 22 is greater than the length of the tray main body 21 and is matched with the length of the buffer cavity, after the tray 20 is mounted on the partition 11, the two abutting ends 25 of the fixing plate 22 abut against the rear side plate 15 and the connecting plate 17, respectively, and when the packing box 100 is impacted along the X-axis direction in fig. 2, the abutting ends 25 generate elastic deformation to buffer the impact force borne by the tray 20, so that the fruits in the tray 20 are less prone to damage. After the tray 20 is placed in the box 10, the front side panel 16 and the box cover panel 12 are closed, thereby further sealing the packing box of the articles in the packing box 100.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
