In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, the present invention proposes an ink cartridge and a printer.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides an ink cartridge detachably mountable to a printer main body, the ink cartridge comprising: the first hook piece and the ejection piece are respectively and rotatably arranged on the body, the first hook piece is used for being matched with a second hook piece of the printer host, a slide way is arranged on the body, and the slide way is used for guiding the second hook piece to move relative to the body along a preset direction;
when the ink box is installed, the first hook piece rotates relative to the body under the pushing action of the second hook piece, so that the first hook piece enters a locking state;
when the ink box is disassembled, the ejecting piece abuts against the first hook piece to rotate relative to the body under the pushing action of the second hook piece, so that the first hook piece is changed from a locking state to an unlocking state.
In this embodiment, the ink cartridge further includes a first pivot fixed to the body, and the first hook member is rotatably mounted on the first pivot.
In the scheme, the first hook part comprises a first rotating arm, a second rotating arm, a rotating pivot part and a hook part; the pivoting part is sleeved on the first pivot, one end of the first rotating arm is fixedly connected with one end of the second rotating arm, a preset included angle is formed between the first rotating arm and the second rotating arm, and the first rotating arm enables the first hook piece to rotate around the first pivot along a first direction under the pushing action of the second hook piece so as to enable the first hook piece to enter a locking state; the hook part is fixedly connected to one end, far away from the pivot part, of the second rotating arm, and is used for being in lock catch fit with the second hook part.
In this embodiment, the ink cartridge further includes a second pivot fixed to the body, and the ejection member is rotatably mounted on the second pivot.
In this scheme, the ejection piece includes the third rotor arm, the pivot hole has been seted up at the middle part of third rotor arm, the third rotor arm passes through the pivot hole is installed on the second pivot, the one end of third rotor arm is in second hook's top pushes the effect down for the body rotates along the first direction, the other end of third rotor arm supports holds the second rotor arm rotates along the second direction around first pivot, and makes first hook becomes the unblock state by the hasp state.

In the scheme, an ink cavity is arranged in the body and is used for storing ink; the ink box also comprises an ink interface fixed on the body, and the ink interface is communicated with the ink cavity and is used for supplying the ink in the ink cavity to the printer host.
In the scheme, the ink box also comprises an elastic piece, the elastic piece is elastically abutted against the printer host, and the elasticity of the elastic piece provides power for the ink box to automatically separate from the printer host; and/or
The body is provided with a butting part which is used for butting against a spring on the printer host and enabling the spring to generate elastic restoring force, and the elastic restoring force of the spring provides power for the ink box to automatically depart from the printer host.
The invention also provides a printer, which comprises a printer host and the ink box, wherein the ink box is detachably arranged on the printer host.
According to the ink box, the first hook piece and the ejection piece are arranged on the ink box body, the first hook piece and the ejection piece are respectively and rotatably arranged on the body, and the first hook piece and the ejection piece are respectively matched with the second hook piece of the printer host machine to realize the process of assembling and disassembling the ink box. The structure principle is simple, the operation is easy, and the disassembly and assembly difficulty of the ink box is further reduced; meanwhile, the occupied space of the structure is small, and the miniaturization and compact design of the ink box and the printer are facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1, a first aspect of the present invention provides an ink cartridge 100, the ink cartridge 100 being detachably mounted on a printer host, the ink cartridge 100 comprising: the main body 10, the first hook member 20 and the retracting member 30 are respectively rotatably mounted on the main body 10, the first hook member 20 is used for being matched with a second hook member 200 of the printer host, a slide rail 11 is formed on the main body 10, and the slide rail 11 is used for guiding the second hook member 200 to move relative to the main body 10 along a preset direction;
when the ink cartridge is mounted, the first hook member 20 is pushed by the second hook member 200 to rotate relative to the body 10, so that the first hook member 20 enters a locking state;
when the ink cartridge is disassembled, the push-back piece 30 is pushed by the second hook piece 200 to abut against the first hook piece 20 to rotate relative to the body 10, so that the first hook piece 20 is changed from a locking state to an unlocking state.
It can be understood that when the first hook member 20 is in the locking state, the first hook member 20 can be in locking engagement with the second hook member 200, so that the ink cartridge 100 is installed in the printer host; when the first hook member 20 is changed from the locking state to the unlocking state, the first hook member 20 and the second hook member 200 are separated from each other, and the ink cartridge 100 can be detached from the printer main body.
Further, the ink cartridge 100 further includes a first pivot 40, the first pivot 40 is fixed to the body 10, and the first hook member 20 is rotatably mounted on the first pivot 40. Preferably, the first pivot 40 is cylindrical.
Specifically, the first hook member 20 includes a first rotating arm 21, a second rotating arm 22, a pivoting portion 23, and a hook portion 24; the pivoting part 24 is sleeved on the first pivot 40, one end of the first rotating arm 21 is fixedly connected with one end of the second rotating arm 22, a predetermined included angle is formed between the first rotating arm 21 and the second rotating arm 22, and the first rotating arm 21 causes the first hook member 20 to rotate around the first pivot 40 along a first direction under the pushing action of the second hook member 200, so that the first hook member 20 enters a locking state; the hook portion 24 is fixedly connected to an end of the second rotating arm 22 away from the pivot portion 23, so as to be engaged with the second hook member 200.
Preferably, the predetermined included angle may be an acute angle, and the first direction may be a positive direction, but is not limited thereto.
Further, the ink cartridge 100 further includes a second pivot 50, the second pivot 50 is fixed to the main body 10, and the ejection member 30 is rotatably mounted on the second pivot 50. Preferably, the second pivot 50 is cylindrical.
Specifically, the ejection member 30 includes a third rotating arm 31, a pivot hole is formed in the middle of the third rotating arm 31, the third rotating arm 31 is mounted on the second pivot 50 through the pivot hole, one end of the third rotating arm 31 rotates along the first direction relative to the body 10 under the ejection action of the second hook member 200, and the other end of the third rotating arm 31 abuts against the second rotating arm 22 to rotate along the second direction around the first pivot 40, so that the first hook member 20 is changed from the locking state to the unlocking state.
Further, the ink cartridge 10 further includes a first limiting post 60, wherein the first limiting post 60 is fixedly disposed on the body 10 and used for blocking the second rotating arm 22 to limit the rotating angle of the first hook member 20.
Further, the ink cartridge 10 further includes a blocking protrusion 70, wherein the blocking protrusion 70 is fixedly disposed on the body 10 and used for blocking the second rotating arm 22, so that the first hook member 20 maintains a locking state, and under the pushing action of the ejection member 30, the second rotating arm 22 is separated from the blocking protrusion 70. Preferably, the barrier projection 70 may be a hemispherical convex hull, but is not limited thereto. The second hook member 200 can push the first hook member 20 to rotate about the first pivot 40 during the process of mounting the ink cartridge 100, and when pushed to a certain extent, the second rotating arm 22 of the first hook member 20 can pass over the stopper projection 70 and be stopped by the stopper projection 70 to prevent the swing.
Further, the ink cartridge 100 includes a second position-limiting post 80 and a third position-limiting post 90, where the second position-limiting post 80 and the third position-limiting post 90 are respectively located at two sides of the third rotating arm 31, and are used for limiting a rotation angle of the third rotating arm 31 around the second pivot 50. Preferably, the second restraint post 80 and the third restraint post 90 are each cylindrical.
Further, an ink chamber (not shown) is arranged in the body and used for storing ink; the ink box also comprises an ink interface fixed on the body, and the ink interface is communicated with the ink cavity and is used for supplying the ink in the ink cavity to the printer host.
Further, the ink cartridge 100 further includes an elastic member (not shown), the elastic member elastically abuts against the printer host, and the elastic force of the elastic member provides power for the ink cartridge to automatically come out of the printer host; and/or
The body 10 is provided with a butting part (not shown) which is used for butting against a spring on the printer host and enabling the spring to generate elastic restoring force, and the elastic restoring force of the spring provides power for the ink box to automatically come out of the printer host.
Further, the free end of the second hook member 200 is provided with an engaging portion 201, and the engaging portion 201 extends into the slideway 11 and moves along the slideway 11.
Fig. 2 to 5 show the state of attachment and detachment of the ink cartridge of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, when the hook is mounted, the engaging portion 201 can abut against the first rotating arm 21, and the first hook member 20 is urged to rotate to the locking state. At this time, the engaging portion 201 and the hook portion 24 can be locked with each other, thereby completing the mounting process of the ink cartridge 100.
As shown in fig. 5, when detached, the engaging portion 201 can abut against the ejector 30 and urge the first hook member 20 to rotate reversely to the unlocked state. At this time, the engaging portion 201 and the hook portion 24 can be separated from each other, thereby completing the process of detaching the ink cartridge 100.
The second aspect of the present invention also provides a printer including a printer main body and an ink cartridge detachably mounted on the printer main body, the ink cartridge including: the first hook piece and the ejection piece are respectively and rotatably arranged on the body, the first hook piece is used for being matched with a second hook piece of the printer host, a slide way is arranged on the body, and the slide way is used for guiding the second hook piece to move relative to the body along a preset direction;
when the ink box is installed, the first hook piece rotates relative to the body under the pushing action of the second hook piece, so that the first hook piece enters a locking state;
when the ink box is disassembled, the ejecting piece abuts against the first hook piece to rotate relative to the body under the pushing action of the second hook piece, so that the first hook piece is changed from a locking state to an unlocking state.
Further, the first pivot is fixed on the body, and the first hook member is rotatably mounted on the first pivot.

Further, the ejection part comprises a third rotating arm, a pivot hole is formed in the middle of the third rotating arm, the third rotating arm is mounted on the second pivot through the pivot hole, one end of the third rotating arm rotates along the first direction relative to the body under the ejection effect of the second hook piece, and the other end of the third rotating arm abuts against the second rotating arm to rotate along the second direction around the first pivot, so that the first hook piece is changed from the locking state to the unlocking state.
Furthermore, the ink box further comprises a first limiting column, wherein the first limiting column is fixedly arranged on the body and used for blocking the second rotating arm to limit the rotating angle of the first hook piece.
Furthermore, the ink box further comprises a blocking lug, wherein the blocking lug is fixedly arranged on the body and used for blocking the second rotating arm, so that the first hook piece keeps a locking state, and the second rotating arm is separated from the blocking lug under the pushing action of the ejecting piece.
Furthermore, the ink box comprises a second limiting column and a third limiting column, wherein the second limiting column and the third limiting column are respectively positioned at two sides of the third rotating arm and used for limiting the rotating angle of the third rotating arm around the second pivot.
Further, an ink cavity is arranged in the body and used for storing ink; the ink box also comprises an ink interface fixed on the body, and the ink interface is communicated with the ink cavity and is used for supplying the ink in the ink cavity to the printer host.
