As shown in FIG. 1, the fan blade welding assistance apparatus may include a support table 100, a rotary table 200, and a blade angle adjustment mechanism.

The number of the sockets 311 is preferably 2 or more. 2 or more sockets 311 are disposed on the same line so that distances between different sockets 311 and the rotary table 200 are different, thereby conveniently adjusting the position of the first support rod 312.

The second locking bolt 315 is screwed to the sleeve 313, and when the adjusting member 320 is adjusted to a proper position, the second locking bolt 315 is tightened, so that the adjusting member 320 can be locked to the sleeve 313 by the second locking bolt 315. Illustratively, the second locking bolt 315 may be plural. For example, 2, 3 or 4.
In some embodiments, the adjustment member 320 is an adjustment lever. Illustratively, in this embodiment, the adjusting member 320 may be a round rod.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, angle adjustment member 330 is an angle adjustment plate. A chamfered portion 331 is formed at the top of the angle adjusting plate.
Illustratively, the number of angle adjusters 330 is at least one. For example, it may be 2, 3 or more. A plurality of angle adjusters 330 are arranged in parallel.
In this embodiment, the angle adjusting member 330 is connected to the adjusting member 320 through a connecting plate 340.
Preferably, the adjusting member 320 is perpendicular to the plane of the angle adjusting plate.
Further, fan blade welding auxiliary assembly still includes blade diameter check-up mechanism.
As shown in FIG. 1, the blade diameter verification mechanism may include a guide rail 410, a slider 420, a second support bar 430, and a verification assembly.

Specifically, the second support rod 430 may be vertically coupled to the connection block 448, and the connection block 448 and the slider 420 may be coupled by bolts, so that the second support rod 430 may be detachably coupled to the slider 420 by the connection block 448.
Wherein the verifying member is slidably coupled to the second supporting bar 430.
Illustratively, the verifying assembly includes a moving block 441, a verifying block 442, a third locking bolt 443, and a connecting bolt.
A through hole, a locking threaded hole and a connecting threaded hole are formed in the moving block 441. The second support bar 430 passes through the via hole of the moving block 441 such that the moving block 441 is slidably coupled to the second support bar 430. The third locking bolt 443 is coupled to the locking screw hole so that the moving block 441 can be locked to the second support bar 430 by the third locking bolt 443. The verifying block 442 is connected to the moving block 441 by the engagement of the connection bolt and the connection screw hole. So that the verifying member is slidably coupled to the second supporting bar 430 up and down.
Further, in some embodiments, the fan blade welding assist apparatus further comprises a scoring device 500. In use, the scribing apparatus 500 may be placed directly on the support table 100. Alternatively, the scribing apparatus 500 may be placed on a pad block provided on the supporting table 100 to increase the scribing height range of the scribing apparatus 500.
Preferably, the scoring device 500 may be a height vernier caliper.

1. A fan blade welding assist device, comprising:
a support table (100), wherein a support surface (110) is formed on the top of the support table (100);
a rotary table (200), the rotary table (200) being disposed on the support surface (110); and
a blade angle adjustment mechanism comprising a support assembly, an adjustment member (320), and at least one angle adjustment member (330);
the bottom end of the supporting component is connected to the supporting surface (110); the adjusting piece (320) is movably connected to the supporting component; the angle adjusting member (330) is provided on the adjusting member (320).
2. Blower blade welding assistance device according to claim 1, wherein the support assembly comprises a socket (311), a first support rod (312) and a sleeve (313);
the socket (311) is arranged on the supporting surface (110); the bottom of the first support rod (312) is plugged in the plugging seat (311); and a first locking bolt (314) is arranged on the socket (311) so that the first support rod (312) can be locked on the socket (311) by the locking bolt (314);
the sleeve (313) is arranged on the top of the first support rod (312); the adjusting piece (320) is connected to the sleeve (313) in a penetrating mode; and a second locking screw (315) is arranged on the sleeve (313) such that the adjusting element (320) can be locked on the sleeve (313) by means of the second locking screw (315).
3. Blower blade welding assistance device according to claim 1, characterised in that the adjustment piece (320) is an adjustment rod.
4. The fan blade welding assistance device according to claim 1, wherein the angle adjustment member (330) is an angle adjustment plate; a chamfered portion (331) is formed at the top of the angle adjusting plate.
5. Fan blade welding assistance device according to claim 4, wherein said angle adjustment member (330) is connected to said adjustment member (320) by means of a connection plate (340); and the adjusting piece (320) is perpendicular to the plane of the angle adjusting plate.
6. The fan blade welding assist device of claim 1, further comprising a blade diameter verification mechanism;
the blade diameter checking mechanism comprises a guide rail (410), a sliding block (420), a second supporting rod (430) and a checking assembly;
the guide rail (410) is arranged on the supporting surface (110); the slider (420) is slidably connected to the guide rail (410); the second supporting rod (430) is vertically arranged on the sliding block (420); the verification assembly is slidably coupled to the second support bar (430).
7. The fan blade welding auxiliary device of claim 6, wherein the verification assembly comprises a moving block (441), a verification block (442), a third locking bolt (443), and a connecting bolt;
a through hole, a locking threaded hole and a connecting threaded hole are formed in the moving block (441);
the second support rod (430) passes through the through hole, so that the moving block (441) is slidably connected to the second support rod (430);
the third locking bolt (443) is coupled to the locking threaded hole such that the moving block (441) can be locked to the second support bar (430) by the third locking bolt (443);
the checking block (442) is connected to the moving block (441) through the matching of the connecting bolt and the connecting threaded hole.
8. Blower blade welding assistance device according to claim 6, wherein said second support bar (430) is detachably connected to said slider (420) by means of a connection block (448).
9. Blower blade welding assistance device according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that it further comprises a scoring device (500);
the scoring device (500) is a height vernier caliper.
10. Blower blade welding assistance device according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that it further comprises a support shaft (600);
in the connection state, the support shaft (600) is clamped on the rotary table (200).
