Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic rotary cleaning and air-drying cast rod device, which comprises an integral supporting platform, a hydraulic supporting device assembly, an automatic rotary mechanical gripper device and a spraying and air-drying concentrator, wherein the integral supporting platform is arranged on the upper part of the automatic rotary mechanical gripper device; the integral supporting platform comprises a base, a plurality of trapezoidal rolling shafts, rolling shaft supporting blocks and a groove-shaped steel bracket; the hydraulic support equipment component comprises a hydraulic support frame platform, two hydraulic pump bodies, a hydraulic pump body buffer steel plate, a roller support rod and a roller frame; the automatic rotating mechanical gripper device comprises a gripping disk, a rotating shaft and a mechanical arm support; the spraying air drying concentrator is positioned above the roller and comprises a U-shaped sprayer and a transmission pipe.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic rotary cleaning and air drying bar casting device, belonging to the field of aluminum extrusion; in particular to an automatic rotary cleaning and air drying bar casting device.
Background
At the early stage of extrusion use of a cast rod, oil stains, dust and fine aluminum chips are accumulated on the surface of the cast rod in the storage and transportation processes, so that impurities carried in the product are remained on the surface or inside of the product when the product is extruded, and meanwhile, part of the aluminum chips are remained in the extrusion process, so that a die is scratched, the surface of the product is subjected to wire drawing, and the appearance and the performance of the product are influenced; when the product is oxidized, the surface of the product is uneven, so that the product is uneven in oxidation, and the appearance of the product is ugly;
in addition, the cast rods before extrusion are cleaned manually in the domestic market at present, labor tools equipped during cleaning need to be frequently checked and replaced, and manual cleaning and wiping are difficult and certain potential safety hazards exist due to the fact that a single cast rod is heavy;
in view of this, it is necessary to provide a cleaning and air-drying apparatus suitable for the market demand to perform all aspects of cleaning and air-drying on the cast rod, thereby solving such disadvantages for the manufacturing enterprises.

the equipment comprises an integral supporting platform, a hydraulic supporting equipment assembly, an automatic rotating mechanical gripper device and a spraying and air-drying concentrator;
the integral supporting platform comprises a base, a plurality of trapezoidal rolling shafts, rolling shaft supporting blocks and a groove-shaped steel bracket;
the base is symmetrically provided with a supporting plate at the left and right, the top ends of the two supporting plates are transversely provided with a groove-shaped steel support, the outer walls of the two sides of the groove-shaped steel support are uniformly fixed with a plurality of rolling shaft supporting blocks at intervals, and rolling shafts are arranged on the rolling shaft supporting blocks which are oppositely arranged; two through holes are arranged on the plane of the groove steel bracket at intervals;
the hydraulic support equipment component comprises a hydraulic support frame platform, two hydraulic pump bodies, a hydraulic pump body buffer steel plate, a roller support rod and a roller frame;

the spraying air drying concentrator is positioned above the roller and comprises a U-shaped sprayer and a transmission pipe; the transmission pipes are of a three-way structure, one pipe of the transmission pipes is connected with external equipment, and the other two pipes are arranged side by side and connected with the sprayer;
furthermore, the top of the rolling shaft supporting block is provided with a through hole,
the rolling shaft comprises a central part, a transition part, a head part and a connecting shaft;
the central part is of a cylindrical structure;
the transition parts are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the central part and are in a conical structure;
the end head parts are positioned on two sides of the transition part and are in cylindrical structures; and the two outer sides of the end head part are connected with connecting shafts, and the connecting shafts are arranged in through holes of the rolling shaft supporting blocks in a penetrating way.
Furthermore, the cross section of the sprayer is U-shaped, and the sprayer is divided into two module areas, one is a spraying area, and the other part is an air drying area; wherein the spraying area is provided with a plurality of water spraying holes.
Further, 6 long toothed ratchets are uniformly distributed on the surface of the grabbing disc along the circumference.
Furthermore, the transmission pipes are of a three-way structure, one pipe of each transmission pipe is connected with external equipment, and the other two pipes are arranged side by side and connected with the sprayer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the invention has simple and compact structure, reasonable design, simple and convenient use and improved production efficiency. Through using automatic spray device greatly reduced because of the artifical greasy dirt of wiping removal is incomplete and leads to partial cross-section to handle to omit and wipe and influence product property ability, reduce artifical the using simultaneously.
Moreover, the casting rod can be air-dried by using equipment, and the surface of the casting rod can be air-dried in all directions to remove moisture.

The invention is further illustrated by the following specific figures and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 ~ and fig. 6, in one embodiment, an automated spin cleaning and air drying apparatus for cast bars, comprises,
the equipment comprises an integral supporting platform, a hydraulic supporting equipment assembly, an automatic rotating mechanical gripper device and a spraying and air-drying concentrator;
the integral supporting platform comprises a base 11, a plurality of trapezoidal rolling shafts 12, rolling shaft supporting blocks 13 and a groove steel bracket 14;
the base 11 is symmetrically provided with a supporting plate 15 at left and right, the top ends of the two supporting plates 15 are transversely provided with a groove-shaped steel bracket 14, the outer walls of two sides of the groove-shaped steel bracket 14 are uniformly fixed with a plurality of rolling shaft supporting blocks 13 at intervals, and rolling shafts 12 are arranged on the oppositely arranged rolling shaft supporting blocks 13; two through holes 16 are arranged on the plane of the channel steel bracket at intervals;
the hydraulic support equipment component comprises a hydraulic support frame platform 21, two hydraulic pump bodies 22, a hydraulic pump body buffer steel plate 23, a roller support rod 24 and a roller frame 25;

the rolling shaft 12 comprises a central part 12.1, a transition part 12.2, a head part 12.3 and a connecting shaft 12.4;
the central portion 12.1 is a cylindrical structure;
the transition parts 12.2 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the central part and are in a conical structure;
the end head parts are positioned on two sides of the transition part and are in cylindrical structures; the two outer sides of the end head part are connected with a connecting shaft 12.4, and the connecting shaft is arranged in a through hole of the rolling shaft supporting block 13 in a penetrating way.
The spraying air drying concentrator is positioned above the roller and comprises a U-shaped sprayer 41 and a transmission pipe 42; the transmission pipes are of a three-way structure, one pipe of the transmission pipes is connected with external equipment, and the other two pipes are arranged side by side and connected with the sprayer 41; the section of the sprayer 4 is U-shaped, and the sprayer is divided into two module areas, one is a spraying area, and the other part is an air drying area; wherein the spraying area is provided with a plurality of water spraying holes 43. The spraying area is used for cleaning the cast rod, and the cast rod is dried by air through air outlet.
