the fine concrete aggregate processing system comprises a bar feeder and a pre-screening machine, wherein the screening discharge side of the bar feeder is connected with the pre-screening machine through a conveying device, materials intercepted by the bar feeder are conveyed to a coarse crushing device through the conveying device, and the materials intercepted by an outlet of the coarse crushing device and the pre-screening machine are conveyed to a semi-finished product stack through the conveying device for stacking; the semi-finished product pile is connected with a sieve through a conveying device;
The processing method of the fine concrete aggregate system comprises the following steps:
a. separating the rough materials on the discharging platform by using a bar feeder and a pre-screening machine to separate stone chips with the particle size of less than 10mm and large mud content as waste materials, and feeding aggregate with the particle size of 10 mm-130 mm into a semi-finished product pile; crushing aggregate with the particle size of more than 130mm by coarse crushing equipment, and then stacking the crushed aggregate in a semi-finished product pile;
b. feeding the aggregate in the semi-finished product stack into a screen, wherein the screen adopts a three-layer screen mesh circular vibrating screen, and the mesh diameters are 80mm, 31.5mm and 16 mm; after screening, feeding the semi-finished aggregate with the size of more than 75mm into a medium crushing adjusting bin, and then feeding the semi-finished aggregate into medium crushing equipment; feeding the semi-finished product with the thickness of 75 mm-31.5 mm into a fine crushing adjusting bin, and then feeding the semi-finished product into fine crushing equipment; 31.5 mm-16 mm of the sand making plastic adjusting bin, and then enters sand making plastic equipment; feeding the semi-finished product with the size of less than 16mm into a three-sieve;
c. feeding the aggregates crushed by the medium crushing equipment and the fine crushing equipment into a secondary sieve; the second screen adopts a three-layer screen circular vibrating screen, and the mesh diameters are 40mm, 20mm and 16 mm; returning the screened semi-finished aggregate with the particle size of more than 37.5mm and 37.5 mm-25 mm to a fine crushing adjusting bin, and further crushing the semi-finished aggregate by fine crushing equipment; feeding the semi-finished product with the thickness of 19 mm-16 mm into a sand making shaping adjusting bin, then feeding the semi-finished product into sand making shaping equipment, and feeding the semi-finished product with the thickness of less than 16mm into a three-screen;
d. Feeding the semi-finished aggregate crushed by the sand making and shaping equipment into a three-screen for screening;
e. three-layer screen mesh circular vibration screen is adopted in the third screen mesh, the mesh diameter is 16mm, 10mm and 5mm, the semi-finished aggregate with the diameter of more than 16mm after screening returns to a sand making, shaping and adjusting bin, and then enters sand making and shaping equipment for further crushing; aggregates with the thickness of 16 mm-9.5 mm and aggregates with the thickness of 9.5 mm-4.75 mm respectively enter respective washing equipment, and then enter respective finished product stock dump, or directly enter respective finished product stock dump; feeding the semi-finished product with the diameter of less than 4.75mm into a four-screen sieve;
f. adopting a layer of screen mesh circular vibration screen to screen the four screens, wherein the diameter of the screen mesh is 2.5mm, and respectively piling 2.36 mm-4.75 mm aggregates and aggregates smaller than 2.36mm to respective finished product stock yards after screening;
the screen holes of the second screen device can be adjusted, and the two production standard targets of one line can be realized by matching with a sealing-tape machine joint with an adjustable discharging position arranged on the conveying line;
a closed process is adopted in the fine crushing and sand making shaping processing, so that the aggregate of the product is fully crushed and shaped, and the amount of needle-shaped aggregate and oversize aggregate is reduced.
