Description

Combined odor control agent for chlorine-containing pesticide contaminated site and deodorization method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of odor control of polluted sites, in particular to a combined odor control agent and a deodorization method for chlorine-containing pesticide polluted sites.
Background
In the 80 s of the 20 th century, the pesticide production process in the pesticide production industry in China is more definite, the production mode is more single, and extensive production is mainly used. Meanwhile, as the production history of the pesticide production industry is long, the production conversion, combination and production expansion are carried out in the production process, chemical raw materials used in the pesticide production are various, a plurality of working sections generate wastewater with high pollutant concentration, the wastewater containing raw material residues, intermediate product wastewater and the like has large influence on the environment, and substances in pesticide polluted wastewater are complex and are difficult to degrade and migrate in the natural environment. The extensive stacking of chemical raw materials and the 'running, overflowing, dripping, leaking' of equipment and pipelines in the production process of pesticides cause pollution to horizontal and longitudinal spaces around production plants and plants.
According to investigation and statistics, when pesticide production enterprises carry out pesticide production, pesticide residues flowing into the surrounding soil environment, generated pesticide intermediates and other substances have high stability in the environment, are difficult to migrate and naturally degrade, and have obvious and lasting odor.
As early as the 80 s in the 20 th century, countries in Europe and America and the like began to use odor suppression technology to eliminate odor emitted from soil in organic pollution sites. The technology has the function of removing air odor in a short time, and is a common technology for removing soil odor.
The soil odor inhibition technology is that organic matters with strong volatility in soil are coated on the soil surface in a short time and isolated from the environment by means of spraying the odor inhibitor on the soil surface; or the strong fragrance is used for hiding the odor to control the harm of the odor to the environment, people and livestock in a short time.
Common odor inhibitors mainly comprise aromatic substances, ester substances and biological deodorization substances. Some difficulties may arise in the application process:
1. the adopted inhibitor is mostly used for deodorization by substances with strong fragrance, the principle is that the strong fragrance is used for hiding odor, the actually harmful odor is still inhaled, and when the odor is obvious due to serious site pollution, the common odor inhibitor basically plays little role and has high use cost;
2. the traditional foaming odor inhibitor forms a foam film layer on the surface of soil in the spraying process, isolates and wraps a toxic and harmful odor source, takes foam as a sealing medium, is completely isolated from air, and achieves the aim of deodorization, but the foam has short duration and cannot play a role of deodorization for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the problems, the invention provides a combined odor control agent and a deodorization method for a chlorine-containing pesticide polluted site; the combined odor control agent is low in cost, can quickly oxidize strong volatile organic compounds on the surface of soil or in the air, eliminates the odor of a polluted site, and realizes the lasting control of the odor of the chlorine-containing pesticide polluted site.

In a further improvement of the invention, in the agent C, the mass fraction of chlorine dioxide is 0.7-1%, and the mass fraction of sodium hypochlorite is 0.3-0.5%.
As a further improvement of the invention, the agent A and the agent B are sprayed on the soil surface, and the agent C is sprayed in the air.
The invention also discloses a deodorization method of the combined odor control agent, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, spraying an agent A on the soil surface of a chlorine-containing pesticide polluted site;
step 2, spraying the agent B on the soil surface of the chlorine-containing pesticide polluted site;
and 3, spraying the agent C into the air.
As a further improvement of the invention, in step 1, the agent A is uniformly sprayed to form a 1mm thick wet layer.
As a further improvement of the invention, in step 2, after spraying the agent A, the agent B is uniformly sprayed after waiting for 20min to form a wetting layer with the thickness of 3 mm.
As a further improvement of the invention, in the step 3, the dosage of the C agent is 0.5-1L/min.
As a further improvement of the invention, the chlorine-containing pesticide polluted site comprises the following pollutants: chlorophenol, chlorobenzene, phenol, benzo [ a ] pyrene, hexachloro.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
