A traditional Chinese medicine extracting and uniformly mixing device for skin diseases comprises an extracting mechanism (1), a mixing mechanism (2) and a condensing mechanism (3), it is characterized in that the extraction mechanism (1) comprises a fixed base (11) and a plurality of extraction tanks (12) arranged on the fixed base (11), a top liquid inlet of the mixing mechanism (2) is respectively connected with a plurality of bottom liquid outlets of the extracting tanks (12) through pipelines, the condensing mechanism (3) comprises a recovery tank (31) and a condensing pipe (32), one end of the condensation pipe (32) is connected with a vacuum pump (33), the other end is respectively connected with the recovery tank (31) and the mixing mechanism (2) through a three-way connecting pipe (321), a liquid outlet at the bottom of the recovery tank (31) is respectively connected with liquid inlets at the tops of the plurality of extraction tanks (12) through pipelines; a collecting box (4) capable of adjusting the temperature is arranged at the bottom of the mixing mechanism (2); a liquid outlet at the bottom of each extraction tank (12) is provided with a filtering component (14); the mixing mechanism (2) comprises a mixing tank body (21), and a second heating cavity (22) is arranged on the outer side wall of the mixing tank body (21);
one side of the top of each extraction tank (12) is connected with a pressurized air inlet pipe (13); electromagnetic valves are arranged on a top liquid inlet and a bottom liquid outlet of each extraction tank (12);
