fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a sterilization method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a sterilizer provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes: a processor 100, an LED light source 200 for emitting ultraviolet rays, and a distance sensor 300;
in practice, the distance sensor 300 detects the distance between the sterilizer and the object to be sterilized in real time and transmits the detected distance to the processor 100.
The processor 100 receives the distance transmitted from the distance sensor 300 as a first distance, and adjusts a preset reference sterilization time using the first distance to obtain a sterilization time.
The reference sterilization time is a time determined according to a user's selection of a sterilization mode. In particular, the sterilization modes may be: a baby dish mode, a baby toy mode, a baby clothes mode, an adult dish mode, an adult clothes mode, and the like; and each sterilization mode corresponds to a reference sterilization time. In one implementation, the reference disinfection time may be obtained by counting the time required for thoroughly disinfecting the objects to be disinfected corresponding to each disinfection mode under the condition of the same target distance, for example, the target distance is 0.5 m.
Correspondingly, in the process that the processor 100 adjusts the reference disinfection time according to the first distance to obtain the disinfection time, the processor 100 may obtain the distance between the sterilizer and the object to be disinfected, that is, the target distance, as the second distance when the processor 100 calculates the reference disinfection time;
the reference disinfection time is adjusted to obtain the disinfection time according to the first distance and the second distance, for example, a ratio of the first distance to the second distance may be calculated, and the disinfection time may be obtained by multiplying the obtained ratio by the reference disinfection time.
The preset reference disinfection time is adjusted by using the detected distance, namely, the disinfection time is correspondingly increased or decreased along with the increase or decrease of the distance between the disinfector and the object to be disinfected, so that the disinfection effect is ensured and the resource consumption is reduced.
In practice, the user may preset the reference sterilization time by:
the first method is as follows: the sterilizer can be provided with the interface that is used for carrying out communication connection with the mobile device, when the user need use the sterilizer to disinfect, can install APP (Application) that is used for controlling the sterilizer on the mobile device, later be connected the mobile device through the interface with the sterilizer, after connecting successfully, the user can control the sterilizer through the function that the APP provided and disinfect. In particular, multiple sterilization modes may be provided on the APP, and the processor 100 determines a baseline sterilization time after a user selects one of the sterilization modes. Specifically, the interface may be: the OTG interface can have: micro USB interface, Type-C interface and Lightning interface etc..
In the implementation, the processor with USB function is usually expensive, and in order to reduce the production cost of the sterilizer, a processor without USB function, such as a single chip, may be used, and in this implementation, the sterilizer further includes: a communication conversion circuit; the processor without the USB function is connected with the OTG interface through the communication conversion circuit, so that the power supply and the display screen are shared by the OTG interface and the mobile device, and the use cost of the processor in the sterilizer is reduced. In one implementation, the communication conversion circuit may be: one of a serial port circuit, an I2C bus circuit, and an SPI interface circuit.
The second method comprises the following steps: the sterilizer may be provided with a control panel on which respective sterilization modes are displayed when the sterilizer is turned on, each sterilization mode corresponding to a reference sterilization time, and the processor 100 determines the reference sterilization time when the user selects the sterilization mode.
After the processor 100 determines the sterilization time, the LED light source 200 may be driven to emit ultraviolet rays with the sterilization time as a driving time period, thereby sterilizing the object to be sterilized.
In an implementation, the processor 100 may further send information to prompt the user whether to adjust the current disinfection time to the optimal disinfection time after determining the disinfection time, and drive the LED (Light Emitting Diode) Light source 200 to emit ultraviolet Light after receiving the confirmation information of the user and by using a time length specified by the adjusted disinfection time.
The sterilizer provided by the embodiment of the invention can detect the distance between the sterilizer and the object to be sterilized by using the distance sensor, and adjust the preset reference sterilization time by using the detected distance, namely, the sterilization time can be correspondingly increased or decreased along with the increase or decrease of the distance between the sterilizer and the object to be sterilized, so that the sterilization effect is ensured and the resource consumption is reduced.
In practice, generally, the greater the humidity of the environment, the higher the activity of the bacteria. Based on this, in one implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the sterilizer may further include: a humidity sensor;
the humidity sensor is used for detecting the humidity of the environment where the sterilizer is located and sending the humidity to the processor 100;
in this case, the processor 100 may adjust the reference sterilization time using the first distance and the humidity to obtain the sterilization time.
Specifically, the processor 100 may first adjust the reference sterilization time by using the first distance, and after the adjustment is completed, adjust the sterilization time again according to the adjustment rule that the sterilization time is longer as the humidity is higher, so as to obtain the final sterilization time. For example, a sterilization time increase step may be set, that is, a time period defined by the sterilization time increase step per 1% humidity increase, for example, the step is 2 seconds, and when the detected humidity is 20%, the final sterilization time is increased by 40 seconds based on the time obtained by using the temperature adjustment.
In practice, the ambient light will have a "photo-rejuvenation" effect on bacteria, based on which the disinfection apparatus may further comprise: an ambient light sensor;
the ambient light sensor sends the light intensity to the processor 100 after detecting the light intensity of the environment where the sterilizer is located;
the processor 100 may adjust the reference sterilization time using the first distance and the light intensity to obtain the sterilization time after receiving the light intensity; specifically, after the reference sterilization time is adjusted by the temperature, the sterilization time may be adjusted again by the adjustment rule that the higher the light intensity is, the longer the sterilization time is, thereby obtaining the final sterilization time.
After receiving the light intensity, the processor 100 may adjust the reference sterilization time by using the first distance and the humidity, respectively, and then adjust the sterilization time again according to the adjustment rule that the sterilization time is longer as the light intensity is higher, so as to obtain the final sterilization time.
Specifically, since the higher the light intensity of the environment, the stronger the "light revival" is, the light intensity can be set to increase by 1 second on the basis of the original time for every 50 lux of the sterilization time. For example, the time obtained after adjustment with temperature and humidity is 600 seconds, the light intensity is 1000 lux, and the final sterilization time is 800 seconds.
The sterilizer provided by the embodiment of the invention can adjust the sterilization time by utilizing the distance between the sterilizer and the object to be sterilized, and can also comprehensively consider the environment of the sterilizer and adjust the sterilization time by utilizing the environment information, thereby ensuring the sterilization effect.

step 201, acquiring a distance between a sterilizer and an object to be sterilized as a first distance;
in implementation, the distance may be a distance between the sterilizer and the object to be sterilized detected by a distance sensor in the sterilizer, and then the detected distance is sent to the processor; or may be a distance directly entered by the user on the sterilizer.
and 203, driving an LED light source in the sterilizer to emit ultraviolet rays by taking the sterilization time as the driving time.
Optionally, the step of adjusting a preset reference disinfection time according to the first distance to obtain a disinfection time includes:

and adjusting the standard disinfection time according to the first distance and the second distance to obtain the disinfection time.
