鹿茸霜的药理功效：味咸、涩，性温。归肝、肾经。温肾助阳，收敛止血。用于脾肾阳虚，白带过多，遗尿尿频，崩漏下血，疮疡不敛等病症的治疗。
鹿角胶的药理功效：味咸，性温，归肝肾经。补肝肾、益精血，用于血虚头晕、腰膝酸软、虚劳消瘦。
海狗肾的药理功效：味咸，性热。归肝、肾经。温肾壮阳，填精补髓。用于阳虚祛寒，阳痿遗精，早泄，腰膝痿软，心腹疼痛。
藏红花的药理功效：味甘微酸，性平温，无毒。入心、肝经。活血化瘀，散郁开结。用于治忧思郁结，胸膈痞闷，吐血，伤寒发狂，惊怖恍惚，妇女经闭，产后瘀血腹痛，跌扑肿痛。
海马的药理功效：性温，味甘，可补肾壮阳，活血散结，消肿止痛，散结消肿。有补肾壮阳，活血理伤之功，用于肾阳不足、老人虚弱、镇静安神、久喘不止、虚性哮喘、男子阳痿不育、女子不孕，还适宜于跌打损伤疼痛或内伤疼痛者。
黑附片的药理功效：大辛. 大热。有毒。归经心、脾、肾。回阳救逆，温补脾肾，散寒止痛。大辛大热，温阳逐寒。
杏仁的药理功效：苦，微温；有小毒。归经肺，脾，大肠经。止咳平喘，润肠通便。
木鳖子的药理功效：苦、微甘，凉，有毒。归肝、脾、胃经。散结消肿，攻毒疗疮。疮疡肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，痔瘘，干癣，秃疮。
肉豆蔻的药理功效：性味辛，苦，温。归经脾，胃，大肠经。温中涩肠；行气消食。用于虚泻；冷痢；脘腹胀痛；食少呕吐；宿食不消。
公丁香的药理功效：辛，温。归脾、胃、肺、肾经。畏郁金。温中降逆，散寒止痛，温肾助阳。
乳香的药理功效：性味辛、苦，温。归心、肝、脾经。活血行气止痛，消肿生肌。用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，症瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡。
没药的药理功效：归心、肝、脾经。散瘀定痛，消肿生肌。用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭．产后瘀阻，癥瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡等。
大芸的药理功效：味甘、咸，性温。补肾壮阳，益精，润肠。用于虚劳内伤，腰膝冷痛，阳痿，滑精，不孕，体虚便秘。
吴茱萸的药理功效：味辛、苦，性热。归肝、脾、胃、肾经。有散寒止痛，降逆止呕，助阳止泻的功效。用于厥阴头痛，寒疝腹痛，寒湿脚气，经行腹痛，脘腹胀痛，呕吐吞酸，五更泄泻。
石榴皮的药理功效：味酸、涩，性温。归大肠经。涩肠止泻，止血，驱虫。用于久泻，久痢，便血，脱肛，崩漏，带下，虫积腹痛。
熟地的药理功效：味甘，微温。归肝、肾经。补血养阴，填精益髓。
菟丝子的药理效果：味辛、甘，性平。归肝、肾、脾经。补益肝肾，固精缩尿，安胎，明目，止泻。
柏子仁的药理功效：味甘，性平。归心、肾、大肠经。养心安神，润肠通便，止汗。用于阴血不足，虚烦失眠，心悸怔忡，肠燥便秘，阴虚盗汗。
麦冬的药理功效：味甘，微苦，微寒。归心、肺、胃经。养阴生津，润肺止咳：用于肺胃阴虚之津少口渴、干咳咯血；心阴不足之心悸易惊及热病后期热伤津液等证。
远志的药理功效：味苦、辛、温。归经归心、肾、肺经。安神益智，祛痰，消肿。用于心肾不交引起的失眠多梦，健忘惊悸，神志恍惚，咳痰不爽，疮疡肿毒，乳房肿痛。
怀牛膝的药理功效：味苦酸平，主治寒湿痿痹、四肢拘挛，膝痛不可屈伸，逐血气，伤热火烂，久服轻身耐老。用于补益肝肾，强腰膝以及活血、引血下行的作用。
人工麝香的药理功效：麝香辛香，气极香，走窜之性甚烈，有极强的开窍通闭醒神作用，为醒神回苏之要药，最宜闭证神昏，无论寒闭、热闭，用之皆效。用于热病神昏，中风痰厥，气郁暴厥，中恶昏迷，心腹暴痛，痛肿瘰疬，咽喉肿痛，跌仆伤痛。

优选的,按照重量份,包括如下成份: 鹿茸2，鹿茸霜3，鹿胶3，海狗肾2，藏红花1，海马1，黑附片2，杏仁2，木鳖子3，肉豆蔻3，公丁香2，乳香2，没药3，大芸3，吴茱萸3，石榴皮3，熟地2，菟丝子4，柏子仁2，麦冬4，远志4，怀牛膝4，人工麝香0.1。
一种封脐油制备方法，包括如下步骤:先按上述重量份准备材料,将上述准备好的材料进行如下操作,
1、酒洗海狗肾；
2、杏仁去皮；
3、木鳖子去壳；
4、乳香、没药去油；
5、菟丝子清炒；
6、麦冬、远志去芯；
7、把1-22所有药材浸泡到60度高粱酒3个月；
8、把浸泡的药材倒入100公斤基础油里，油温控制在100度左右，把水汽完全煮掉蒸发掉；关火；
9、油温度冷却以后，放23人工麝香进油里一起浸泡；
10、浸泡7个星期后，去渣取净油备用。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种封脐油，其特征在于，按照重量份,包括如下成份: 鹿茸2，鹿茸霜3，鹿胶3，海狗肾2，藏红花1，海马1，黑附片2，杏仁2，木鳖子3，肉豆蔻3，公丁香2，乳香2，没药3，大芸3，吴茱萸3，石榴皮3，熟地2，菟丝子4，柏子仁2，麦冬4，远志4，怀牛膝4，人工麝香0.1。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种封脐油制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤:先按上述重量份准备材料,将上述准备好的材料进行如下操作,
1、酒洗海狗肾；
2、杏仁去皮；
3、木鳖子去壳；
4、乳香、没药去油；
5、菟丝子清炒；
6、麦冬、远志去芯；
7、把所有药材浸泡到60度高粱酒3个月；
8、把浸泡的药材倒入100公斤基础油里，油温控制在100度左右，把水汽完全煮掉蒸发掉；关火；
