Claims (8)
1. A stretcher for emergency department rescue, comprising:
the frame body is of a hollow structure with a hollow interior and an open upper part; a compressed oxygen cylinder is arranged inside the frame body; the opening of the compressed oxygen cylinder is connected with the oxygen conveying pipe through a control valve; the oxygen therapy pipe is detachably connected with an oxygen therapy cover; the bottom of the frame body is provided with foldable support legs for loading and unloading the ambulance on the frame body;
the stretcher comprises a bed board, an air pump and a fixing frame; the bed board is arranged above the frame body, the front end and the rear end of the bed board respectively protrude out of the two ends of the frame body, and rollers are respectively arranged below the front end and the rear end; a plurality of grooves are uniformly arranged along the transverse direction of the bed plate at intervals, and driving wheels capable of rotating in the grooves are arranged in the grooves; an inflatable bag is arranged on the upper surface of the bed plate between the adjacent grooves; the air pump is arranged in the frame body and is connected with the air path of the inflatable bag; the fixing frame is a U-shaped frame; two ends of the fixing frame can be respectively connected to the side edge of the bed plate through rotating shafts in a manner of rotating along the side edge of the bed plate;
the replacing towel is laid above the bed board in a replaceable way; the front end and the rear end of the replacement towel are respectively detachably connected to the front end and the rear end;
the number of the adapter racks is two; the two switching frames are respectively arranged at two ends of the diagnosis and treatment bed, and the distance between the switching frames is matched with the distance between the rollers arranged below the front end and the rear end; the upper surface of the adapter rack is provided with a track for accommodating the roller; the side surfaces of the switching frame, which are far away from the two ends of the diagnosis and treatment bed, are provided with grooves with the same width as the replacement towel, and guide rollers are arranged in the grooves; two ends of the guide roller are respectively and rotatably connected with two ends of the slot, and the rotating directions of the guide rollers at two ends of the diagnosis and treatment bed are opposite; the guide roller is provided with a claw clamp used for clamping the replacement towel.

The emergency department rescue stretcher of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the supporting legs is provided with a driving wheel which can drive the frame body to move; the support legs are arranged as a pair respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the frame body; the support legs comprise a first support leg and a second support leg; the top ends of the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg are respectively connected to the bottom of the bracket at intervals in a manner of rotating along the bottom surface of the bracket; the bottom end of the first supporting leg is connected with the side wall close to the bottom end of the second supporting leg in a manner of rotating relative to the second supporting leg; the drive wheel set up in the bottom of second supporting leg.
3. The emergency department rescue stretcher of claim 1 wherein a plurality of drive wheels are disposed within each of the grooves; the upper surface of the driving wheel protrudes 3-5mm from the upper surface of the bed board.

The emergency department rescue stretcher of claim 1, wherein the inflatable bag is provided in a plurality of strips extending in a length direction of the bed plate; two adjacent inflatable bags and the inflatable bag between two adjacent grooves are connected to different air pumps so as to realize the respective inflation of the adjacent inflatable bags; the inflatable bag expands after being inflated, and the height of the inflated inflatable bag is higher than that of the driving wheel.

The emergency department rescue stretcher of claim 1, wherein the frame comprises a first frame and a second frame; the opening end of the first fixing frame is connected to the bed board in a manner of being capable of overturning along the side edge of the bed board within 0-90 degrees, and when the included angle between the first fixing frame and the side edge of the bed board is 0 degree, the first fixing frame is perpendicular to the lower surface of the bed board and is positioned below the bed board, and at the moment, a second accommodating groove is formed in the side wall, facing the outer side of the bed board, of the first fixing frame; the opening end of the second fixing frame is connected to the bed board in a manner of being capable of overturning along the side edge of the bed board within 0-180 degrees, and the second fixing frame is accommodated in the second accommodating groove when the included angle between the second fixing frame and the side edge of the bed board is 0 degree; when the included angle between the second fixing frame and the side edge of the bed board is 180 degrees, the second fixing frame is perpendicular to the upper surface of the bed board and is positioned above the bed board.
6. The emergency department rescue stretcher of claim 1, wherein the replacement towel is adapted to the width of the bed board; the front end and the rear end of the replacement towel are fixed on the bed board through the pasting parts arranged at the front end and the rear end.

The emergency department rescue stretcher of claim 1, wherein the replacement napkin is made of a mixture of polyester and non-woven fabric; the terylene is made into strip-shaped terylene strips with the width of 2-5mm, and the terylene strips are woven into a latticed terylene net with the aperture of 5-10mm in a transverse and longitudinal staggered manner; the non-woven fabric is attached to the polyester net.
