In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. The fish roasting oven of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Referring to fig. 1, the fish roasting oven includes a support body 1, a conveying rack 2 and an oven body 3, wherein the conveying rack 2 and the oven body 3 are disposed on the support body 1. Wherein, the conveying frame 2 is positioned between the bracket body 1 and the furnace body 3, and a heating space 4 can be formed between the conveying frame 2 and the furnace body 3. The conveyor frame 2 may be laid with a conveyor belt 202, and the roast may be placed on the conveyor belt 202 and conveyed by the movement of the conveyor belt 202, as shown by the arrow direction in fig. 1. Preferably, a third insulating layer 306 is arranged on the inner side wall of the furnace body 3, and the third insulating layer 306 can also be filled with glass fiber insulating cotton. And the third insulating layer 306 is connected with the end of the corresponding second insulating layer 303 to form a whole, so that the insulating layers are arranged on three sides of the furnace body 3, further, the temperature in the heating space 4 is kept, and the heat loss is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, two side walls of the furnace body 3 are provided with baffles 307, wherein the baffles 307 are pivotally connected with the corresponding side walls, so that the heating space 4 can be opened or closed. Specifically, referring to the conveying direction indicated by the arrow in the figure, when the roast is conveyed to the oven body 3 along with the movement of the transfer belt, the front baffle 307 may be lifted up to open the heating space 4, thereby allowing the roast to enter into the heating space 4. After the heating of the roast is completed, the rear flap 307 may be lifted to open the heating space 4 again, thereby allowing the roast to leave the heating space 4. After the roast passes through the baffle 307, the baffle 307 falls down and closes the heating space 4, so as to avoid heat loss in the heating space 4 as much as possible and save energy.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a temperature probe 308 is preferably disposed in the furnace body 3, wherein the temperature probe 308 can collect a temperature signal in the heating space 4. Also, the temperature probe 308 is connected to the control system 6 so that the temperature signal it collects can be transmitted to the control system 6. Further, the control system 6 can adjust the heating temperatures of the upper heating pipe 301 and the lower heating pipe 201 according to the temperature signal, so as to ensure the temperature in the heating space 4 to be constant or meet the use requirement.
Referring to fig. 2-4 in combination, in one embodiment, the conveyor belt 202 is a mesh structure, so that grease generated during heating of the baked goods can fall through the mesh openings, and the grease is prevented from remaining on the conveyor belt 202. Accordingly, an oil receiving basin 101 is provided in the holder body 1, and the oil receiving basin 101 is located below the heating space 4. Thus, when the roast passes through the heating space 4, the fat generated by the heating may fall into the oil receiving tub 101.
Preferably, the mesh structure may be woven of stainless steel material, and the mesh diameter may be 1.2 mm. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in one embodiment, a water feeding pipe 103 is provided on the bracket body 1, and the water feeding pipe 103 is disposed above the oil receiving basin 101. The water adding pipe 103 can be connected with the water feeding assembly, so that cooling liquid can be introduced, and the oil temperature in the oil receiving basin 101 is reduced.
Further, the water outlet end of the water adding pipe 103 is disposed toward the oil receiving basin 101, so that the cooling liquid introduced by the water adding pipe 103 can be injected into the oil receiving basin 101 through the water outlet end, and thus the cooling liquid can be injected or supplemented in time during the working process. In operation, the oil receiving basin 101 is maintained at a level of cooling fluid, and if the level is too low, it is difficult to lower the temperature of the oil in the oil receiving basin 101, and the waste oil may be burned by the continuous baking of the upper heating pipe.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, a drain line 104 is disposed below the oil pan 101, wherein the drain line 104 can connect the oil pan 101 to the outside. Thus, the waste water and the waste oil in the oil pan 101 can be discharged.
