Abstract
The invention discloses a variable-diameter cleaning brush, which belongs to the field of brushes and comprises a bracket, a driving roller and a plurality of driven rollers, wherein the driving roller and the driven rollers are rotationally connected to the bracket; the driven roller is provided with bristles, and the lengths of the bristles gradually change in a vortex shape in the circumferential direction of the driven roller. The invention has simple structure and reasonable design, can effectively clean the containers with special shapes and improve the application range.

Background
The cleaning brush is the cleaning appliance who is essential in daily life. The conventional washing brush cannot achieve the effect of thorough washing when facing some special-shaped containers. For example, the container with a small opening and a large inner diameter or space, the common cleaning brush is unchangeable in size, the cleaning range is limited by the product size, the small brush cannot reach the container, and the large brush cannot enter the container, so the cleaning effect is not ideal, and the operation is laborious.
At present, people can only adopt common brushes or sponges when cleaning the containers, the cleaning process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, dead corners are likely to be left, and the cleaning is not thorough enough.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems that the size of a cleaning brush is single and unchangeable and the application range is limited in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a variable-diameter cleaning brush.

a diameter-variable cleaning brush comprises a support, a driving roller and a plurality of driven rollers, wherein the driving roller and the driven rollers are rotatably connected to the support, the driving roller and the driven rollers are parallel to each other, the driven rollers are uniformly distributed on the same circumference with the driving roller as the center, a driving gear is installed on the driving roller, and driven gears meshed with the driving gear are installed on the driven rollers; the driven roller is provided with bristles, and the lengths of the bristles gradually change in a vortex shape in the circumferential direction of the driven roller.
Preferably, the support comprises an upper base plate, a lower base plate, a connecting part and a holding part, the connecting part is connected between the upper base plate and the lower base plate, and the holding part is arranged on the upper base plate; the lower parts of the driving roller and the driven roller are rotatably arranged on the lower bottom plate, and the upper parts of the driving roller and the driven roller are rotatably arranged on the upper bottom plate; the bristles are positioned between the upper bottom plate and the lower bottom plate; the driving gear and the driven gear are respectively arranged on the side walls of the driving roller and the driven roller, which are positioned inside the holding part.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the diameter-variable cleaning brush comprises a bracket, a driving roller 1 and a plurality of driven rollers 2 which are rotatably connected to the bracket, wherein the driving roller 1 and the plurality of driven rollers 2 are parallel to each other, for example, four driven rollers 2, but certainly, two or three of the driven rollers can be used. The four driven rollers 2 are uniformly distributed on the same circumference with the driving roller 1 as the center, the driving roller 1 is provided with a driving gear 3, and the driven rollers 2 are provided with driven gears 5 meshed with the driving gear 3; the driven roller 2 is provided with bristles 6, and the lengths of the bristles 6 gradually change in a spiral manner in the circumferential direction of the driven roller 2.
The bristles 6 may be arranged one quarter to one turn, preferably two fifths, on the driven roller 2.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the support includes an upper plate 7, a lower plate 8, a connecting portion 9 and a holding portion 10, the upper plate 7 and the lower plate 8 are opposite and parallel to each other, and an upper end of the connecting portion 9 is connected to a lower surface of the upper plate 7, and a lower end of the connecting portion is connected to an upper surface of the lower plate 8, so as to perform a connecting and supporting function. The grip 10 is a hollow housing structure and is mounted on the upper surface of the upper plate 7.
The lower end of the driving roller 1 is rotatably connected on a lower bottom plate 8 in a bearing or hole-shaft clearance fit mode, the driving roller 1 is connected with an upper bottom plate 7 in the same mode, the upper part of the driving roller 1 penetrates through the upper bottom plate 7 and extends into a holding part 10, and a driving gear 3 is arranged on the part of the driving roller 7 extending into the holding part 10; meanwhile, in order to facilitate adjustment, in the present embodiment, the upper end of the drive roller 1 passes through the grip portion 10, and the handle 4 is mounted on the end portion of the drive roller 1 located outside the grip portion 10.
The connection mode of the driven roller 2 and the lower bottom plate 7 and the lower bottom plate 8 is the same as that of the driving roller 1, and the description is omitted; the upper part of the driven roller 2 also extends into the holding part 10 through the upper bottom plate 7, and the extending part is used for installing the driven gear 5.
In this embodiment, the connecting portion 9 is a sleeve, and the driving roller 1 is located inside the sleeve.
When the cleaning brush is used, firstly, the handle 4 is rotated, the driving roller 1 drives the driven roller 2 to rotate through the driving gear 3 and the driven gear 5, the length of the brush hair 6 with the vortex-shaped cross section is changed in the radial direction of the driving roller 1, in the adjusting process shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the working radius of the cleaning brush is reduced, the holding part 10 is held by hand to extend the brush into a container to be cleaned, and then the driving roller 1 is rotated reversely, so that the working radius of the cleaning brush is enlarged to be matched with the inner wall of the container, and then the cleaning work of the container can be carried out. And after the cleaning is finished, reversely operating to take out the brush.
