本发明公开了一种上行功率控制方法、终端设备、网络设备及计算机存储介质,其中方法包括:根据发送上行信号的带宽部分BWP的数量、或者、根据上行信号关联的闭环功率控制进程的数量,确定下行控制信息DCI中所述终端设备的发送功率控制TPC命令域的比特数;根据所述TPC命令域中的TPC命令,确定发送所述上行信号的至少一个BWP或者所述上行信号关联的至少一个闭环功率控制进程的闭环功率调整因子。
