背景技术
密封连接器中的密封件贡献了初始连接接合力的大部分。在后续的连接事件中,观察到密封件赋予的接合力分量减少了约50%。将在初始连接事件期间的接合力降低到在后续连接事件期间观察到的水平的方法仍然是期望的。
发明内容

因此,提供了准备用于初始连接的密封电连接器组件100的方法200和用于执行方法200的工具300。方法200提供的益处是,将阳连接器110与阴连接器120配合所需的初始配合力减小为与后续连接所需的配合力相当的水平,其中密封件114由高油渗连接硅酮材料制成。由此产生的摩擦减小还减少了在阳连接器主体112与阴连接器主体122配合期间的密封件114聚拢、挤压或滚动的可能性,这些会导致经过密封件114产生泄漏路径。工具300提供仅将润滑剂152施加到护罩124的密封件擦拭表面128的益处。

Claims (13)

1.一种准备用于连接的密封连接器系统的方法,所述密封连接器系统包括阳连接器主体、阴连接器主体以及弹性密封件,所述阴连接器主体限定构造成用于接纳所述阳连接器主体的护罩,所述弹性密封件轴向地围绕所述阳连接器主体的一部分,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)在所述护罩内部上的密封件擦拭表面上施加润滑剂;以及
b)将所述阳连接器主体插入所述阴连接器主体内部,使得所述弹性密封件与所述密封件擦拭表面压缩接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,使用喷涂工艺将所述润滑剂施加到所述密封件擦拭表面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤b)进一步包括以下步骤:
将插入件设置在所述护罩内部,其中,所述插入件限定了中心腔体和多个通道,所述通道从所述中心腔体延伸到限定在所述插入件的外表面中的入口,所述入口邻近所述密封件擦拭表面布置;
在所述插入件内部设置喷射阀;
将所述润滑剂作为雾分配到所述中心腔体中并且通过所述多个通道分配到所述入口;以及
将所述润滑剂的雾沉积到所述护罩的所述密封件擦拭表面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述阳连接器主体初始插入到所述阴连接器主体中之前执行步骤b)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述润滑剂的施加限于所述密封件擦拭表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述润滑剂包括基于全氟聚醚的润滑剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述润滑剂由全氟聚醚润滑剂组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述润滑剂包括基于苯基甲基聚硅氧烷的润滑剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述润滑剂由苯甲基聚硅氧烷润滑剂组成。
10.一种构造成准备用于连接的密封连接器系统的工具,所述密封连接器系统包括阳连接器主体、阴连接器主体以及弹性密封件,所述阴连接器主体限定构造成用于接纳所述阳连接器主体的护罩,所述弹性密封件轴向地围绕所述阳连接器主体的一部分,所述工具包括:
插入件,所述插入件构造成设置在所述护罩内,所述插入件限定中心腔体和多个通道,所述通道从所述中心腔体延伸到限定在所述插入件的外表面中的入口;以及
喷射阀,所述喷射阀配置在所述插入件内部,构造成将润滑剂的雾分配到所述中心腔体中并且通过所述多个通道分配到所述入口,其中,所述入口构造成将所述润滑剂的雾沉积到所述护罩的密封件擦拭表面上。
11.根据权利要求10所述的工具,其特征在于,所述插入件构造成限制润滑剂的雾施加到所述密封件擦拭表面。
12.根据权利要求10所述的工具,其特征在于,所述插入件和所述喷射阀构造成容纳基于全氟聚醚的润滑剂。
13.根据权利要求10所述的工具,其特征在于,所述插入件和所述喷射阀构造成容纳基于苯甲基聚硅氧烷的润滑剂。
