Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a subset of embodiments of the invention and not all embodiments of the invention, with the understanding that the invention is not limited to the example embodiments described herein. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the invention described herein without inventive step, shall fall within the scope of protection of the invention.
In order to at least partially solve the above problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a beverage order processing method. The method is based on an order canceling instruction received from a client of a user, and can cancel the making of the beverage of the order corresponding to the order canceling instruction under the condition that the order canceling condition is met.
Figure 1 shows a schematic flow diagram of a beverage order processing method 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The beverage order processing method 100 may be used in an automated beverage machine system. The automatic beverage machine system is used for automatically making and providing corresponding beverages according to ordering instructions of users. It will be appreciated that an automatic beverage machine system is an intelligent system that is capable of automatically completing the processing of a user's instructions without the need for assistance and supervision by an administrator. Illustratively, an automated beverage machine system may include one or more servers and an automated beverage machine. Each server is connected to one or more automated beverage machines. The automatic beverage machine can perform specific operations according to instructions from the server, such as automatically making beverages and the like. The beverage can be coffee, milk tea, fruit juice, etc. The beverage order processing method 100 may be for execution by a server in an automated beverage machine system. Alternatively, the automated beverage machine system may also not include a server, only one or more automated beverage machines. Thus, the beverage order processing method 100 is for execution by an automated beverage machine.
As shown in fig. 1, the beverage order processing method 100 includes the following steps.
Step S110, receiving an order cancellation instruction from a client of a user, where the order cancellation instruction includes identifier information of an order to be cancelled.
The user's client may be the user's cell phone, tablet, personal computer, or other smart device. The user can complete the operations of submitting orders and the like by utilizing the client. For example, the user may complete the order placing operation through an APP or an applet on a mobile phone. The beverage order processing method 100 may include receiving an order from a client of a user, which may include order information. The order information may include information of the user, information of the purchased beverage (referred to as beverage information for short), and the like. For example, the user's information may include an identifier of the user that identifies the identity of the user that submitted the order. Specifically, the identifier of the user may be a mobile phone number of the user, a user name of system login, and the like. The beverage information may include the type and quantity of the beverage, etc. for the automatic beverage machine to automatically make the beverage required by the user, i.e. the beverage corresponding to the order. Taking coffee as an example, the types of beverages may include cup capacity, sugar degree, hot and cold, concentration, variety, etc. It will be appreciated that one order may order multiple beverages, and therefore, the beverage information may include the number of beverages. Each order may have an identifier with a one-to-one correspondence. In one example, when a user places an order, the order is assigned an order number as an identifier of the order.
It can be understood that in case that the user no longer needs the purchased beverage for related reasons after the user submits the order through the client, the user can submit an order cancellation instruction through the client to cancel the previously submitted order. The order cancellation instruction may include identifier information for the order to be cancelled. The order to be cancelled is an order that is expected to be cancelled, which corresponds to the order cancellation command. The identifier of the order to be cancelled is used to identify the order desired to be cancelled.
Step S120, determining the order to be cancelled based on the identifier information. As previously described, each order is uniquely identified by an identifier of the order. The to-cancel order may be determined based on the identifier information. In the foregoing example, the order to cancel may be looked up and determined based on the order number.
In step S130, it is determined whether the order to be cancelled satisfies a predetermined condition.
It will be appreciated that cancellation of an already submitted order by a user requires certain predetermined conditions to be met. Illustratively, in the case that the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled has not yet been made, the user is allowed to cancel the order. And under the condition that the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled is being made or is already made, the user is not allowed to cancel the order.
There are various ways to determine whether the order to be cancelled satisfies the predetermined condition. For example, whether the predetermined condition is satisfied may be determined according to the current execution state of the order to be cancelled; alternatively, whether the predetermined condition is satisfied may be determined according to the production start time of the order to be cancelled.
Step S140, for the case that it is determined that the order to be cancelled satisfies the predetermined condition based on the step S130, cancelling the production of the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled.
As previously mentioned, the order information includes beverage information. When the order to be cancelled is determined, the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled can be further determined. It is understood that, according to the current execution status of the order to be cancelled, the cancellation of the production of the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled in step S140 may include one or more operations. These operations include operations performed on the automatic beverage machine and/or the server to stop continued processing of the order to be cancelled. For example, an order cancel instruction is sent to the automatic beverage machine, so that the automatic beverage machine stops processing the order to be cancelled; deleting the order to be cancelled and/or the manufacturing task corresponding to the order to be cancelled on the automatic beverage machine; updating the execution state information of the order to be cancelled on the server, and the like.
Illustratively, the beverage order processing method 100 further includes: and returning the cost related to the order to be cancelled to the user.
As previously described, the order information for the order to be cancelled may include information of the user, such as an identifier of the user. The order information may also include beverage information and information on the cost to be paid for the beverage. Based on the user's identifier, the user submitting the order to cancel may be determined. Under the condition that the manufacture of the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled is cancelled, the cost related to the order to be cancelled can be returned to the payment account of the user according to the identifier of the user.
It will be appreciated that in the event that an order is cancelled, the costs associated with the order may be returned to the user to increase the user's viscosity since the beverage is not being made based on the order.
Illustratively, after canceling the production of the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled, the beverage order processing method further includes: and sending a prompt message of successful cancellation to the user. As previously described, the order information for the order to be cancelled may include information of the user, such as an identifier of the user. Based on the user's identifier, a prompt for successful cancellation may be sent to the user submitting the order to be cancelled. The prompt message may include cancellation confirmation information of the order to be cancelled. Optionally, the prompt may also include return information for the cost involved in the order.
It will be appreciated that the user's identifier may be the user's cell phone number. In this case, the reminder information may be sent to the user's client, i.e., his handset. Illustratively, the prompt message may be sent to the client of the user by means of APP, applet or sms. Alternatively, the user's identifier may be the username of the system login. The reminder information may be sent to the user's client over a network. It will be appreciated that a user may log into the system using different clients. Therefore, a user can submit an order placing instruction and/or an order canceling instruction by utilizing a client; when the user logs in the system by using another client, the prompt message can be sent to the client in a message mode.
After the order cancellation instruction is issued, the user may wish to be able to receive confirmation of the order cancellation. And processing prompt information of the order cancellation instruction is sent to the user in time, so that the user can feel friendly, and the user experience is improved.
Illustratively, the beverage order processing method further comprises: in step S150, for the case that the order to be cancelled does not satisfy the predetermined condition, a prompt message (not shown in fig. 1) that cannot be cancelled is sent to the user. Similar to the prompt for successful cancellation, a prompt for non-cancellation may be sent to the user submitting the order to be cancelled. The prompt information which cannot be cancelled may include a description of a case where the order to be cancelled does not satisfy the cancellation condition. For example, the order to be cancelled cannot be cancelled when the order to be cancelled has already been made or has already been made.
Prompt information which cannot be cancelled is sent to the user in time, so that the user can get the purchased beverage according to conditions, for example, the user asks other people to get the beverage instead, the waste of money and money is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, after receiving the order cancellation instruction from the client of the user in step S110, a prompt message that the order cancellation instruction has been received may be sent to the user immediately, and the user may be asked to pay attention to a processing result message of a subsequent order cancellation order. The beverage order processing method for the automatic beverage machine system can receive the order cancelling instruction from the client of the user, and can cancel the making of the beverage of the order corresponding to the order cancelling instruction under the condition that the preset condition is met, so that the demand of the user for cancelling the order is met, and the user experience is improved.
It is understood that the various steps of the beverage order processing method 100 can be performed by a server in the automatic beverage machine system and an automatic beverage machine, respectively. In one example, steps S110 to S130 are all performed by a server. Only step S140 is performed by the server and the automatic beverage machine in cooperation. In this example, the server may be used to manage multiple automated beverage machines. Therefore, the requirement on the data computing capacity of the automatic beverage machines is reduced, the automatic beverage machines are uniformly dispatched, errors are not prone to occurring, and the system stability is guaranteed. In yet another example, all of steps S110 to S140 are performed by an automatic beverage machine. In this example, the operation of canceling the order is handled solely by the automatic beverage machine, which is easy to implement.
The step S130 of determining whether the order to be cancelled satisfies the predetermined condition includes the following steps.
Step S132, sending a query command to the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be cancelled, so as to enable the automatic beverage machine to determine the current execution state of the order to be cancelled and send feedback information about the current execution state.
It is to be understood that the order information may also include automatic beverage machine information, such as store location information where the automatic beverage machine is located. When the user places an order, he can specify an automatic beverage machine for completing the order. Thereby, the user can get the purchased beverage at the automatic beverage machine. The automatic beverage machine is used for completing the manufacture of beverages corresponding to orders under the control of the server.
The server may send a query command to the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be cancelled. The query command may include command information and identifier information for the order to cancel. When the automatic beverage machine receives the query command, the automatic beverage machine determines the current execution state of the order to be cancelled and sends feedback information of the current execution state of the order to be cancelled. In one example, the current execution state may include any one of a state in which a product corresponding to the to-be-cancelled order has not yet started to be manufactured, is being manufactured, and has been manufactured. In another example, the current execution state may comprise a finer grained state.
And step S133, receiving feedback information from the automatic beverage machine. In this step, the server may receive feedback information from the queried automatic beverage machine.
And step S134, determining whether the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled starts to be made or not according to the feedback information. As mentioned above, the feedback information is sent by the automatic beverage machine according to the current execution status of the order to be cancelled. The server can determine the processing condition of the automatic beverage machine for the order to be cancelled based on the feedback information. And if the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled is determined not to be made according to the feedback information, the order to be cancelled meets the preset condition. Therefore, the subsequent step S140 can be continuously executed to cancel the production of the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled.
The current execution state of the order to be cancelled is obtained in real time based on the query information, and whether the order to be cancelled meets the preset condition or not is judged according to the current execution state, so that the judgment result is accurate, and the judgment accuracy is improved.
Illustratively, the beverage order processing method further comprises receiving, from the automatic beverage machine, report information regarding the execution status of the order to be cancelled. The report information can be sent to the server by the automatic beverage machine according to the preset. For example, it is possible to preset a processing node for each order, and the automatic beverage machine sends the execution status of the order to the server. For example, the execution status of the order may include start queue, start production, production complete, wait for pick, complete pick, and timeout unmanned pick. Alternatively, the execution state of the automatic beverage machine sending the order to the server at a specific time frequency may be preset. It will be appreciated that the automated beverage machine may perform reporting operations for all orders for making its corresponding beverage on the automated beverage machine, including orders to cancel as well. The reporting information may include an identifier of the order and execution status information of the order.
Determining whether the order to be cancelled meets the predetermined conditions further comprises step 131 before sending the query command to the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be cancelled.
Step S131, whether the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled starts to be made is primarily judged according to the report information.
It is understood that whether the order to be cancelled starts to be manufactured or not may be initially determined based on the execution status of the order to be cancelled included in the report information. But for the server, the report information was previously received from the automatic beverage machine. The execution status in the report information is a historical status, and the current execution status of the order to be cancelled on the automatic beverage machine may be the same or different. For example, when the automatic beverage machine calls the order into the production queue, the automatic beverage machine sends the execution state at that time to the server. However, at the present time, the automatic beverage machine may have already started making the beverage corresponding to the order, compared to a certain time later. In summary, the current execution state of the order is obtained by the automatic beverage machine further processing the order based on the execution state embodied in the report information.
Therefore, in the case that the initial judgment result indicates that the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled starts to be made, the beverage must already be made, and the step 132 may not be executed. In case that the initial judgment result indicates that the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled has not been made yet, the step 132 may be executed to further determine the current execution state of the order to be cancelled.
The execution state of the order to be cancelled is initially judged based on the report information received by the server, so that the processing efficiency can be improved and unnecessary data communication can be avoided on the premise of ensuring the data accuracy.
To more clearly illustrate whether the above step S130 determines whether the order to be cancelled satisfies the predetermined condition, fig. 2 shows an exemplary flowchart for determining whether the order to be cancelled satisfies the predetermined condition according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the process specifically includes the following steps.
Step S211, receiving report information about the execution status of the order to be cancelled from the automatic beverage machine.
Step S212, whether the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled starts to be manufactured or not is judged initially according to the report information. If the judgment result is yes, executing step S217; if the judgment result is no, step S213 is executed.
Step S213, sending a query command to the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be cancelled, so as to enable the automatic beverage machine to determine the current execution state of the order to be cancelled and send feedback information about the current execution state.
Step S214, the feedback information is received from the automatic beverage machine.
Step S215, determining whether the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled starts to be made according to the feedback information. If the judgment result is yes, executing step S217; if the judgment result is no, step S216 is executed.
In step S216, the order to be cancelled satisfies a predetermined condition. The flow ends.
In step S217, the order to be cancelled does not satisfy the predetermined condition. The flow ends.
The process primarily judges whether the order to be cancelled possibly meets the preset condition based on the report information, and then carries out secondary judgment based on the query command, so that the judgment efficiency and the judgment accuracy are considered.
The query command sent in step S132 or step S213 is further used to cause the automatic beverage machine for completing the to-be-processed order to suspend processing of the to-be-cancelled order and mark the current execution status of the to-be-cancelled order as suspended processing.
It is understood that the above steps S132 and S213 send the query command to the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be cancelled, indicating that the order to be cancelled receives the order cancellation command, and the automatic beverage machine does not need to make the beverage of the order. Processing of the order may be suspended after the automatic beverage machine receives the query command. For example, the current execution state of the order is marked as suspended processing. Alternatively, in the step S134, in a case where it is determined that the order to be cancelled does not satisfy the predetermined condition, the suspended processing state of the order to be cancelled may be cancelled to resume the production of the drink of the order to be cancelled and the subsequent processing.
The order to be cancelled is marked as the suspension processing, the processing of the order to be cancelled can be suspended at the first time, the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled is prevented from being unnecessarily made, system resources are wasted, and even the order cancellation can be failed.
Exemplarily, the step S120 of determining the order to be cancelled based on the identifier information includes: determining order information for the order to be cancelled based on the identifier information, wherein the order information comprises prefetch order time information. A reservation order is an order that a user places in advance of ordering a beverage and expects to obtain the beverage at some point in the future. For a reservation order, the order pre-fetch time is provided for the order. The pre-fetch order time is the time that the user desires to obtain a drink. For example, the user may be at 10 a.m.: 00 orders and select a prefetch time in the order of 14 pm: 00. therefore, the automatic beverage machine can make the beverage in advance according to the order pre-fetching time so as to finish making the beverage before the order pre-fetching time.
The step S130 of determining whether the order to be cancelled satisfies the predetermined condition may include: determining whether a time interval between a current time and a pre-order-fetching time is greater than an expiration threshold, wherein if the time interval is greater than the expiration threshold, the order to be cancelled satisfies the predetermined condition. The expiration threshold may be preset according to a parameter of the kind of beverage. After the beverage is made, the taste of the beverage becomes poor after the storage time of the beverage exceeds the overdue threshold, and the beverage may not be acceptable to users. And under the condition that the time interval between the current moment and the order pre-fetching time is greater than the overdue threshold value, the beverage cannot be made by the automatic beverage machine. Based on the time interval being greater than the expiration threshold, it can be determined that the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled has not been made yet, and the predetermined condition is met.
The order to be cancelled can be directly determined to meet the preset condition based on the fact that the time interval between the current moment and the order pre-fetching time is larger than the overdue threshold, operation steps are reduced, and judgment efficiency is improved.
Alternatively, in the case where the order to be cancelled is a reserved order, it is first determined whether the order to be cancelled satisfies a predetermined condition based on whether a time interval between the current time and the order prefetch time is greater than an expiration threshold. As described above, for the case of greater than, it is directly determined that the order to be cancelled satisfies the predetermined condition. Otherwise, the process shown in fig. 2 is executed to further determine whether the order to be cancelled satisfies the predetermined condition.
Whether the order to be cancelled possibly meets the preset condition is roughly judged by combining the time interval between the current moment and the order pre-fetching time, so that the calculation operation and the data communication quantity can be reduced, and the system efficiency is improved.
Exemplarily, the canceling of the production of the beverage corresponding to the order to be canceled in step S140 includes: sending a cancel command for the order to be cancelled to an automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be cancelled, wherein the cancel command is used for enabling the automatic beverage machine to delete the order to be cancelled. The cancel command may include an identifier of the order to be cancelled. All data related to the order to be cancelled are deleted on the automatic beverage machine, so that the automatic beverage machine can be ensured not to continuously process the manufacturing task of the order to be cancelled, and the waste of system resources is avoided.
After the beverage corresponding to the order to be cancelled is cancelled, the beverage order processing method may further include updating, on the server, an execution state of the order to be cancelled to identify that the order to be cancelled is cancelled. For example, the execution status of the order to be cancelled is changed to cancelled. Thereby, the validity of the data on the server is ensured.
According to another aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a server for an automatic beverage machine system, including: a processor and a memory, wherein the memory has stored therein computer program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, are for performing the beverage order processing method described above.
According to a further aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium on which program instructions are stored, the program instructions being configured to perform the beverage order processing method described above when executed.
The implementation and advantages of the servers and storage media of the automatic beverage machine system described above will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art from reading the above detailed description of the beverage order processing method, and thus will not be described in detail herein.
