In one possible implementation, in step 205: after the first terminal receives the order information and the information of the data transfer mode, if the first terminal selects the mode of the online data transfer to transfer the first data, the first terminal sends an online data transfer request to a first server according to the information of the data transfer mode.
Specifically, the user may transfer the first data for purchasing the first service product by selecting an online data transfer mode through the first terminal, where the online data transfer may be data transfer of the first data through a money fund managed in the first application. In a specific embodiment, after receiving the online data transfer request sent by the first terminal, the first server sends data transfer entry information of the money fund to the first terminal, and the first terminal receives the data transfer entry information and confirms data transfer according to the data transfer entry information, thereby completing the data transfer operation of the first data. Illustratively, the data transfer entry for the monetary fund may be a payment entry for the monetary fund.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can transfer the data information of the purchased business product in an on-line data transfer mode, and the on-line data transfer is completed through the money fund inlet, so that the data transfer operation corresponding to the business product is completed at one time, and the processing efficiency of the whole on-line business is improved.
In one possible implementation, in step 206: after the first terminal sends the offline data transfer request to the first server according to the information of the data transfer mode, the first server can send the bank card information of the receiver to the first terminal according to the offline data transfer request, the first terminal receives the bank card information of the receiver and displays the bank card information on a user interface to inform a user, and the user finishes data transfer operation to a bank counter according to the bank card information of the receiver. After the receiving party, namely the system of the private share-adding company, confirms that the data transferred by the user are received, the receiving party sends confirmation information that the data transfer of the user is completed to the first server, and the first server sends the information that the data transfer is completed to the first terminal after receiving the confirmation information.
In one possible implementation manner, the system of the private equity offering company generates a reconciliation file according to each order of the first service in a preset time period, and then sends the reconciliation files to the first server for auditing the reconciliation. Specifically, the reconciliation files include a reconciliation file of an order for online data transfer and a reconciliation file of an order for offline data transfer. According to the embodiment of the application, the account checking is performed automatically through the server, manual intervention is not needed, the error making efficiency is reduced, and meanwhile the account checking processing efficiency is also improved. In particular, the messaging middleware may be an activeMQ, which is an intermediary through which applications pass messages in a distributed system. The Network Storage may be a Network Attached Storage (NAS) disk, which implements data transmission based on a standard Network protocol and provides file sharing and data backup for computers of various operating systems such as Windows/Linux/Mac in a Network. The File security Transfer unit may be a secure File Transfer Protocol (SSH File Transfer Protocol, sftp) -based Transfer unit, and may provide a secure network encryption method for transferring files.
Specifically, the gateway has opened firewalls of the first server and the service leader server, that is, the two servers can communicate with each other, and in addition, the gateway also performs security policy deployment to ensure the secure communication between the two servers. The gateway is also provided with third-party monitoring software for monitoring whether the file message of the current day is sent or not, or monitoring whether the message middleware has a data message or not, if the data message is found to be abnormal, the data message is sent to related personnel according to a pre-configured mail receiver, according to different services, some of the data message can automatically trigger compensation operation, and some of the related personnel can carry out manual compensation operation on background management equipment.
In a specific embodiment, the purchase file of the first service product is parsed by the standard processing unit to form a text file in a standard format, and a file message is generated at the same time, wherein the file message includes content information in the purchase file. And the first server stores the text file formed after analysis into a network memory, and simultaneously sends the generated file message to a message middleware for caching. After monitoring the file message in the message middleware, the gateway acquires the file message from the message middleware, and stores the file message in a network memory while forwarding the file message to the service master server. The file security transmission unit in the service leader server receives the file message sent by the gateway and stores the file message, and the processing unit of the service leader server can download the file message from the file security transmission unit and analyze the file message to obtain the information included in the file message. So far, the whole process trend of purchasing the file of the first business product is completed.
It should be noted that the purchase file may include a plurality of purchase orders, for example, the purchase order may include order information of a day of the day, so that it is avoided that a message is sent to the server of the service leader every time an order is generated, and the orders are sent in a package manner, thereby reducing processing load of the servers of both parties.
In a specific embodiment, when the first business product is due and needs to be redeemed, the processing unit of the business leader server parses the redeemed file into a file message and sends the file message to the file secure transmission unit, the file secure transmission unit stores the file message, the gateway monitors the file message in the file secure transmission unit and downloads the file message from the file secure transmission unit and stores the file message in the network storage, then the gateway forwards the file message to the first server, the message middleware in the first server receives and caches the file message, and the standard processing unit monitors the file message and downloads the file message from the message middleware and parses the file message into a standard text file for subsequent processing. The flow of the entire redemption document for the first business product is complete.
In a specific embodiment, when a related worker of the background management device receives an abnormal mail sent by the third-party monitoring software, for example, a mail sent by the third-party monitoring software and not receiving a file message of the current day, the related worker may send a purchase file of the current day to the standard processing unit of the first server through the background management device, so that the process operation of sending the information in the purchase file to the leading-party server can be continued.
Specifically, the background management device may further read data in the network memory through a data mining tool Rapid Miner to perform corresponding data mining, so that an online operator may accurately push a product to a high-net-value user through the background management device, and specifically, the background management device stores a lot of data information such as financing, insurance, public recruitment, and the like.
To sum up, the embodiment of the application acquires the withholding authorization information of the bank card of the user, completes the corresponding data transfer operation of purchasing the business product by the user through interaction with the bank system server, and also can complete the corresponding data transfer operation of purchasing the business product by the user through the money fund, thereby avoiding the tedious procedure of handling the data transfer from the user to the bank counter, improving the processing efficiency of the whole online business, meanwhile, because each step of operation is completed under the response coordination of the first server, each step of operation has a record on the first server, the first server can correspondingly and timely change the transaction state of the order, does not need manual intervention, thereby reducing the probability of errors, and further improving the efficiency of online business processing.
In order to better implement the above solution of the present application, an embodiment of the present application further provides an online service processing server, which is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4:
fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an online service processing server 400, where the online service processing server 400 includes: a first receiving unit 401, a first transmitting unit 402 and a processing unit 403, wherein:
a first sending unit 402, configured to send information of a data transfer manner to a first terminal according to a first service processing request carrying first data when the first service processing request sent by the first terminal is received, where the data transfer manner includes online data transfer and offline data transfer, and the first service processing request is used to request to purchase a first service product;
a first receiving unit 401, configured to receive an offline data transfer request fed back by the first terminal based on the information of the data transfer manner, when the first terminal selects the offline data transfer manner based on the information of the data transfer manner;
a first sending unit 402, configured to send a first obtaining request to the first terminal according to the offline data transfer request, where the first obtaining request is used to request to obtain withholding authorization information of a first bank card, and the first bank card is a bank card of a first bank under a user name of the first terminal;
a processing unit 403, configured to process a deduction replacement operation of the first service processing request according to the deduction replacement authorization information and the first data.
In one possible implementation, the processing unit 403 includes a second sending unit and a second receiving unit,
the second sending unit is configured to send the withholding authorization information of the first bank card, the first data, and account information of the receiver to a second server, where the second server is a background server of the first bank, and the account information of the receiver is account information of a bank card that receives the first data;
the second receiving unit is configured to receive credential information, which is sent by the second server and used for successfully transferring the first data, where the credential information that is successfully transferred is credential information generated by the second server after transferring the first data in the first bank card to an account of the receiver according to the withholding authorization information of the first bank card, the first data, and the account information of the receiver.
In one possible implementation manner, the first service processing request is a request sent by the first terminal to the first server through a first application, and the first sending unit 402, configured to send information of a data transfer manner to the first terminal according to the first service processing request, further includes:
a first receiving unit 401, configured to receive an online data transfer request fed back by the first terminal based on the information of the data transfer manner, when the first terminal selects the online data transfer manner based on the information of the data transfer manner;
a first sending unit 402, further configured to send data transfer entry information of a money fund to the first terminal according to the online data transfer request, where the money fund is a fund managed by the first application;
the first receiving unit 401 is further configured to receive data transfer credential information sent by the first terminal, where the data transfer credential information is credential information generated after the first terminal completes data transfer of the first data according to the data transfer entry information of the money fund.
In one possible implementation manner, the online service processing server 400 further includes a generating unit, configured to, after the first receiving unit 401 receives a first service processing request carrying first data sent by the first terminal, and before the first sending unit 402 sends information of a data transfer manner to the first terminal according to the first service processing request,
and generating order information according to the first service processing request, wherein the order information comprises an order number and an order state, and the order state is used for recording each state information from the first service sending the first service processing request from the first terminal to the completion of the transfer of the first data.
In one possible implementation manner, the first receiving unit 401 is further configured to receive a reconciliation file sent by a master of the first service, where the reconciliation file is an account file of online data transfer and offline data transfer related to the first service product within a preset time period, and the reconciliation file is used to assist the first server in auditing the reconciliation
The specific implementation and beneficial effects of each unit in the online service processing server 400 shown in fig. 4 may correspond to the corresponding descriptions in the method embodiment and possible implementations shown in fig. 2, and are not described again here.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a server 500 according to an embodiment of the present application, where the server 500 includes a processor 501, a memory 502, and a communication interface 503, and the processor 501, the memory 502, and the communication interface 503 are connected to each other through a bus 504.
The memory 502 includes, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), or a portable read-only memory (CD-ROM), and the memory 502 is used for storing related instructions and data. The communication interface 503 is used to receive and transmit data.
The processor 501 may be one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), and in the case that the processor 501 is one CPU, the CPU may be a single-core CPU or a multi-core CPU.
The processor 501 in the device 500 is configured to read the program code stored in the memory 502 and perform the following operations:
when receiving a first service processing request carrying first data sent by a first terminal through a communication interface 503, a processor 501 sends information of a data transfer mode to the first terminal according to the first service processing request, where the data transfer mode includes online data transfer and offline data transfer, and the first service processing request is used to request purchase of a first service product;
in the case that the first terminal selects an offline data transfer mode based on the information of the data transfer mode, the processor 501 receives an offline data transfer request fed back by the first terminal based on the information of the data transfer mode through the communication interface 503;
the processor 501 sends a first acquisition request to the first terminal according to the offline data transfer request, where the first acquisition request is used to request to acquire withholding authorization information of a first bank card, and the first bank card is a bank card of a first bank under a user name for logging in the first terminal;
the processor 501 processes the deduction operation of the first service processing request according to the deduction authorization information and the first data.
In one possible implementation manner, the processor 501 processes the deduction operation of the first service processing request according to the deduction authorization information and the first data, including:
the processor 501 sends the withholding authorization information of the first bank card, the first data and the account information of the receiver to a second server through a communication interface 503, where the second server is a background server of the first bank, and the account information of the receiver is the account information of the bank card receiving the first data;
the processor 501 receives credential information, which is sent by the second server and is obtained by successfully transferring the first data, through the communication interface 503, where the credential information is credential information generated by the second server after transferring the first data in the first bank card to the account of the receiver according to the withholding authorization information of the first bank card, the first data, and the account information of the receiver.
In one possible implementation, the first service processing request is a request sent by the first terminal to the first server through the first application, and after the processor 501 sends information of a data transfer mode to the first terminal according to the first service processing request, the method further includes:
in the case that the first terminal selects the on-line data transfer mode based on the information of the data transfer mode, the processor 501 receives an on-line data transfer request fed back by the first terminal based on the information of the data transfer mode through the communication interface 503;
the processor 501 sends data transfer entry information of a money fund, which is a fund managed by the first application, to the first terminal according to the online data transfer request;
the processor 501 receives data transfer credential information sent by the first terminal through the communication interface 503, where the data transfer credential information is credential information generated after the first terminal completes data transfer of the first data according to the data transfer entry information of the money fund.
In one possible implementation manner, after the processor 501 receives, through the communication interface 503, a first service processing request which is sent by a first terminal and carries first data, and before the processor 501 sends, according to the first service processing request, information of a data transfer manner to the first terminal through the communication interface 503, the method further includes:
the processor 501 generates order information according to the first service processing request, where the order information includes an order number and an order status, and the order status is used to record each status information from the first service sending the first service processing request from the first terminal to the completion of the transfer of the first data.
In one possible implementation, the processor 501 receives, through the communication interface 503, a reconciliation file sent by a master of the first business, where the reconciliation file is an account file of online data transfer and offline data transfer related to the first business product in a preset time period, and the reconciliation file is used to assist the first server in auditing reconciliation.
It should be noted that the implementation of each operation described above may also correspond to the corresponding description in the method embodiment and its possible implementation shown in fig. 2, and is not described herein again.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, where the computer program includes program instructions, and when the program instructions are executed by a processor, the method in the method flow shown in fig. 2 or the possible embodiment thereof is implemented.
To sum up, the embodiment of the application acquires the withholding authorization information of the bank card of the user, completes the corresponding data transfer operation of purchasing the business product by the user through interaction with the bank system server, and also can complete the corresponding data transfer operation of purchasing the business product by the user through the money fund, thereby avoiding the tedious procedure of handling the data transfer from the user to the bank counter, improving the processing efficiency of the whole online business, meanwhile, because each step of operation is completed under the response coordination of the first server, each step of operation has a record on the first server, the first server can correspondingly and timely change the transaction state of the order, does not need manual intervention, thereby reducing the probability of errors, and further improving the efficiency of online business processing.
One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or part of the processes in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the above method embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An online service processing method, comprising:
when receiving a first service processing request which is sent by a first terminal and carries first data, a first server sends information of a data transfer mode to the first terminal according to the first service processing request, wherein the data transfer mode comprises online data transfer and offline data transfer, and the first service processing request is used for requesting to purchase a first service product;
the first server receives an offline data transfer request fed back by the first terminal based on the information of the data transfer mode under the condition that the first terminal selects the offline data transfer mode based on the information of the data transfer mode;
the first server sends a first acquisition request to the first terminal according to the offline data transfer request, wherein the first acquisition request is used for requesting to acquire withholding authorization information of a first bank card, and the first bank card is a bank card of a first bank under a user name for logging in the first terminal;
and the first server processes the withholding operation of the first service processing request according to the withholding authorization information and the first data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing, by the first server, the withholding operation of the first service processing request according to the withholding authorization information and the first data comprises:
the first server sends withholding authorization information of the first bank card, the first data and account information of a receiver to a second server, the second server is a background server of the first bank, and the account information of the receiver is the account information of the bank card receiving the first data;
the first server receives credential information, sent by the second server, of the successful transfer of the first data, where the credential information of the successful transfer of the first data is credential information generated by the second server after the first data in the first bank card is transferred to an account of the receiver according to withholding authorization information of the first bank card, the first data and account information of the receiver.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first service processing request is a request sent by the first terminal to the first server through a first application, and after sending information of a data transfer mode to the first terminal according to the first service processing request, the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps that when the first terminal selects an online data transfer mode based on information of the data transfer mode, the first server receives an online data transfer request fed back by the first terminal based on the information of the data transfer mode;
the first server sends data transfer entry information of a money fund to the first terminal according to the online data transfer request, wherein the money fund is a fund managed by the first application;
and the first server receives data transfer voucher information sent by the first terminal, wherein the data transfer voucher information is voucher information generated after the first terminal completes data transfer of the first data according to the data transfer entry information of the money fund.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after receiving a first service processing request carrying first data sent by a first terminal, and before sending information of a data transfer mode to the first terminal according to the first service processing request, the first server further includes:
the first server generates order information according to the first service processing request, wherein the order information comprises an order number and an order state, and the order state is used for recording each state information from the first service sending the first service processing request from the first terminal to the first data transfer.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the first server receives a reconciliation file sent by a master of the first business, the reconciliation file is an account file of online data transfer and offline data transfer related to the first business product within a preset time period, and the reconciliation file is used for assisting the first server in auditing reconciliation.
6. An online transaction processing server, comprising:
a first sending unit, configured to send, when receiving a first service processing request carrying first data sent by a first terminal, information of a data transfer manner to the first terminal according to the first service processing request, where the data transfer manner includes online data transfer and offline data transfer, and the first service processing request is used to request purchase of a first service product;
a first receiving unit, configured to receive an offline data transfer request fed back by the first terminal based on information of the data transfer manner, when the first terminal selects the offline data transfer manner based on the information of the data transfer manner;
the first sending unit is further configured to send a first obtaining request to the first terminal according to the offline data transfer request, where the first obtaining request is used to request to obtain withholding authorization information of a first bank card, and the first bank card is a bank card of a first bank under a user name of the first terminal;
and the processing unit is used for processing the withholding operation of the first service processing request according to the withholding authorization information and the first data.
7. The server according to claim 6, wherein the processing unit comprises a second sending unit and a second receiving unit,
the second sending unit is configured to send the withholding authorization information of the first bank card, the first data, and account information of the receiver to a second server, where the second server is a background server of the first bank, and the account information of the receiver is account information of a bank card that receives the first data;
the second receiving unit is configured to receive credential information, which is sent by the second server and used for successfully transferring the first data, where the credential information that is successfully transferred is credential information generated by the second server after transferring the first data in the first bank card to an account of the receiver according to the withholding authorization information of the first bank card, the first data, and the account information of the receiver.
8. The server according to claim 6, wherein the first service processing request is a request sent by the first terminal to the first server through a first application, and the first sending unit, after sending information of a data transfer mode to the first terminal according to the first service processing request, further includes:
the first receiving unit is further configured to receive an online data transfer request fed back by the first terminal based on the information of the data transfer mode, when the first terminal selects the online data transfer mode based on the information of the data transfer mode;
the first sending unit is further configured to send data transfer entry information of a money fund to the first terminal according to the online data transfer request, where the money fund is a fund managed by the first application;
the first receiving unit is further configured to receive data transfer credential information sent by the first terminal, where the data transfer credential information is credential information generated after the first terminal completes data transfer of the first data according to the data transfer entry information of the money fund.

The server according to any one of claims 6 to 8, further comprising a generating unit, configured to, after the first receiving unit receives a first service processing request carrying first data sent by a first terminal, before the first sending unit sends information of a data transfer mode to the first terminal according to the first service processing request,
and generating order information according to the first service processing request, wherein the order information comprises an order number and an order state, and the order state is used for recording each state information from the first service sending the first service processing request from the first terminal to the completion of the transfer of the first data.
10. The server of claim 9, wherein the first receiving unit is further configured to receive a reconciliation file sent by a master of the first service, where the reconciliation file is an account file of online data transfer and offline data transfer related to the first service product in a preset time period, and the reconciliation file is used to assist the first server in auditing reconciliation.
