Background
Currently, in the process of equipment management, an equipment manufacturer provides the structure of the equipment and a corresponding BOM library of spare parts to a user. 5) when the equipment is maintained, pushing corresponding fault information to a user, automatically matching a processing method according to a fault phenomenon selected by the user, and pushing the matched processing method to the user; and if the spare parts need to be replaced, pushing spare part information to the user according to the priority of the spare parts and the maintenance knowledge base.
Preferably, when the equipment is maintained, the system forms a maintenance record, stores the maintenance record in a maintenance knowledge base, and classifies and arranges the spare parts subjected to maintenance and replacement.
Preferably, if the spare parts need to be replaced, the user only needs to click the corresponding fault phenomenon and processing method, the system binds and records the fault phenomenon and the processing method as the spare part replacement conditions to the spare parts, records the fault phenomenon and the processing method to the maintenance knowledge base, and updates the replacement frequency data of the spare parts.
