Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of on-line management of property management, and discloses a material query method for a property equipment maintenance work order, which comprises the following steps: generating a maintenance work order for maintaining property equipment in an online maintenance work order database, wherein the work order content sequentially comprises a work order number, work order ending time, the region of a maintenance worker executing the work order, the theme of work order maintenance, the name of the maintenance worker and material information; searching historical work orders maintained by the same equipment in a maintenance work order database, extracting the type names in the material information in the historical work orders, and forming a type name list; selecting the material information of the maintenance work order from the type name list, and if the type list does not have the required material type name, adding a material type name in the material information of the maintenance work order; and inquiring the maintenance work order and displaying the work order content. The invention can conveniently and accurately inquire the material condition adopted by each work order and avoid the deviation in material checking.

searching historical work orders maintained by the same type of equipment in a maintenance work order database, extracting type names in material information in the historical work orders to form a type name list, and inquiring the stock quantity of materials with various type names in the list in the maintenance work order database;
selecting the material information of the maintenance work order from the type name list, and if the type list does not have the required material type name, adding the material type name, the quantity, the unit price and the use validity period information to the material information of the maintenance work order;
when the inventory quantity corresponding to the material type name is zero, sending out reminding information that the material type name is lacked;
and inquiring the maintenance work order and displaying the work order content.
