Abstract
A method and a module for testing the sensitivity of a cab signal vehicle-mounted device relate to the technical field of cab signal vehicle-mounted device detection. The method aims to solve the problems that the existing method for testing the sensitivity of the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment is complex to operate when field testing is carried out, and the fault risk of the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment can be increased. Firstly, connecting the sensitivity test port of the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment on a cab detector with a cab signal host to be tested; then the locomotive signal vehicle-mounted equipment sends sensitivity upper and lower limit track circuit system signals to the locomotive signal host machine through the locomotive signal host machine and the terminal of the receiving coil in the locomotive detector, reads the output information of the tested equipment corresponding to the sensitivity upper and lower limit input signals, and obtains the sensitivity upper and lower limits of the tested equipment; and comparing the measured upper and lower limits of the actual sensitivity with upper and lower limit standard values of sensitivity specified by TB/T3287, and judging whether the test result is qualified. The method is suitable for the on-board test of the sensitivity of the cab signal on-board equipment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a detection technology of cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment.
Background
With the increase of the service life of the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment, the equipment is aged, so that the sensitivity is changed, and once the sensitivity of the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment exceeds the standard regulation requirement, the potential safety hazard is brought to the safety of the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment. In order to prevent this, the sensitivity of the cab signal on-board equipment needs to be regularly tested. Cab signal sensitivity is the minimum rail short circuit current value for cab signal equipment to operate (stable decoding). When a sensitivity upper limit track circuit system signal is provided for a locomotive signal host, a lamp is turned on by the locomotive signal host; when the sensitivity lower limit track circuit system signal is provided for the locomotive signal host, the locomotive signal host is turned off.
At present, when the sensitivity of the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment is tested on site, the cab signal test board is used for testing after the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment is off.
The testing method brings great inconvenience to field operators, needs to go back and forth the locomotive and indoors for many times, consumes manpower and material resources and increases the testing cost. And the disassembly of the equipment also increases the fault risk for the equipment application and influences the railway operation safety.
Therefore, it is necessary to research a convenient and reliable method for testing the sensitivity of the cab signal host in the vehicle.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sensitivity testing method and a module for a locomotive signal vehicle-mounted device, aiming at solving the problems that the operation is complicated when the existing sensitivity testing method for the locomotive signal vehicle-mounted device is used for field testing, and the fault risk of the locomotive signal vehicle-mounted device can be increased.
The invention relates to a sensitivity test method of cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment, which comprises the following steps:

2) The rail circuit standard signal is provided for the locomotive signal host machine only through the sensitivity test interface of the detector, and extra code sending equipment is not needed, so that the method is more convenient and fast.
3) And the operation record is reserved, the test result is convenient to inquire, the safety and the reliability of the test are improved, and the operation process is effectively controlled.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows: specifically describing the present embodiment with reference to fig. 1 to 3, the sensitivity test method for the cab signal on-board device according to the present embodiment tests the sensitivity by connecting the sensitivity test interface of the cab signal on-board device on-board detector to the terminals of the tested cab signal host and the receiving coil, providing the rail circuit standard signal to the cab signal host, and simultaneously testing the output signal voltage of the cab signal host.
The overall flow chart of the method is shown in fig. 1, and mainly comprises the following steps:

The signal may be one of ZPW-2000, frequency shift and ac count signals, and the amplitude of the transmitted track circuit signal needs to conform to the sensitivity voltage value specified by TB/T3287. In the process, because the sizes of signals of different track circuit systems and the amplification factors of the signals are different, the relay needs to be controlled to switch the total range of code sending voltage. The process is also realized by programming a program to control the programmable signal amplification chip by the CPU. Because the hardware circuit can bring certain interference to the amplitude of the track circuit system signal, and cause errors, in order to weaken the influence of the errors, the amplitude precision of the track circuit system signal is improved, and the measurement of the sensitivity is more accurate. And then, according to the voltage amplitude of the track circuit standard signal and the voltage amplitude of the measured full-scale signal which are actually required to be sent, the amplification factor of the control signal at the moment is obtained. The output signal of the signal generating chip is controlled according to the amplification factor, so that the sensitivity testing precision can be improved.
For example, in the track circuit system signal ZPW2000, the full scale of the signal amplification chip is X, the voltage obtained by AD sampling at the full scale is a, and if the signal voltage to be transmitted is 200, and the amplification factor of the output signal of the control signal generation chip is Y, Y is X × 200/a. And the DSP is used as a CPU to control the relay to be closed.
And the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment reads the output information of the tested equipment corresponding to the upper and lower limit input signals after the vehicle detector sends the sensitivity upper and lower limit track circuit system signals to the tested equipment and the delay is not less than the strain time value specified by TB/T3287 for a period of time, and obtains the actual output results of the sensitivity upper and lower limits.
And comparing the actual output results of the measured upper and lower limit voltage values of the sensitivity with the sensitivity output information standard value specified by TB/T3287, and judging whether the test result is qualified.
And sending the test result to a main control board, and controlling a screen to display the sensitivity test result and simultaneously storing the test result by the main control board.
The second embodiment is as follows: the present embodiment will be described specifically with reference to fig. 1 to 3. Because a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) can realize a complex control algorithm, the embodiment adopts the DSP as a CPU, controls a programmable signal generating chip by programming, and outputs FSK signals with different carrier frequencies and low frequencies as locomotive signal code sending information.
The module for testing the sensitivity of the cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment in the embodiment is realized by software embedded in a CPU, and comprises the following units:
track circuit system signal transmission unit: sending sensitivity upper and lower limit track circuit system signals at a sensitivity test port of a vehicle detector through cab signal vehicle-mounted equipment;
the device under test outputs the information detecting element: and reading the output information of the tested equipment corresponding to the track circuit system signals with the upper and lower limits of sensitivity to obtain the actual output results of the upper and lower limits of sensitivity of the tested equipment.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the module further includes the following units:
