Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of detection, and particularly relates to a method for measuring the perpendicularity of an end face.
Background
The precision bolt is widely applied to an aeroengine, and in order to ensure the reliability of bolt installation, the runout of a bolt polish rod is usually measured by taking the pitch diameter of the thread as a reference, but the pitch diameter of the thread is not a solid line segment but a virtual line segment. The measuring mode in production adopts a mode of converting reference, the major diameter of the thread is used as a medium diameter to replace reference, or a coaxiality ring gauge is used for measuring form and position tolerance. However, the two methods have the greatest disadvantage of poor measurement accuracy, and cannot meet the measurement requirements of high-precision bolts. The reason is that the major diameter of the thread formed by rolling is naturally formed by material flowing, the tolerance of jumping and roundness of the thread is large, the measurement error is large, and the jumping value of the bolt polish rod to the pitch diameter of the thread cannot be truly reflected due to reference conversion. The coaxiality ring gauge measurement mode is greatly influenced by the manufacturing precision. And a gap exists between the ring gauge and the precision bolt when the ring gauge is matched with the precision bolt, so that the measurement error is increased. The requirement of measuring the form and position tolerance of the high-precision bolt cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a method for measuring the light bar runout and the end face verticality of a high-precision bolt by using a contact type measuring mode and small measuring errors by taking the pitch diameter of a thread as a reference.
