The first housing 61 is provided with a through hole for connecting the first connection portion 311 of the first control board 31 to the second connection portion 322 of the second control board 32 in a plugging manner.

When the electronic control device is turned on, operation information of the electronic control device can be transmitted to the display screen 41 through the first control board 31.
In some embodiments, the electronic control device comprises an air conditioner. Namely: the controller provided by the present disclosure is at least a controller suitable for an air conditioner.
Some embodiments provide a control method of the controller, which includes:
when it is desired to adjust the operating mode or operating parameters of the electronic control device,
rotating the ring-shaped member 1 to make the first touching portion 11 touch the annunciator 2;
the annunciator 2 sends a signal to the control panel;
the control board sends out a signal for controlling the electric control equipment;
wherein, a single touch of the annunciator 2 with the first touch portion 11 triggers a switch of a single operation mode of the electronic control device, or triggers a single increase or decrease of an operation parameter of the electronic control device.
In some implementations, the ring member 1 is provided with a plurality of first touching portions 11, and each touching time the annunciator 2 is set, the value of the operation parameter is increased by a value smaller than 1, so as to improve the control accuracy.
For example: the value of the set temperature parameter is increased by 0.1-0.5 ℃ every time the annunciator 2 touches the first touching part 11, so as to improve the temperature control precision.
In some embodiments, the controller further comprises a pressing assembly; the control method of the controller further comprises the following steps:
after the operation mode or the operation parameters of the electric control equipment are determined, the pressing component is pressed for confirmation, and then the control board sends out a signal for enabling the electric control equipment to operate according to the selected operation mode or the selected operation parameters.
In some embodiments, the control method of the controller further includes:
before rotating the ring member 1, if the controller is in a standby state, the pressing assembly is pressed to activate the controller, and then the ring member 1 is rotated again.
In some embodiments, the electronic control device is an air conditioner, and the control method of the controller suitable for the air conditioner includes:
when a user needs to adjust the operation mode of the air conditioner, for example: cooling, heating, dehumidifying, air supplying, sleeping, etc. or when a user needs to adjust an operation parameter of the air conditioner, for example: temperature, wind speed, sweep angle operating parameters, etc.;
if the controller is in a standby state, the display 41 is pressed once, the chassis 43 moves downward along with the movement of the display 41, so that the second touching portion 45 of the chassis 43 contacts with the signal receiving portion 321 on the second control board 32, the changing signal is transmitted to the third control board 33 through the inter-board electrical connection, the third control board 33 transmits the signal to the display 41 again, and the adjustable mode is entered.
By rotating the ring member 1 clockwise or counterclockwise, switching back and forth among a plurality of setting modes such as wind speed, temperature, scene setting mode, control mode, fresh air mode, clock, function key, etc., the selected mode blinks, and the display screen 41 is pressed once again to enter the setting interface of this mode.
By rotating the ring member 1 clockwise or counterclockwise, the value of the operation parameter is set, and after the setting, the setting can be confirmed by pressing the display screen 41.
Wherein, when the ring-shaped member 1 is rotated, the first touching part 11 on the ring-shaped member 1 is contacted with the touching part 21 on the annunciator 2 on the third control board 33, and the annunciator 2 sends a change signal to the third control board 33.
When the ring-shaped member 1 rotates clockwise, the touching member 21 of the annunciator 2 is at the first position 21a, the annunciator 2 is continuously contacted with a plurality of first touching portions 11 on the ring-shaped member 1, and the annunciator 2 is touched with one first touching portion 11 once every clockwise rotation.
When the ring-shaped member 1 rotates anticlockwise, the touching member 21 of the annunciator 2 is at the second position 21b, the annunciator 2 is continuously contacted with the plurality of first touching portions 11 on the ring-shaped member 1, and the annunciator 2 is touched with one first touching portion 11 once every anticlockwise rotation.
The parameter to be increased or decreased by one rotation depends on the number of the first touching portions 11, and the advancing or retreating accuracy can be controlled by a program built in the third control board 33.
After the user confirms that the adjusted parameters are displayed on the display screen 41, the received confirmation signal is transmitted to the second control board 32, and the second control board 32 transmits the received signal to the first control board 31 through the electric connection in the plugging mode so as to change the running condition of the air conditioner.
In some embodiments, the controller is turned on after the air conditioner is powered on. The controller displays the indoor PM2.5 value, formaldehyde concentration, temperature and humidity through the PM2.5 detecting element 52, formaldehyde detecting element 53, temperature and humidity detecting element 51 on the third control board 33.
The first control board 31 is internally provided with a PM2.5 and formaldehyde concentration safety upper limit value set according to national standards, and when the controller detects that the indoor air quality exceeds the safety upper limit value, the controller sends a signal to the indoor unit to enable the indoor unit to open an indoor fresh air system for fresh air exchange.

Claims (22)

1. A controller, comprising:
the annular piece (1) is rotatably arranged, and a first touching part (11) is arranged in the annular piece (1); the inner wall of the annular piece (1) is provided with a plurality of first touching parts (11) at intervals along the rotation direction of the annular piece (1);
the annunciator (2) is arranged in the annular piece (1), and the annunciator (2) is configured to mechanically touch the first touch part (11) and send a signal when the first touch part (11) rotates to the position of the annunciator (2) along with the annular piece (1);
a control board electrically connected to the annunciator (2), the control board configured to receive a signal emitted by the annunciator (2) and emit a signal for controlling an electronic control device; each first touching part (11) makes a touch with the annunciator (2), and the annunciator (2) sends a signal to the control panel;
a pressing assembly configured to move or deform with respect to the ring (1) to touch the control board, causing the control board to emit a signal for controlling an electronic control device; the pressing assembly comprises a support, the support is arranged in the annular piece (1), the annunciator (2) is arranged in the support, the annunciator (2) comprises a touching piece (21), the touching piece (21) stretches out of the support, and the touching piece (21) is used for touching the first touching part (11); the touching piece (21) has an initial position, a first position (21 a) and a second position (21 b), the annular piece (1) rotates, the touching piece (21) is converted from the initial position to the first position (21 a) or the second position (21 b), and the first position (21 a) and the second position (21 b) are generated due to the clockwise or anticlockwise rotation of the annular piece (1).
2. A control according to claim 1, characterized in that the pressing assembly is provided in the ring (1);
the pressing assembly is configured to move axially along the ring (1) or deform axially to touch the control plate.
3. A control as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the pressing assembly comprises a support provided with a second abutment (45) adjacent to the control plate, the support being configured to move axially or deform axially along the annular member (1) so that the second abutment (45) abuts the control plate.
4. The controller according to claim 1, wherein the control board comprises a first control board (31) and a second control board (32), the first control board (31) being electrically connected to the second control board (32);
the pressing assembly is configured to move or deform relative to the ring (1) to touch the second control board (32), the second control board (32) is configured to send a signal to the first control board (31) after being touched by the pressing assembly, and the first control board (31) is configured to send a signal for controlling an electronic control device.
5. The controller of claim 1, further comprising an environment detection module electrically connected to the control board, the environment detection module configured to send a signal to the control board.
6. The controller of claim 5, wherein the environmental detection module includes at least one of a temperature and humidity detection element (51), a PM2.5 detection element (52), a formaldehyde detection element (53), and a noise detection element.
7. The controller according to claim 1, wherein the control boards comprise a first control board (31) and a third control board (33), the third control board (33) being electrically connected to the first control board (31), the third control board (33) being provided within the ring (1), the annunciator (2) being provided within the third control board (33), the annunciator (2) being configured to send a signal to the third control board (33), the third control board (33) being configured to send a signal to the first control board (31), the first control board (31) being configured to send a signal for controlling an electronic control device.
8. The controller of claim 7, wherein the control board further comprises a second control board (32), the second control board (32) being electrically connected to the first control board (31);
the controller further comprises a pressing assembly configured to move or deform relative to the ring (1) to touch the second control board (32), the second control board (32) being configured to send a signal to the first control board (31).
9. The controller according to claim 8, wherein the third control board (33) is provided in the holder.
10. The controller according to claim 9, wherein the bracket comprises a ring-shaped frame (42) and a bottom frame (43), the outer peripheral shape of the ring-shaped frame (42) is matched with the inner peripheral shape of the ring-shaped member (1), the bottom frame (43) is arranged at the end part of the ring-shaped frame (42), the bottom frame (43) is provided with a second touching part (45), and the second touching part (45) is used for touching the second control board (32).
11. A control as claimed in claim 9, comprising a support (44), said support (44) being provided in said ring (1), said support (44) being movably connected to said support, said second control board (32) being provided in said support (44).

A controller according to claim 1 or 8, wherein the pressing assembly comprises a display screen (41), the display screen (41) being provided at an axial end of the ring (1), the display screen (41) being electrically connected to a control board for displaying an operating mode and operating parameters of the electrical control device.
13. A controller according to claim 1, comprising a mounting portion (6), said ring member (1) being rotatably provided to said mounting portion (6), said pressing assembly being detachably provided to said mounting portion (6), said mounting portion (6) being adapted to be provided to a wall or an electrical control device.
14. A controller according to claim 4, comprising a mounting portion (6), said ring (1) being rotatably arranged on said mounting portion (6), said mounting portion (6) being adapted to be arranged on a wall or an electrical control device, said first control board (31) being arranged on said mounting portion (6).
15. The controller according to claim 14, wherein the second control board (32) is electrically connected to the first control board (31) in a plug-in manner.
16. A control according to claim 1, characterized in that the first abutment (11) extends in the radial direction of the ring (1).
17. A controller according to claim 1, characterized in that the ring (1) is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes arranged in the form of braille lettering for providing operation prompts.
18. An electronic control device comprising a controller as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 17.
19. The electronic control device of claim 18, wherein the electronic control device comprises an air conditioner.
20. A control method of the controller according to claim 1, comprising:
when it is desired to adjust the operating mode or operating parameters of the electronic control device,
rotating the annular piece (1) to enable the first touching part (11) to touch the annunciator (2);
the annunciator (2) sends signals to the control panel;
the control board sends out a signal for controlling the electric control equipment;
wherein a single touch of the annunciator (2) with the first touch portion (11) will trigger a switching of a single operation mode of the electronic control device, or a single increase or decrease of an operation parameter value of the electronic control device.
21. The control method of the controller of claim 20, wherein the controller further comprises a pressing assembly; the control method further includes:
after the operation mode or the operation parameters of the electric control equipment are determined, the pressing component is pressed for confirmation, and then the control board sends out a signal for enabling the electric control equipment to operate according to the selected operation mode or the selected operation parameters.
22. The control method of the controller according to claim 21, further comprising:
before rotating the ring member (1), if the controller is in a standby state, the pressing assembly is pressed to activate the controller, and then the ring member (1) is rotated again.
