Abstract
The invention relates to a television support frame, which is provided with a wall-mounted support and a panel for fixedly mounting a television; the panel is also provided with a driving component for driving the panel to rotate; the driving assembly comprises a driving motor, a worm and a helical gear; the panel is rotatably connected to the wall-mounted support through a bearing; the bevel gear is fixedly connected to the front face of the wall-mounted support and is coaxially arranged with the bearing; the driving motor is fixedly connected to the back of the panel, and an output shaft of the driving motor is in transmission connection with the worm through a coupler; the worm is in transmission fit with the helical gear. According to the invention, the worm is matched with the helical gear, so that the panel can rotate, a good fit clearance can be achieved, and shaking and collision noise caused by the fit clearance can be effectively prevented.

The invention relates to a television support frame.
Background
With the continuous development of the electronic field, the television is made thinner and lighter. The placement of television sets is therefore increasingly diversified. For example, the angle of the television can be adjusted by directly mounting the hanging rack on a wall, for example, mounting the hanging rack on a roll-over stand.
Although some existing mounting frames can be turned over, turning over is often achieved manually, and operation is inconvenient. The existing hanging rack is hung through a hanging rack fixed on the back of a television through a hook. Only the fixing function can be realized, and the angle adjustment cannot be realized. The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention has a wall hanging bracket and a panel for fixing and installing the television; the panel is also provided with a driving component for driving the panel to rotate; the driving assembly comprises a driving motor, a worm and a helical gear; the panel is rotatably connected to the wall-mounted support through a bearing; the bevel gear is fixedly connected to the front face of the wall-mounted support and is coaxially arranged with the bearing; the driving motor is fixedly connected to the back of the panel, and an output shaft of the driving motor is in transmission connection with the worm through a coupler; the worm is in transmission fit with the helical gear.
The back of the panel is fixedly provided with a control circuit board for controlling the driving motor to work; the control circuit board is provided with two Hall devices which are respectively used for limiting the forward rotation angle and the overturning angle of the driving motor; and the bevel gear is provided with an induction magnetic column which can be aligned with the Hall when the panel rotates. The control circuit board is conventional technology and will not be repeated here.
The wall hanging bracket comprises a fixed frame and a back plate; the back plate is fixedly hung on the fixing frame through the hook; the bevel gear is fixedly connected to the front face of the back plate.
The fixing frame comprises an upper hanging beam, a lower hanging beam, a left side beam and a right side beam which are connected with the upper hanging beam and the lower hanging beam; the upper hanging beam and the lower beam are provided with hanging holes; the upper end and the lower end of the back surface of the back plate are respectively provided with a hook correspondingly matched with the hanging hole; the fixed frame is provided with a stress plate, and the back surface of the back plate is provided with a spring plate assembly for tightly propping against the stress plate; the spring plate component comprises a top pressure plate which is rotatably arranged on the back surface of the back plate through a rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is sleeved with a return spring for driving the top pressure plate to tightly push the stress plate.
The stress plate and the upper hanging beam are integrally formed.
The invention has the positive effects that: (1) the invention can realize the rotation of the panel by utilizing the matching of the worm and the helical gear; meanwhile, the fit clearance between the worm and the helical gear is very small, so that the stability of the panel can be ensured, and shaking and collision noise caused by the fit clearance can be avoided.
(2) The invention utilizes the Hall effect, and can realize the forward rotation angle and the reverse rotation angle of the driving motor by setting the Hall position, namely realize the rotation angle of the panel.
(3) The back plate on the invention can be separated from the fixed frame through the hook, thereby facilitating installation and later maintenance.
(4) According to the invention, through the action of the spring plate component on the stress plate, the hook can be tightly attached to the hanging hole, the hanging gap is reduced, and the shaking and collision noise is further avoided.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention has a wall-mounted bracket 1, a panel 2 for fixedly mounting a tv, and a driving assembly 3 for driving the panel 2 to rotate; the wall hanging bracket 1 comprises a fixed frame 11 and a back plate 12; the fixed frame 11 includes an upper hanging beam 111, a lower hanging beam 112, and left and right side beams that connect the upper hanging beam 111 and the lower hanging beam 112.
The upper hanging beam 111 and the lower beam 112 are both provided with hanging holes 113; the upper end and the lower end of the back plate 12 are respectively provided with a hook 121 correspondingly matched with the hanging hole 113; and a stress plate 114 is arranged below the hanging hole 113 of the upper hanging beam 111, and the stress plate 114 and the upper hanging beam 111 are integrally formed.
The back of the back plate 12 is provided with a spring plate assembly 122 for tightly propping against the stress plate 114; the spring plate assembly 122 comprises a top pressure plate 122-1 which is rotatably arranged on the back surface of the back plate 12 through a rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is sleeved with a return spring 122-2 for driving the top pressure plate 122-1 to tightly press the stress plate 114.
The driving assembly 3 comprises a driving motor 31, a worm 32 and a bevel gear 33; the panel 2 is rotatably connected to the wall-mounted support 1 through a bearing 4; the bevel gear 33 is fixedly connected to the front surface of the back plate 12 and is coaxially arranged with the bearing 4; the driving motor 31 is fixedly connected to the back of the panel 2, and an output shaft of the driving motor 31 is in transmission connection with the worm 32 through a coupler; the worm 32 is in driving engagement with a bevel gear 33.
A control circuit board 5 for controlling the driving motor 31 to work is fixedly arranged on the back of the panel 2; two Hall devices 6 which are respectively used for limiting the forward rotation angle and the overturning angle of the driving motor 31 are arranged on the control circuit board 5; the bevel gear 33 is provided with an induction magnetic column 7 which can be aligned with the Hall sensor 6 when the panel 2 rotates.

Due to the matching characteristic of the worm 32 and the bevel gear 33, no shaking and no slippage occur when the panel is locked. In the forward rotation process of the panel 2, when the Hall 6 of the control circuit board 5 is aligned with the induction magnetic column 7 on the helical gear 33, the shutdown locking can be realized, and thus the shutdown effect of a fixed position is realized.
Inversion of the panel 2: the circuit on the control circuit board 5 sends a reverse rotation instruction to the driving motor 31, at this time, the driving motor 31 reverses, the driving worm 32 rotates, the worm 32 is in transmission fit with the bevel gear 33, and the bevel gear 33 is stationary, so the panel 2 reverses, and can stop rotating and lock at any time during the reverse rotation. In the reverse rotation process of the panel 2, when the Hall 6 of the control circuit board 5 is aligned with the induction magnetic column 7 on the bevel gear 33, the shutdown locking can be realized, and thus the shutdown effect of a fixed position is realized.
