技术领域
本发明属于水龙头技术领域,尤其涉及一种装载于水龙头内部的瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯。
背景技术
阀芯做为卫浴行业中的必备配件,一直被用在多种产品中,但现有的阀芯一般是以旋转方式分水。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,操作方便的瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯,其特征在于:包括按压件、转动件、弹簧、上阀体、下阀体、传动体、固定件、密封件、上瓷片、中瓷片、下瓷片、密封垫;所述按压件上有导向凸、尖齿;所述转动件下端有上传动孔、转动凸,所述转动凸的一端上有尖角部,所述上阀体上有内腔、导向槽、第一斜台、第二斜台、定位凸部;所述传动体上有上传动杆、密封部、下传动杆;所述上瓷片上有第一进水孔、第二进水孔;所述中瓷片上有下传动孔、通水孔;所述下瓷片上有中出水槽、下出水孔;所述下阀体上有上阀体腔、瓷片腔、固定槽、定位凹槽、进水槽、出水槽、密封位;其中,所述进水槽在所述出水槽上部;
所述按压件在所述内腔中且上端伸出所述内腔,所述导向凸在所述导向槽中,所述转动件在所述按压件下面,所述上传动杆在所述上传动孔中,所述弹簧套在所述上传动杆上且在所述转动件与所述传动体之间,所述上阀体在所述上阀体腔中,所述定位凸部在所述定位凹槽中,所述固定件在所述固定槽中;所述密封件在所述密封位且套在所述密封部上,所述上瓷片在所述瓷片腔中且与所述下阀体固定,所述中瓷片在所述上瓷片下面,所述下传动杆在所述下传动孔中,所述下瓷片在所述中瓷片下面且与所述下阀体固定,所述密封垫在所述下瓷片下面;其中,所述转动件能在所述上传动杆上上下滑动;
下按所述按压件使所述转动件向下移动,所述弹簧压缩,下移一段距离后,所述转动凸滑出所述导向槽,由于所述尖齿、所述弹簧、所述尖角部的作用所述转动件发生转动,所述转动件带动所述上传动杆从而使所述传动体转动,从而使所述下传动杆带动所述中瓷片转动,所述尖角部转动到所述第一斜台底部,所述通水孔上部与所述第一进水孔相对,下部与所述中出水槽相对,所述进水槽与所述出水槽联通,同时所述中瓷片关闭所述下出水孔;
再次下按所述按压件使所述转动件向下移动,下移一段距离后,由于所述尖齿、所述弹簧、所述尖角部的作用所述转动件再次发生转动,所述尖角部沿着所述第二斜台转动到所述导向槽,所述下传动杆再次带动所述中瓷片转动,所述转动凸滑回所述导向槽中,所述通水孔上部与所述第二进水孔相对,下部与所述下出水孔相对,所述进水槽与所述下出水孔联通,同时所述中瓷片关闭所述中出水槽;
作为本发明的瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯的改进,其进一步的特征是:所述固定件为C形,所述密封件为碗形,所述上瓷片、所述下瓷片上有定位部,所述下阀体上有定位槽;所述定位部在所述定位槽中;
作为本发明的瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯的改进,其进一步的特征是:所述按压件上有8个所述尖齿,所述上阀体上有4个所述第一斜台、4个所述第二斜台,所述上瓷片上有4个呈等分分布的所述第一进水孔、4个呈等分分布的所述第二进水孔,所述中瓷片上有4个呈等分分布的所述通水孔,所述下瓷片上有4个呈等分分布的所述中出水槽、4个呈等分分布的所述下出水孔;所述按压件的每一次按压使所述转动件转动45度,也即使所述动中瓷片转动45度;
作为本发明的瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯的改进,其进一步的特征是:还包括密封圈,所述上瓷片上有密封位,所述密封圈在套在所述密封位上。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制造使用方便。

本发明中的上部结构中的按压件1、转动件4、上阀体8、弹簧40的运动原理就是圆珠笔的弹跳原理,本发明利用弹簧40上弹时使转动件4转动过程中带动传动体14从而使中瓷片25转动,下面具体介绍运动过程;
参阅图1至图12,按压件1在内腔9中且上端伸出内腔9,导向凸2在导向槽10中,转动件4在按压件1下面,上传动杆15在上传动孔7中,弹簧40套在上传动杆15上且在转动件4与传动体14之间,上阀体8在上阀体腔32中,定位凸部13在定位凹槽35中,固定件18在固定槽34中;密封件19在密封位38且套在密封部16上,上瓷片20在瓷片腔33中,密封圈41套在密封位24上,中瓷片25在上瓷片20下面,下传动杆17在下传动孔26中,下瓷片28在中瓷片25下面,定位部23在定位槽39中,密封垫42在下瓷片28下面;其中,转动件4能在上传动杆15上上下滑动;
下按按压件1使转动件4向下移动,弹簧40压缩,下移一段距离后,转动凸5滑出导向槽10,由于尖齿3、弹簧40、尖角部6的作用转动件4发生转动,转动件4带动上传动杆15从而使传动体14转动,从而使下传动杆17带动中瓷片25转动45度,尖角部6转动到第一斜台11底部,通水孔27上部与第一进水孔21相对,下部与中出水槽29相对,进水槽36与出水槽37联通,同时中瓷片25关闭下出水孔30;
再次下按按压件1使转动件4向下移动,下移一段距离后,由于尖齿3、弹簧40、尖角部6的作用转动件4再次发生转动,尖角部6沿着第二斜台12转动到导向槽10,下传动杆17再次带动中瓷片25转动45度,转动凸5滑回导向槽10中,通水孔27上部与第二进水孔22相对,下部与下出水孔30相对,进水槽36与下出水孔30联通,同时中瓷片25关闭中出水槽29。

1.一种瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯,其特征在于:包括按压件、转动件、弹簧、上阀体、下阀体、传动体、固定件、密封件、上瓷片、中瓷片、下瓷片、密封垫;所述按压件上有导向凸、尖齿;所述转动件下端有上传动孔、转动凸,所述转动凸的一端上有尖角部,所述上阀体上有内腔、导向槽、第一斜台、第二斜台、定位凸部;所述传动体上有上传动杆、密封部、下传动杆;所述上瓷片上有第一进水孔、第二进水孔;所述中瓷片上有下传动孔、通水孔;所述下瓷片上有中出水槽、下出水孔;所述下阀体上有上阀体腔、瓷片腔、固定槽、定位凹槽、进水槽、出水槽、密封位;其中,所述进水槽在所述出水槽上部;
所述按压件在所述内腔中且上端伸出所述内腔,所述导向凸在所述导向槽中,所述转动件在所述按压件下面,所述上传动杆在所述上传动孔中,所述弹簧套在所述上传动杆上且在所述转动件与所述传动体之间,所述上阀体在所述上阀体腔中,所述定位凸部在所述定位凹槽中,所述固定件在所述固定槽中;所述密封件在所述密封位且套在所述密封部上,所述上瓷片在所述瓷片腔中且与所述下阀体固定,所述中瓷片在所述上瓷片下面,所述下传动杆在所述下传动孔中,所述下瓷片在所述中瓷片下面且与所述下阀体固定,所述密封垫在所述下瓷片下面;其中,所述转动件能在所述上传动杆上上下滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯,其特征在于:所述固定件为C形,所述密封件为碗形,所述上瓷片、所述下瓷片上有定位部,所述下阀体上有定位槽;所述定位部在所述定位槽中。
3.如权利要求1所述的瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯,其特征在于:所述按压件上有8个所述尖齿,所述上阀体上有4个所述第一斜台、4个所述第二斜台,所述上瓷片上有4个呈等分分布的所述第一进水孔、4个呈等分分布的所述第二进水孔,所述中瓷片上有4个呈等分分布的所述通水孔,所述下瓷片上有4个呈等分分布的所述中出水槽、4个呈等分分布的所述下出水孔;所述按压件的每一次按压使所述转动件转动45度,也即使所述动中瓷片转动45度。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的瓷片式上进水弹力分水阀芯,其特征在于:还包括密封圈,所述上瓷片上有密封位,所述密封圈在套在所述密封位上。
