Technical Field

Background
Ceiling fans are widely used by the public because they do not occupy the ground space and have good air disturbance effect. Existing ceiling fans have a stator, a rotor, and a plurality of fan blades. Therefore, if a customer needs to purchase a fan with a larger or smaller air volume and a wider or more concentrated blowing range, in order to meet the customer's requirements, a manufacturer must open the mold to produce blades at different angles, which not only consumes the production operation time, but also greatly increases the manufacturing cost, thereby resulting in poor economic benefits.
In view of the above, there is a need for improvement of existing ceiling fans.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an angle adjusting member for a blade and a ceiling fan thereof, wherein the angle adjusting member can be combined with the blade of the ceiling fan, so that the blade can form a windward adjustment angle or a hanging adjustment angle with respect to a horizontal plane, thereby meeting the product requirements of customers.

Each blade 5 may have a plurality of through holes 51, and the plurality of through holes 51 correspond to the plurality of locking holes 421 of the adaptor disk 4 and the plurality of through holes 13 of the body 1; thus, the locking hole 421 of the locking bar 42, the through hole 13 of the angle adjuster J, and the through hole 51 of the blade 5 can be penetrated and combined by a locking member 6, so that the angle adjuster J can be stably connected between the locking bar 42 and the blade 5, thereby improving the stability of combination. In addition, the end surface of the blade 5 near the motor 3 preferably abuts against the inner surface 21 of the stop lug 2; therefore, when the blade 5 is assembled, the blade 5 can be easily positioned, and the effect of improving the assembling convenience is achieved.
Specifically, the fastening surface 11 of the angle adjustment member J may be connected to the lower surface of the locking bar 42 as shown in fig. 5, and the blade 5 is connected to the blade connecting surface 12 of the angle adjustment member J, so that the blade 5 is located below the adaptor plate 4; alternatively, the fastening surface 11 of the angle adjusting member J may be connected to the upper surface of the locking bar 42 as shown in fig. 6, and the blade 5 is connected to the blade connecting surface 12 of the angle adjusting member J, so that the blade 5 is located above the adaptor plate 4. Therefore, the horizontal height of the blade 5 can be adjusted according to the actual use requirement.
Therefore, the body 1 is connected between the locking bar 42 of the adapter plate 4 and the blade 5, and the inclined portion 11a of the fastening surface 11 makes the blade 5 form the windward adjustment angle θ 1 with respect to the horizontal plane S; when the ceiling fan rotates, the windward side of the blade 5 cuts air, the air is cut into an upper air flow and a lower air flow, and the windward adjustment angle theta 1 increases the air flow below the blade 5; therefore, the air guiding quantity of the ceiling fan during rotation can be improved. Even if the motor 3 is at a low rotation speed, the blades 5 can generate effective airflow to maintain a predetermined air volume, and at the same time, the energy saving effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, which are second embodiments of the blade angle adjusting member J of the present invention, in the present embodiment, the fixing surface 11 may have an inner short side 113 and an outer short side 114 opposite to each other, and a part or all of the fixing surface 11 preferably has a shape of declining from the inner short side 113 to the outer short side 114, so that another inclined portion 11b is formed on the fixing surface 11, and a raising and dropping adjusting angle θ 2 is formed between the another inclined portion 11b and a horizontal plane S. Wherein, the raising and hanging adjustment angle theta 2 is preferably greater than or equal to 2 degrees and less than or equal to 15 degrees; so that the blade 5 can provide the effect of better adjusting the blowing range. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, after the vane 5 is connected to the vane connecting surface 12 of the angle adjuster J, the other inclined portion 11b of the fixing surface 11 lifts the vane 5 from the inner short side 113 to the outer short side 114; when the ceiling fan rotates, the blades 5 which are raised can increase the blowing range to provide a large area of space for the driving fluid, thereby improving the air circulation and making the environment more comfortable.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, which show a third embodiment of the angle adjusting member J of the blade of the present invention, in this embodiment, a part or the whole of the fixing surface 11 is preferably inclined upward from the inner short side 113 to the outer short side 114, so that another inclined portion 11c is formed on the fixing surface 11, and the flying angle θ 2 is formed between the another inclined portion 11c and a horizontal plane S. Therefore, after the vane 5 is connected to the vane connecting surface 12 of the angle adjuster J, the other inclined portion 11c of the fixed surface 11 makes the vane 5 hang from the inner short side 113 to the outer short side 114; when the ceiling fan rotates, the blades 5 formed to be drooped can make the blowing range more concentrated to provide a small area space for the driving fluid.

Claims (10)

1. An angle adjustment member for a blade, comprising:
the body is provided with a fixing surface and a blade connecting surface which are opposite, the fixing surface is used for connecting one of locking strips of a rotating disc which synchronously rotates with a motor, the fixing surface is provided with at least one inclined part, the blade connecting surface is connected with a blade, and the at least one inclined part enables the blade to form a windward adjusting angle or a lifting adjusting angle; and the stopping lug is connected with and protrudes out of the blade connecting surface.
2. The blade angle adjuster according to claim 1, wherein the fastening surface has a windward long side and a guide long side opposite to each other, the at least one inclined portion is inclined downward from the guide long side toward the windward long side, and the windward adjustment angle is formed between the at least one inclined portion and a horizontal plane.
3. The blade angle adjustment of claim 1, wherein the angle of windward adjustment is greater than or equal to 2 degrees and less than or equal to 15 degrees.

The ceiling fan of claim 8, wherein each locking bar has at least one locking hole, each blade has at least one through hole, and the corresponding locking hole of the locking bar, the through hole of the angle adjusting member and the through hole of the blade are penetratingly combined by a locking member.
10. The ceiling fan of claim 7 wherein the blade attachment surface is shaped to conform to the shape of the blade.
