Abstract

In the step 2, the gangue generated by cutting and mining rock strata is firstly crushed by a crusher and then is conveyed to a goaf through a coal filling transfer machine and a filling scraper conveyor in sequence.

When the coal mining machine cuts the top rock layer 10, the supporting plates 5 on the filling supports 4 are sequentially recovered along with the advancing of the coal mining machine 1, the mined and cut gangue falls onto the working face scraper conveyor 3, is conveyed to the filling scraper conveyor 8 through the working face scraper conveyor 3, and then the goaf is filled through the filling scraper conveyor 8. Thereby realizing the respective mining of the coal seam 11 and the roof rock layer 10, greatly reducing the gangue content of the coal mining, and reducing the coal washing pressure and the washing cost; the thin coal seam 11 is isolated from the roof rock layer 10 by the supporting plate 5, and the roof rock layer 10 is supported, so that normal production of separate mining and separate transportation mining of the working face of the thin coal seam 11 is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 2, in the thin coal seam coal and gangue separate mining and separate transportation filling mining system of the present invention, the supporting plate 5 is driven by the driving mechanism 2, and the driving mechanism 2 is used for driving the supporting plate 5 to move forward or backward.

In the thin coal seam coal and gangue separate mining and separate transporting and filling mining system of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the discharge end of the face scraper conveyor 3 is provided with a guide groove, and the guide openings of the guide groove are respectively directed to the coal carrying loader 14 and the crusher 6.
The coal conveying to the coal carrying transfer machine 14 and the gangue conveying to the crusher 6 are realized by controlling the opening and closing of the two guide ports.

and 3, repeating the step 1 and the step 2 to mine and fill the coal bed 11 and the roof rock layer 10, and finishing the mining and filling of the coal and gangue separate mining and transportation of the working face.
In the step 2 of the thin coal seam coal and gangue separate mining and separate transporting filling mining method, the gangue generated by cutting and mining rock layers is firstly crushed by the crusher 6 and then is conveyed to a goaf through the filling reversed loader 7 and the filling scraper conveyor 8 in sequence.
