The design and construction method requires strict and uniform time for construction steps at each stage, the perpendicularity and the crack level of the wall body are abnormal easily before the concrete underpinning beam is poured, and the cracks and the deflection of the wall and the underpinning beam are beyond the standard limit after the concrete is poured. This is mainly because, when the concrete underpinning beam is set and poured, the non-uniformity and strength of the concrete material do not reach the designed strength completely, so that the wall is easy to crack when the upper wall load is transmitted to the underpinning beam, the beam deflection is too large, the underpinning procedure is delayed, and the serious person causes the interruption or failure of the wall reconstruction.

(4) installing a horizontal support 4 between a cross support 5 and the upright post 2;
(5) the height of the jack 3 is adjusted to ensure that the upright post 2, the horizontal support 4 and the cross support 5 are effectively supported and connected;
(6) and (3) dismantling the wall body 1 to be dismantled, and dismantling the underpinning device after the support column is reestablished under the wall body.
