Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of membrane structure buildings, in particular to a pipe truss supporting membrane curtain wall boundary connecting device.
Background
The membrane structure is a curved structure formed by stretching and fixing a membrane body made of a high-strength flexible membrane material on a rigid support member, and can be classified into an overall stretching type, a skeleton support type, a cable system support type, an air support type and the like according to the support mode. The flexible membrane material is used as a novel building material, can play the roles of enclosure, decoration, sun shading, heat preservation or sound absorption at the same time, has the characteristics of light structure, rich shape, stable performance, energy conservation and environmental protection, adopts the membrane structure as a building curtain wall, and has wide application and development space. The membrane structure curtain wall mainly adopts a framework supporting type membrane structure form, and after a membrane body is tensioned, the edge of the membrane body is fixed on a rigid supporting member.
The existing technology for connecting the membrane body edge and the supporting structure is a clamping plate fixing mode, the clamping plate and the membrane body edge are perforated firstly, and then the membrane body edge is directly pressed and fixed on a secondary steel structure by using a bolt; another technique for connecting the edge of the membrane body and the supporting structure at present is a clamp connection mode, wherein a mounting clamp is connected to the edge of the membrane body, then the clamp is connected and fixed on a secondary steel structure through bolts or screws, and holes can be formed in the clamp to be directly fixed on the secondary steel structure during connection or gradually tensioned and fixed through the screws. These methods can reliably achieve the fixing of the film body boundaries to the support structure, but the wide boundary seams exist between adjacent film bodies, which adversely affects the overall appearance and decorative effect of the film structure.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a membrane curtain wall boundary connecting device supported by a pipe truss, and an object of the invention is to provide a membrane curtain wall connecting device with better overall appearance decoration effect, wherein a narrow boundary seam is formed between adjacent membrane bodies, and less membrane material can be used for further closing the membrane bodies.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a boundary connecting device for a pipe truss supported membrane curtain wall, which is realized by: including the membrane body, pipe truss, anchor clamps, first connecting piece and second connecting piece, this membrane body edge has convex strake, and this truss has chord member and a plurality of web members. The top of the clamp is provided with a first through groove with an opening positioned on the inner side, a plurality of first through holes which are uniformly distributed are arranged below the first through groove, a plurality of second through holes which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the lower portion of the first through groove, and the first through holes and the second through holes penetrate through the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the clamp. The inner sides of the clamps are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the truss relatively, the first connecting pieces are respectively penetrated through the first through holes of the symmetrically arranged clamps in sequence in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the second connecting pieces are respectively penetrated through the second through holes of the symmetrically arranged clamps in sequence in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The first connecting pieces and the second connecting pieces are respectively positioned at two sides of the chord member, and are connected with the symmetrically arranged clamps together and fixed on the chord member. The edge strip of the film body penetrates through the first through groove, the film body extends out of the opening of the first through groove, and the film body extends from the top of the clamp to the outer side of the clamp.
Through the technical scheme, the clamps are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the chord member, the membrane bodies are connected with the first through grooves of the clamps through the edge strips of the membrane bodies and penetrate out of the symmetrically arranged clamps, the width of the joint between the boundaries of the adjacent membrane bodies is not larger than the distance between the clamps, and the traditional method of using a pressing plate or an adjusting bolt is abandoned in the membrane curtain wall boundary connecting device, so that the distance between the symmetrically arranged clamps is small, and the adjacent membrane bodies are sufficiently close to the joint. If waterproof measures are further taken, the quantity of raw materials for manufacturing the waterproof belt can be reduced by at least 50 percent on the original basis.
In a preferred embodiment, a third through groove is formed between the first through hole and the second through hole inside the clamp, and the third through groove between the clamps symmetrically arranged on two sides of the truss is embraced on the chord and clamps the chord. Therefore, even when the inner side surfaces of the symmetrically arranged clamps are completely attached, enough space is still provided for accommodating the chord members, so that the distance between the seams of the adjacent membrane bodies can be further reduced until the inner side surfaces are completely attached, and the connecting action of the clamps on the chord members can be realized, so that the structural connection is more stable.
As a preferred embodiment, the first connecting member and the second connecting member are full-tooth screws, the first nut is sleeved at two ends of the first connecting member, and the second nut is sleeved at two ends of the second connecting member. Therefore, when the device is installed, the nut can be positioned at any position on the screw rod according to the stretching process of the membrane body, and convenience is provided for stretching the membrane body step by step for multiple times.
In a preferred embodiment, the truss is a planar truss, and the web members are arranged uniformly along the axis of the chord and are perpendicular to the chord. Therefore, the size of the truss member can be reduced while the overall stability of the supporting truss is ensured, and the clamps can be conveniently and symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the chord member.
Furthermore, through holes are respectively formed in the web members, the second connecting members are respectively arranged in the through holes in the web members in a penetrating mode, and auxiliary nuts are respectively sleeved on two sides of each web member of each second connecting member and are fixed on the web members. Can fix this second connecting piece on this web member in advance like this before beginning to install the membrane body, make the connection and the installation of membrane body more convenient, be favorable to avoiding damaging the membrane body in the installation.
Furthermore, the lower part of the inner side of the clamp is provided with a second through groove, the central line of the second through groove is superposed with the central connecting line of the second through hole, the width of the second through groove is larger than the diagonal length of the auxiliary nut, and the depth of the second through groove is larger than the thickness of the auxiliary nut. After fixing this second connecting piece on the web member with supplementary nut in advance like this, this supplementary nut can imbed this second and lead to the inslot, guarantees effective contact between this anchor clamps medial surface and this web member, makes the structure pass power route more reasonable effective.
In a preferred embodiment, the clamp has a closed cavity in the interior of the first through-hole. Therefore, on one hand, the weight of the clamp can be reduced, on the other hand, the workload of forming the first through hole in the clamp can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment, the inner side of the clamp is provided with a first positioning groove along the central connecting line of the first through hole, and the inner side of the clamp is provided with a second positioning groove along the central connecting line of the second through hole. Therefore, when the first through hole and the second through hole are machined, convenience is provided for drilling and positioning, and the improvement of the working efficiency is facilitated.
The invention adopts the connecting structure that the inner sides of the clamps are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the truss face to fix the membrane bodies and the membrane bodies penetrate out of the inner sides of the clamps and then are tensioned reversely, so that narrow boundary seams are formed between the adjacent membrane bodies, the integral appearance decoration effect is better, and less membrane materials can be used when the membrane bodies are further closed.
