Referring to the dashed boxes in fig. 1, each of the frames 1 is rectangular and is formed by welding four H-shaped steels of 200 × 150 × 6 × 8. A plurality of frames 1 distribute along the arc and the inner arc side welded connection of two adjacent frames 1, outer arc side pass through 2 welded connection of frame connecting piece for a plurality of frames 1 wholly constitute the arc support, and the both ends of arc support are the column base. (2) hoisting a second section of steel beam segment to the right side of the central point on the assembling jig, respectively clamping the left end splicing part and the right end column foot of the second section of steel beam segment between an inner arc fixed baffle 4 and an outer arc fixed baffle 5 on a corresponding baffle fixed plate 3, and then secondarily fixing the right end column foot of the second section of steel beam segment by using a combined buckle;
(2) and hoisting the third section of steel beam segment to the left side of the central point on the assembling jig, respectively clamping the right end splicing part and the left end column foot part of the third section of steel beam segment between the inner arc fixed baffle 4 and the outer arc fixed baffle 5 on the corresponding baffle fixed plate 3, and secondarily fixing the left end column foot part of the third section of steel beam segment by using a combined buckle.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the transportation device comprises transportation rails 7, a transportation vehicle and a winch 11, wherein the two transportation rails 7 are parallel and fixed on the bridge deck along the bridge trend, the transportation rails 7 are 20# channel steel, the transport vechicle includes car support 8, car platform 9, universal wheel 10, refer to fig. 4, car support 8 is the rectangular frame 1 form of length 14.3m, width 5.6m and comprises many specifications 200 × 150 × 6 × 8H shaped steel welded connection, the top surface welding of car support 8 has car platform 9, three universal wheel 10 is installed respectively to the bottom surface both sides of car support 8, universal wheel 10 is 4t universal wheel, the universal wheel 10 of car support 8 bottom surface both sides is installed respectively in two transportation tracks 7, two hoists 11 are installed respectively in the both ends department of bridge, hoist 11 is 5t hoist, the wire rope of two hoist 11 all is connected with the transport vechicle.
During actual construction, the transportation rail 7 is laid along the deck of the bridge 12, and the two winches 11 are respectively installed at both ends of the bridge 12. During operation, the winch 11 pulls the transport vehicle to move along the transport rails 7 through the steel wire rope, so that the steel beam segments on the transport vehicle are transported to the arc-shaped steel beam assembling area, and then the arc-shaped steel beams are assembled on the assembling jig frame.

the transportation device comprises a transportation rail, a transportation vehicle and two winches, wherein the transportation rail is fixed on a bridge deck along the trend of the bridge, the transportation vehicle is arranged on the transportation rail, the two winches are respectively arranged at two ends of the bridge, and the steel wire ropes of the two winches are connected with the transportation vehicle.
