The invention discloses a formula of a sole anti-slip material, which is characterized in that: the material comprises the following materials by mass: imported nitrile rubber 240: 25-35 kg, 2.8-4 kg of non-slip oil, 3-4 kg of transparent zinc chloride, 3-3 kg of active agent PEG2, 0.5-0.8 kg of rubber agent DM, 0.2-0.3 kg of rubber agent D, 9-11 kg of oil DOP, 8.5-11 kg of white smoke, 8-10 kg of brominated butyl, 10-12 kg of butyl butylbenzene, TS: 0.3-0.4 kg and an anti-aging agent OH-5: 0.3-0.5 kg. The invention also provides a preparation method of the formula of the sole anti-slip material. The sole made of the sole anti-slip material formula provided by the invention has higher anti-slip and wear-resistant properties and better dry and wet anti-slip properties.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the formula of the anti-slip material for the soles, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: putting the nitrile rubber into an internal mixer for internal mixing, and mixing at the internal mixing temperature of 120 ℃;
step 2: placing the banburied nitrile rubber into an open mill for thin-passing plastication until molecular chains of the rubber are opened, and placing the rubber at normal temperature for 24 hours to be used as main rubber;
and step 3: adding the lubricating oil, the oil DOP, the transparent zinc chloride, the butyl bromide and the solution-based butylbenzene into the main rubber, and mixing at 90-110 ℃ for 3-5 minutes;
and 4, step 4: adding an anti-aging agent OH, white smoke and an active agent PEG, mixing at 90-120 ℃, discharging after mixing for 2-5 minutes, and cooling for 24 hours to be used as mixing base rubber for later use;
and 5: adding TS, rubber medicament DM and rubber medicament D into the base rubber according to the parts, uniformly mixing on an open mill, and then discharging, cooling and blanking into semi-finished blanks with the size of a product;
step 6: and putting the semi-finished blank into a mold of a mold pressing vulcanizing machine for vulcanizing to obtain a finished product.
The invention has the technical effects that: detection shows that the Akron wear value of the slip-resistant sheet prepared by the sole slip-resistant material formula is 0.22 cm/1.61 km, detection shows that the dry type slip-resistant coefficient of the whole shoe is 1.62 and the wet type slip-resistant coefficient is 1.03 according to the shoe detection standard, and the slip-resistant performance is greatly improved.

Example 1: the sole anti-slip material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: imported nitrile rubber 240: 30 kg, 3.5 kg of anti-skid oil, 3.2 kg of transparent zinc chloride, 2.6 kg of active agent PEG, 0.7 kg of rubber medicament DM, 0.2 kg of rubber medicament D, 10 kg of oil DOP, 10 kg of white smoke, 9 kg of butyl bromide, 11 kg of butyl butylbenzene and TS: 0.35 kg and an anti-aging agent OH-5: 0.4 kg.
Example 2: the weight ratio is as follows: imported nitrile rubber 240: 28 kg, 3 kg of non-slip oil, 3.5 kg of transparent zinc chloride, 3 kg of active agent PEG, 0.6 kg of rubber medicament DM, 0.28 kg of rubber medicament D, 9.5 kg of oil DOP, 9 kg of white smoke, 8.5 kg of butyl bromide, 10 kg of butyl butylbenzene and TS: 0.4 kg and an anti-aging agent OH-5: 0.45 kg.

The preparation method of the formula of the anti-slip material for the shoe soles provided by the invention comprises the following steps of:
step 1: putting the nitrile rubber into an internal mixer for internal mixing, and mixing at the internal mixing temperature of 120 ℃;

In order to further enhance the wear resistance of the anti-slip part and simultaneously avoid the wear resistance from being improved and simultaneously reduce the anti-slip performance, short carbon fibers are added in the step 3, and the adding amount of the short carbon fibers is 1-3 kg. and 4, step 4: adding an anti-aging agent OH, white smoke and an active agent PEG, mixing at 90-120 ℃, discharging after mixing for 2-5 minutes, and cooling for 24 hours to be used as mixing base rubber for later use;
and 5: adding TS, rubber medicament DM and rubber medicament D into the base rubber according to the parts, uniformly mixing on an open mill, and then discharging, cooling and blanking into semi-finished blanks with the size of a product;
step 6: and putting the semi-finished blank into a mold of a mold pressing vulcanizing machine for vulcanizing to obtain a finished product.
6. The method for preparing the anti-slip material for soles according to claim 5, wherein the short carbon fibers are added in the step 3, and the addition amount of the short carbon fibers is 1-3 kg.
