Fig. 1 schematically shows a flow chart of a control method of a water purifier according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 1, the method for controlling a water purifying dispenser according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes steps S11 to S14, as follows:
and S11, detecting the quality value of the water tank of the water purifier.
In this embodiment, the detection of the quality value of the water tank of the water purifier can be realized through real-time detection, and the periodic detection of the quality value of the water tank of the water purifier can also be performed according to a specified detection period. Wherein the quality value of the water tank comprises the quality of the water tank and the quality of raw water in the water tank.
Specifically, the detection of the water tank quality value can be realized by a gravity sensor provided in the water tank.
It should be noted that, because raw water is stored in the water tank, the above-mentioned detection of the quality value of the water tank of the water purifying and drinking machine specifically refers to the detection of the sum of the quality values of the water tank and the stored raw water.
And S12, acquiring the historical quality value of the water tank.
In this embodiment, the detection data of the water tank of the water purifier is recorded and stored to obtain the historical quality value of the water tank.
And S13, judging whether the water purifying dispenser meets a preset water changing condition or not according to the quality value of the water tank and the historical quality value.
And S14, if the water purifying drinking machine meets the preset water changing condition, generating water changing prompt information to prompt a user to change water. In this embodiment, the quality change condition of the water tank is analyzed and obtained according to the quality value of the current water tank and the historical quality value of the water tank, and whether the water purifying dispenser meets the preset water changing condition is further judged according to the quality change condition of the water tank. And if the water purifying drinking machine meets the preset water changing condition, generating water changing prompt information to remind a user of changing water in time.
According to the control method of the water purifying dispenser, provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the water purifying dispenser meets the preset water changing condition corresponding to long-term standing is judged according to the change condition of the quality value of the water tank of the water purifying dispenser by detecting the quality value of the water tank of the water purifying dispenser, and when the water purifying dispenser meets the preset water changing condition, water changing prompt information is generated to prompt a user to change water, so that the problems that the water quality is reduced and the drinking water is unsanitary due to the fact that a large amount of bacteria are bred after the standing time of raw water in the water tank is too long are avoided, the drinking safety of the user is guaranteed, and the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step S13 of determining whether the water purifier satisfies the preset water change condition according to the quality value of the water tank and the historical quality value specifically includes the following steps S131 to S134, which are not shown in the drawings:
s131, comparing whether the quality value detected at the current detection moment is the same as the quality value detected at the previous detection moment;
s132, if the quality value detected at the current detection moment is the same as the quality value detected at the previous detection moment, timing and accumulating the preset duration parameters to obtain the first duration.
S133, judging whether the first duration is greater than a first preset time.
S134, if the first duration is longer than the first preset time, judging that the water purifying dispenser meets a preset water changing condition.
In the embodiment of the invention, the related timing is started according to the detected quality value of the water tank.
Specifically, the water tank of the clean water dispenser has an initial mass value when not filled with water, which is preset herein as M0. In actual use, when raw water is filled in the water tank, the detected mass value M of the water tank is larger than the initial mass value M0, so when the detected mass value M of the water tank is larger than M0, water is in the water tank, and the using state of the raw water is analyzed to know whether the raw water is in a standing state for a long time or not, so that the problem of bacterial breeding is faced.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the mass value of the current water tank is M, wherein M is larger than M0, timing is started by taking the current detection time as a starting point, and the mass value of the water tank is detected, preferably, the mass value of the water tank is continuously detected in real time. In the detection process, the quality value data detected at the current detection moment is compared with the quality value data detected at the adjacent previous detection moment, and if the quality value data is kept unchanged, timing is accumulated to obtain a first duration time that the quality value of the water tank lasts for M. It will be appreciated that during the first duration, the water in the tank is not used and is at rest. Further, the first duration time is compared with a first preset time, the first preset time is the longest time for allowing the raw water in the water tank to be in a standing state, and the quality of the raw water cannot be guaranteed after the first preset time. Preferably, the first preset time is factory setting, and can also be changed by a user. If the first duration is longer than the first preset time, it is judged that the raw water in the water tank needs to be replaced, and water changing prompt information is generated to remind a user of replacing water in time.
In one embodiment of the invention, the water tank is subjected to quality value detection and accumulated timing, and simultaneously is compared with the first preset time in real time. And if the first duration time that the quality value of the water tank is M does not reach the first preset time, the detected quality value data changes, the fact that the user carries out water taking or water adding operation is indicated, at the moment, the timing is cleared, and the timing is restarted by taking the current detection moment when the quality value data changes as a starting point. Preferably, after the first duration exceeds the first preset time and it is determined that the raw water in the water tank needs to be replaced, the timer may be cleared and the related timer program may be stopped.
Furthermore, after a determination result that the raw water in the water tank needs to be replaced is obtained, water replacement prompt information can be sent immediately, and prompt information can be sent when the data of the quality value is detected to change again, namely when a user carries out water taking or water adding operation on the water purifying and drinking machine, so that the user can receive the water replacement prompt information and replace water in time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the step S133 determines whether the first duration is greater than a first preset time, and the determination result is that the first duration is greater than the first preset time, the method further includes the following steps S1331 to S1333, which are not shown in the drawings:
s1331, acquiring water quality information of raw water in the water tank;
s1332, judging whether the water quality information of the raw water meets a preset water quality requirement or not;
and S1334, if the water quality information of the raw water does not meet the preset water quality requirement, judging that the water purifying and drinking machine meets the preset water changing condition.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the first duration is longer than the first preset time, that is, the time when the raw water in the water tank is in the standing state exceeds the preset time, the water quality information of the raw water is detected, where the water quality information includes a temperature of the water, a TDS value (total dissolved solids) of the water, and an electrical conductivity of the water, and any one or two or even a combination of three kinds of water quality information. Whether the water needs to be changed of the water purifying and drinking machine is further detected and judged by judging whether the time of the raw water in the standing state is beyond time. Further, the water quality information is compared with a preset water quality requirement, preferably, the preset water quality requirement is factory setting, and can also be changed by a user. And if the water quality information cannot meet the preset water quality requirement, determining that the raw water quality is poor, and generating water change prompt information to remind a user of changing water in time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the step S12 of detecting the quality value of the water tank of the water purifier, the method further includes the following steps S121 to S124, which are not shown in the attached drawings:
s121, judging whether the quality value of the water tank is smaller than or equal to the initial quality value of the water tank or not;
s122, if the mass value of the water tank is smaller than or equal to the initial mass value of the water tank, timing and accumulating preset idle time parameters to obtain a second duration;
s123, judging whether the second duration time is greater than a second preset time or not;
and S124, if the duration is longer than the second preset time, judging that the water tank needs to be cleaned by the water purifying dispenser, and generating cleaning prompt information to prompt a user to clean.
In the embodiment of the invention, the detected quality value of the water tank may be smaller than the initial quality value in consideration of equipment loss and other reasons. Therefore, when the detected quality value of the water tank is smaller than or equal to the initial quality value of the water tank, the water tank is indicated to be empty of water, and the water storage state of the water tank is analyzed to know whether the water tank does not store water for a long time.
Specifically, the mass value of the current water tank is obtained as M ', M ' is less than or equal to M0, and the second duration time that the mass value of the water tank lasts as M ' is obtained in the same way as the method for detecting the mass value of the water tank and counting the time in an accumulated manner as described in the previous embodiment. And in the second duration, the water tank does not store water and works. And further comparing the second duration with a second preset time, wherein the second preset time is the longest time for allowing the water tank to be in an idle state, and the cleanliness inside and outside the water tank is reduced after the second preset time is exceeded. Preferably, the second preset time is factory setting, and can also be changed by a user. And if the second duration is longer than the second preset time, judging that the water tank needs to be cleaned, and generating prompt information for cleaning the water tank to remind a user of cleaning in time.
In an embodiment of the invention, the water tank is subjected to quality value detection and accumulated timing, and simultaneously is compared with the second preset time in real time. And if the second duration time that the quality value of the water tank is M' does not reach the second preset time, the detected quality value data changes, the user is indicated to carry out water adding operation, and the timing is cleared.
Preferably, after the second duration exceeds the second preset time and the water tank is determined to need to be cleaned, the timer can be cleared and the related timer program is stopped. And furthermore, after a judgment result that the water tank needs to be cleaned is obtained, prompt information for cleaning the water tank can be sent out immediately, and the prompt information can be sent out when the change of the quality value data is detected again, namely when a user adds water into the water tank, so that the user can be ensured to receive the prompt information and clean the water tank before using the water tank to store water.
