It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Furthermore, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
In the use process of the humidifying type electrical equipment with the wet curtain, the working environment of the wet curtain directly influences the cleaning frequency and the service life of the wet curtain. Because the water tank for supplying water to the wet curtain is empty of water, the working time of the wet curtain is accumulated blindly, and because the working parameters of the wet curtain are not considered, the misjudgment of the cleaning time of the wet curtain is caused, unnecessary troubles are brought to users. Therefore, the wet curtain cleaning reminding method provided by the embodiment of the invention judges whether the wet curtain meets the cleaning time counting condition according to whether water exists on the wet curtain or not, and determines the cleaning time counting value of the wet curtain according to the working parameters of the wet curtain, so that the cleaning reminding of the wet curtain is more reasonable, the intellectualization of the cleaning reminding of the wet curtain is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for reminding wet curtain cleaning according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as can be seen from fig. 1, the method for reminding wet curtain cleaning according to the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, judging whether the working state of the whole machine meets a cleaning time counting condition or not;
in the embodiment of the invention, the basis for judging whether the working state of the whole machine meets the cleaning time counting condition is whether the wet curtain is soaked by water, and the length of the water soaking time of the wet curtain comprises the range of the humidifying working length of the wet curtain participating in the working and the drying duration of drying the wet curtain when the wet curtain quits the working.
Therefore, the judging whether the working state of the whole machine meets the cleaning time counting condition of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: when the wet curtain is started to operate, detecting whether a water tank supplying water for the wet curtain has water or not; and if the water tank is detected to have water, the counting condition of the cleaning time is met. It should be noted that, when the wet curtain is started to operate, when water is detected in the water tank for supplying water to the wet curtain, it can be proved that the wet curtain is quickly soaked by the water, and therefore, the embodiment of the invention uses the detection of the water in the water tank as the condition for counting the cleaning time.
In addition, because a certain error exists in the detection, in order to avoid the influence of the detection error on the washing time counting, the embodiment of the invention also comprises the step of judging that the humidifying function is abnormal and the washing time counting condition is not met if the detection time for detecting whether water exists in the water tank for supplying water for the wet curtain is not in the preset water level detection time length range. When the preset water level detection time range is a time period, the humidification function is judged to be abnormal if the detection time for detecting whether water exists in the water tank for supplying water for the wet curtain is not equal to the value of the time point, and when the preset water level detection time range is a time period, the humidification function is judged to be abnormal if the detection time for detecting whether water exists in the water tank for supplying water for the wet curtain is lower than the lowest value of the time period or higher than the highest value of the time period. The specific value is related to the specific model of the humidifying type electric equipment, and the invention is not limited by comparison.
Further, the wet curtain cleaning reminding method in the embodiment of the invention further comprises the following steps: when it is detected that the water tank is empty, the method further comprises: repeatedly detecting whether water exists in the water tank; and if the water in the water tank is detected to be lack of water for the first preset times, sending out water shortage reminding information. That is, when it is detected that there is no water in the water tank for the first time, in order to ensure the accuracy of the detection, the detection needs to be performed again, and when it is detected that there is no water in the water tank for the first preset number of times, a water shortage warning message is sent out, and the water shortage warning message may be one or more of voice broadcast, display screen display, lighting of a person indicator lamp, and buzzing, which is not limited in the present invention.
Further, since the wet curtain is also in a state of being soaked by water in the drying stage, the determining whether the wet curtain meets the washing time counting condition in the embodiment of the present invention further includes: when the operation of the wet curtain is stopped, a washing time counting condition is satisfied within the drying duration of the wet curtain. And stopping counting the cleaning time when the drying stage of the wet curtain is finished.
S2, if the working state of the whole machine meets the cleaning time counting condition, determining the cleaning time counting value of the wet curtain according to the continuous working time of the wet curtain in the current running process and the corresponding working parameters of the wet curtain in the continuous working time;
in the embodiment of the invention, the working parameters of the wet curtain are parameters influencing the service life of the wet curtain, wherein the service life of the wet curtain is directly influenced by the quality of water quality, and the worse the water quality, the easier the wet curtain is to deposit impurities and breed bacteria in water. In addition, the working gear of the fan is also an influence factor of the service life of the wet curtain, and the larger the gear of the fan is, the larger the evaporation rate of the wet curtain is, so that more impurities in water can be filtered; the same increases the evaporation rate after the thermal evaporation function is started, and more impurities in the water can be easily filtered out. Therefore, the working parameters of the wet curtain of the embodiment of the invention comprise one or more of the water quality information of water for infiltrating the wet curtain, the working gear of a fan for blowing air to the wet curtain and whether the thermal evaporation function is started.
The step of determining the cleaning time count value of the wet curtain according to the continuous working time of the wet curtain in the current running process and the working parameters of the wet curtain corresponding to the continuous working time comprises the following steps: determining a calculation coefficient of a cleaning time count value corresponding to each working parameter according to the working parameters of the wet curtain; and calculating the product of the continuous working time and each calculation coefficient to obtain a cleaning time count value of the wet curtain.
In particular, the operating parameter is an operating parameter that affects the rate of evaporation of the wet curtain, and/or affects the cleanliness of the wet curtain. More specifically, the working parameters influencing the evaporation rate of the wet curtain comprise the working gear of a fan blowing the wet curtain and whether the thermal evaporation function is started, and the working parameters influencing the cleanliness of the wet curtain comprise water quality information of water for soaking the wet curtain.
Further, the determining a calculation coefficient of the washing time count value corresponding to each of the operating parameters according to the operating parameters of the wet curtain comprises: determining a first calculation coefficient according to the water quality information of the water for infiltrating the wet curtain, wherein the water quality information is the TDS value of the water, and the first calculation coefficient is in a direct proportion relation with the TDS value of the water; and/or determining a second calculation coefficient according to the working gear of the fan blowing the wet curtain, wherein the second calculation coefficient is in a direct proportion relation with the working gear of the fan; and/or determining a third calculation coefficient according to whether the thermal evaporation function is started or not, wherein the value of the third calculation coefficient is 1 when the thermal evaporation function is not started, and the third calculation coefficient is a preset third coefficient value when the thermal evaporation function is started, and the third coefficient value is greater than 1.
In one embodiment of the invention, the first calculated coefficient is denoted as Q, and the first calculated coefficient is expressed in direct proportion to the magnitude of the TDS value of the water as Q1 when TDS < M; when M +1 is more than TDS and less than N, the first calculation coefficient is Q2; when N +1 is more than TDS and less than L, the first calculation coefficient is Q3 \8230, wherein Q3 is more than Q2 and more than Q1. The second calculation coefficient is represented as K, the second calculation coefficient is K1 when the working gear of the fan is the first gear, the second calculation coefficient is K2 when the working gear of the fan is the second gear, and the second calculation coefficient is K3- (8230) ("K3 > K2 > K1") when the working gear of the fan is the third gear. The third calculation coefficient is represented as P, P = P1=1 when the thermal evaporation function is not turned on, and P = P2 when the thermal evaporation function is started. When the continuous operation time of the fan satisfying the cleaning time counting condition is X, the cleaning time counting value a = Qn × Km × Pi × X of the wet curtain, wherein n =1,2,3 \ 8230, m =1,2,3 \ 8230, i =1,2.
It should be noted that, determining the count value of the cleaning time of the wet curtain according to the continuous working time of the wet curtain in the current running process and the working parameters of the wet curtain corresponding to the continuous working time also includes adjusting the count value of the cleaning time of the wet curtain at any time according to the working state of the whole machine, for example, in the continuous working engineering of the whole machine, the first working time is continuously worked at the first gear, the second working time is continuously worked at the second gear, the calculation coefficient corresponding to the water quality is Q1 for other working parameters, and the function of starting the thermal evaporation is P1. The cleaning time count value in the first operating period is A1= Q1 × K1 × P1 × X1, and the cleaning time count value in the second operating period is A2= Q1 × K2 × P1 × X2, and the cleaning time count values are accumulated continuously along with the operating period of the entire machine. The same working parameters of the drying stage also comprise the working gear of the fan and whether the thermal evaporation function is started or not according to the requirements on the drying speed, and the working gear of the fan and the thermal evaporation function are related to the evaporation speed of the wet curtain at the moment.
S3, accumulating the cleaning time counting value of the wet curtain and the historical cleaning time accumulated value of the wet curtain to obtain the current cleaning time accumulated value of the wet curtain;
in the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning time count in the current running process of the wet curtain is accumulated with the historical cleaning time accumulated value stored by the system to obtain the cleaning time accumulated value, so as to determine whether the cleaning time threshold is reached according to the cleaning time accumulated value.
And S4, when the accumulated value of the current cleaning time of the wet curtain reaches a preset cleaning time threshold value, sending out wet curtain cleaning indication information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sending of the wet curtain cleaning indication information may specifically include that the electrical equipment reminds the user that the wet curtain needs to be cleaned by means of buzzing, voice, display on a display interface, stopping humidification operation, and the like, and may also remind the user that the wet curtain needs to be cleaned by means of an APP of the intelligent terminal, which is not limited by the present invention.
It should be noted that, the wet curtain cleaning reminding method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes updating and replacing a historical cleaning time accumulated value according to the current cleaning time accumulated value if the current cleaning time accumulated value of the wet curtain does not reach the cleaning time threshold value.
