Technical Field
The invention relates to cleaning of fresh tea leaves, in particular to a waterwheel chain plate conveyor belt type automatic cleaning machine for fresh tea leaves.

Today's society, healthy food, and healthy lifestyle are pursued. Scientific and large amount of research proves that the tea really contains biochemical components closely related to human health, has pharmacological actions of refreshing and clearing away the heart-fire, clearing away summer-heat, helping digestion and reducing phlegm, removing grease and losing weight, clearing away the heart-fire and relieving restlessness, detoxifying and sobering up, promoting the production of body fluid and quenching thirst, reducing pathogenic fire and improving eyesight, stopping dysentery and dehumidifying and the like, and also has certain pharmacological effects on modern diseases such as radiation disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer and the like. Therefore, the tea has multiple pharmacological effects and wide action, and is irreplaceable for other beverages. Preferably, a plurality of baffles are arranged on the outer surface of the chain plate conveyor belt.
Preferably, the spray head is disposed on an inner side of the top of the case.
Preferably, the first driving roller and the first driven roller are disposed at both ends of the inner edge of the horizontal belt.
Preferably, the first transmission drum is connected with a first chain wheel through a first chain, the first chain wheel is connected with a first speed reducer through a first speed reducer, and the first speed reducer is connected with an output shaft of the first motor.
Preferably, the second driving roller and the second driven roller are arranged at two ends of the inner edge of the chain plate conveying belt.

The invention provides a waterwheel chain plate conveyor belt type automatic cleaning machine for fresh tea leaves, as shown in figure 1, comprising: the water-saving box comprises a box body, wherein water is filled in the box body, the top of the box body is provided with a feeding hole 3, and a horizontal belt 2, a chain plate conveyor belt 11 and a material collecting box 12 are arranged in the box body; one end of the horizontal belt 2 is positioned below the feeding port 3, and the other end of the horizontal belt 2 is positioned above one end of the chain plate conveyor belt 11; the other end of the chain plate conveyor belt 11 is positioned above the material collecting box 12; a plurality of spray heads 10 are arranged at the top of the chain plate conveyor belt 11; the chain plate conveyor belt 11 gradually inclines upwards from the horizontal belt 2 to the material collecting box 12; the horizontal belt 2 is soaked in water, and the other end of the chain plate conveyor belt 11 and the material collecting box 12 are positioned above the water surface.
The working process of the automatic cleaning machine for fresh tea leaves by the aid of the waterwheel chain plate conveyor belt is as follows: fresh tea leaves enter the horizontal belt 2 through the feeding port 3 to be horizontally conveyed, the tea leaves slowly move on the horizontal belt 2, and after the tea leaves are soaked for a certain time, silt impurities attached to the tea leaves become soft in water; then the fresh tea leaves enter a chain plate conveyor belt 11 for conveying, the spray head 10 cleans soft impurity particles on the surfaces of the fresh tea leaves during conveying, and the fresh tea leaves are collected and gathered in a material collecting box 12 after cleaning.
In the present invention, in order to prevent the fresh tea leaves from falling off the chain conveyor 11, it is preferable that a plurality of baffles 18 are provided on the outer surface of the chain conveyor 11. Thus, the baffle 18 effectively prevents the tea leaves from falling.
In the present invention, the installation position of the shower head 10 can be selected in a wide range, but in order to further save space and simplify the structure, it is preferable that the shower head 10 is provided on the inner side of the top of the cabinet.
In the present invention, the driving manner of the horizontal belt 2 can be selected in a wide range, but for energy saving, it is preferable that both ends of the inner edge of the horizontal belt 2 are provided with the first driving roller 4 and the first driven pulley 1. Therefore, the horizontal belt 2 can be driven to transmit only by driving the first transmission roller 4.
In the above embodiment, the driving manner of the first transmission drum 4 can be selected within a wide range, but in order to further improve the driving sensitivity, it is preferable that the first transmission drum 4 is connected to the first sprocket 6 through the first chain 5, the first sprocket 6 is connected to the first reduction gear 7, and the first reduction gear 7 is connected to the output shaft of the first motor 8. Therefore, the first speed reducer 7 and the first chain wheel 6 can be directly driven to work only by starting the first motor 8, and the rotation of the first transmission roller 4 can be effectively driven.
In the present invention, the driving manner of the link belt 11 can be selected in a wide range, but for energy saving, it is preferable that both ends of the inner edge of the link belt 11 are provided with the second driving roller 14 and the second driven pulley 13. Therefore, the horizontal belt 2 can be driven to transmit only by driving the second transmission roller 14.
In the above embodiment, the driving manner of the second driving roller 14 can be selected in a wide range, but in order to further improve the driving sensitivity, it is preferable that the second driving roller 14 is connected to the second sprocket 16 through the second chain 15, the second sprocket 16 is connected to the second reducer 17, and the second reducer 17 is connected to the output shaft of the second motor 9. Therefore, the second speed reducer 17 and the second chain wheel 16 can be directly driven to work only by starting the second motor 9, and the rotation of the second transmission roller 14 can be effectively driven.
In the present invention, in order to further improve the stability of the second motor 9, it is preferable that a triangular bracket is provided below the second motor 9.
