Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile safety airbag protection device, in particular to a T-column-shaped central airbag.
Background
When the automobile is in a side collision, a passenger at the far end of the collision side falls to the collision side, so that the driver and the passenger collide with each other. The prior airbag technology adopts the technical scheme that one airbag is arranged between a front row driver seat and a passenger seat, and also adopts the technical scheme that two airbags are arranged at the seat back of the front row driver seat and the passenger seat. According to the technical scheme of the single safety airbag, after the airbag is vertically unfolded, due to the weak structure and poor rigidity of the airbag, the movement tendency of passengers can be weakened, the passengers cannot be effectively blocked from moving, and the injury value of the passengers is larger. The technical scheme that the two safety airbags are arranged at the seat backs of the front row driver and the passenger seats has the advantages that the passenger protection effect is poor and the injury value of passengers is large due to large volume, large occupied space and more uncertain factors during the unfolding process. Therefore, the above two solutions have not been able to meet the requirements of far-end occupant protection against side impact by Euro NCAP, which is the european new car evaluation code.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide a T-pillar central air bag. The structure is stable, the occupied space after the unfolding is small, the unfolding process is stable, and the movement of a driver can be effectively blocked; when the automobile is in side collision, the protection to the driver is realized, and the regulatory requirement of European new automobile evaluation standard EuronCAP on the protection of far-end passengers can be met.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a T-column-shaped central air bag comprises an air bag body and is characterized in that: the air bag body is provided with an outer pull belt corresponding to the side of a driver, an inner pull belt is arranged in the air bag body, the air bag body is positioned between the driver and a passenger after being unfolded forwards and is in a T-column shape through the restraint of the inner pull belt, the T-column-shaped air bag body comprises an air bag body transverse part and an air bag body longitudinal part, the air bag body transverse part is arranged in the front, and the outer pull belt is obliquely arranged on the air bag body after the air bag body is unfolded.
Furthermore, the outer drawstring and the air bag body are triangular after the air bag body is unfolded.
Furthermore, the front end of the outer pull belt is connected with the lateral edge of the transverse part of the air bag body, and the rear end of the outer pull belt is connected with the lateral edge of the rear end of the longitudinal part of the air bag body.
Furthermore, the front part of the upper end of the outer pull belt extends upwards to form an extension part, the part of the outer pull belt, which is close to the transverse part of the air bag body, is a bevel edge, and the bevel edge is concave so as to prevent the outer pull belt from colliding with the transverse part of the air bag body and the transition part of the transverse part of the air bag body and the longitudinal part of the air bag body; the upper end of the extending part is fixed on the upper surface of the longitudinal part of the air bag body or the transition part of the longitudinal part of the air bag body corresponding to one side elevation of the outer pull belt or the upper surface of the longitudinal part of the air bag body and the longitudinal part of the air bag body corresponding to one side elevation of the outer pull belt. The front and the back of the outer drawstring are fixed with the upper end of the extension part to form a stable triangle with the air bag body, thereby effectively preventing the head of a driver from entering between the outer drawstring and the air bag to cause injury in the movement process.
Further, the inner pull belt comprises a first inner pull belt and a second inner pull belt.
Furthermore, two inner pull belts are arranged and are symmetrical left and right, the front end of each inner pull belt is connected with the front inner surface of the transverse part of the air bag body, and the rear end of each inner pull belt is connected with the longitudinal part of the air bag body and the transition part of the transverse part of the air bag body; the two inner drawstrings are arranged in parallel front and back, and two ends of each inner drawstring are respectively connected with the left inner surface and the right inner surface of the longitudinal part of the air bag body.
Furthermore, a plurality of vent holes are respectively formed in the first inner pull belt and the second inner pull belt.
Further, a cuff for mounting the gas generator is provided at the rear end of the longitudinal portion of the airbag body.
Further, the air bag body is mounted on the back of the driver seat toward the occupant.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: make the air pocket expand to be T cylindricality through interior stretching strap, draw the area to put on the air pocket body to one side outward, realize stabilizing its shape of restraint, when the driver strikes to drawing the area outward, effectively hinder driver's motion, can effectively protect driver's head, neck and chest, can satisfy the regulation requirement of new car evaluation standard EurONCAP to far end passenger protection.
