Abstract
The invention provides an electrical operating system of a rotary screen printing combination machine, wherein an exhaust fan knob is selected on a D0500E operating box to open the exhaust fan; selecting a knob of a circulating fan to turn on the circulating fan, and waiting for the temperature of the drying room to rise to the process temperature; if the combination machine is provided with an arc plate heating system, selecting an arc plate heating knob on a D0500A operation box, putting the arc plate heating system into operation, selecting a heating knob with the number 1 and the number 2 to different positions, determining the heating speed of the electric heating system, and waiting for the temperature of the arc plate to rise to the process temperature; selecting a 'dust absorption' knob on the D0500A operation box to turn on a dust absorption fan; selecting a gluing knob and opening a water-soluble gluing system; selecting a knob of a yarn separating roller to turn on a yarn separating roller motor; the invention provides an operating system which not only has a great help function for assisting printing, but also can ensure the safety of equipment and operators.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical operation, and particularly relates to an electrical operation system of a rotary screen printing combination machine.
Background
The circular screen printer is a screen printer which prints by using a continuously rotating seamless cylindrical screen. The arrangement mode of the circular screen can be divided into three types, namely vertical type, horizontal type and radial type. The most common machine used today is the horizontal rotary screen printer. The rotary screen printing machine and other units form a combination machine for use. Therefore, it is necessary to invent an electrical operation system of a rotary screen printing combination machine.

selecting a corresponding key on the operation screen at the selected printing position; pressing the button of 'cylinder start' on the D0500E operating box, the cylinder of the selected printing position will rotate; pressing the 'guide belt running' button, the printing guide belt and other selected units, such as cloth feeding, drying room and cloth falling, synchronously run at the speed of 4m/min, and the running speed of the rotary screen strictly tracks the speed of the printing guide belt; pressing the 'round screen descending' button to descend the screen head, descend the scraper and start normal printing;

when the combination machine normally operates, a 'conduction band stop' button is pressed on a D0500E operation box, the whole machine stops after the speed of the machine is automatically reduced to 4m/min, and the operation states of the scraper and the rotary screen are determined according to the selected setting on the touch screen;
after printing is finished, after a 'slurry pump automatic' knob is reset on a D0500E operation box, a corresponding key on an operation screen can be pressed at a needed flower position to draw back redundant slurry;
furthermore, after printing is finished, the return of each knob and the emergency stop button can be realized.
Further, after printing is finished, if the washing trolley is cleaned, the knob of the washing trolley is placed on the right side of the D0500E operation box, and the washing trolley is automatically moved out;
further, when thermoplastic cloth adhesive is pasted on the printing guide belt, a printing button is switched to an adhesive applying state according to the 'operation interface' on the main touch screen of the D0500E operation box;
furthermore, in an emergency state, the 'emergency stop' button is pressed, and the whole machine can be stopped emergently.
Further, the electrical system is provided with interlocking functions at a plurality of places, as follows:
a. linkage of unit selection: in the standard operation of the rotary screen printing combination machine, the cloth feeding, printing, drying room and cloth dropping units are effective before a guide belt running indicator lamp on a printing main control interface is lightened before the whole machine runs, and all units can not be put into or cut off after the whole machine runs. For convenience when a user starts the machine and wears the cloth, on the premise of ensuring the safety of the equipment, the electric system allows the units to be put into use at the speed lower than 8m/min, but each unit cannot be cut off after the whole machine operates.
b. Cylinder enabled interlocking: the rotary screen on each printing flower position is enabled to be completed before the whole machine runs, and the effect is achieved.
c. Interlocking of the cylinder mould: after the cylinder mould is enabled, the expanded mould can not be thrown into or cut off;
d. interlocking of the net head and the scraper: the scraper can not descend when the net head does not descend, the net head descends firstly after a net head descending key is pressed, and the scraper can descend after time delay; after the scraper descends, the net head cannot ascend independently, after a net head ascending key is pressed, the scraper ascends firstly, and after time delay, the net head ascends again;
e. linkage of printing and gluing mode selection: the printing and gluing mode is effective before a guide belt running indicator lamp on a printing main control interface is lightened before the whole machine runs, and the selection mode is ineffective after the whole machine runs.

a. starting up for the first time, and entering an operation configuration interface by pressing an operation configuration button; pressing a communication configuration button to enter a communication configuration interface; pressing a zero configuration button to enter a zero configuration interface;
b. starting up the printer at ordinary times, and pressing a 'printing operation main interface' button to enter a printing main operation interface; pressing a driver monitoring button to enter a driver monitoring interface;
c. when a fault occurs, the name of the current fault occurs below the starting-up picture and the printing main control interface, and the current fault and the historical fault can be inquired by entering a fault inquiry interface by pressing a fault inquiry button;
d. when the tightness of the conduction band needs to be adjusted, the conduction band enters a conduction band tightness adjusting interface according to 'conduction band tightness adjustment'.

selecting a 'dust absorption' knob on the D0500A operation box to turn on a dust absorption fan; selecting a gluing knob and opening a water-soluble gluing system; selecting a knob of a yarn separating roller to turn on a yarn separating roller motor;

when the combination machine normally operates, a 'conduction band stop' button is pressed on a D0500E operation box, the whole machine stops after the speed of the machine is automatically reduced to 4m/min, and the operation states of the scraper and the rotary screen are determined according to the selected setting on the touch screen;
after printing is finished, after the 'slurry pump automatic' knob is reset on the D0500E operation box, a corresponding key on the operation screen can be pressed at a needed flower position so as to draw back redundant slurry.
2. The electrical operation system of claim 1, wherein the knobs and the emergency stop button are returned to their original positions after printing.
3. The electrical operation system of claim 1, wherein after printing, if the washing cart is cleaned, the washing cart is automatically removed by placing the "washing cart" knob on the D0500E box.

The electrical operation system of the rotary screen printing combination machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the thermoplastic cloth coating adhesive on the printing guide belt is required, the operation interface on the main touch screen of the D0500E operation box is switched to the gluing state as the printing button.
5. An electrical operation system of a rotary screen printing combination machine according to claim 1, wherein in an emergency state, when an 'emergency stop' button is pressed, the whole machine is stopped emergently.
