A pressing device for a touch screen of a mobile phone is characterized by comprising a control box (1), a lower die (6), a fixing rod (10), a fixing plate (11), a plurality of groups of hydraulic cylinders (12), a connecting plate (13), a plurality of groups of connectors (15), a pressing plate (18), an upper die (19), a plurality of groups of bolts (20) and a plurality of groups of springs (21), wherein a circuit board and a PLC (programmable logic controller) are arranged inside the control box (1), the circuit board is electrically connected with the PLC, four groups of supporting legs (2) are symmetrically arranged at the bottom end of the control box (1), a reset button (3), a starting button (4) and a display screen (5) are arranged on an inclined plane of the control box (1), the reset button (3), the starting button (4) and the display screen (5) are electrically connected with the circuit board, the lower die (6) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the control, the left side and the right side of the top end of the control box (1) are respectively provided with a support rod (7), the left side and the right side of the top end of the control box (1) are respectively provided with a support plate (8), the top ends of the two groups of support plates (8) are respectively provided with a boss (9), a fixed rod (10) is fixedly arranged between the two groups of bosses (9), a fixed plate (11) is fixedly arranged between the two groups of support plates (8), a plurality of groups of hydraulic cylinders (12) are respectively fixedly arranged at the front end of the fixed plate (11), the top ends of the plurality of groups of hydraulic cylinders (12) are respectively arranged on the fixed rod (10), the signal control ends of the plurality of groups of hydraulic cylinders (12) are respectively electrically connected with a circuit board, the top end of a connecting plate (13) is provided with a plurality of groups of first connecting rods (14), the plurality of groups of first connecting rods (, the circumference outer wall of two sets of bracing pieces (7) is adorned in slidable respectively in two sets of axle sleeves (16), the bottom middle part of connecting plate (13) is provided with two sets of second connecting rods (17), the bottom of two sets of second connecting rods (17) all is connected with the top of clamp plate (18), the bottom of going up mould (19) is provided with cell-phone touch screen mould boss, multiunit bolt (20) all pass clamp plate (18) and stretch out to the bottom external world of clamp plate (18), and the equal spiral shell dress in bottom of multiunit bolt (20) inserts the top of going up mould (19), multiunit spring (21) suit is at multiunit bolt (20) circumference outer wall respectively, multiunit spring (21) all are located between clamp plate (18) and last mould (19).

The pressing device for the touch screen of the mobile phone according to claim 1, wherein six sets of positioning pins (22) are uniformly arranged around the groove of the top mold of the lower mold (6), and six sets of alignment holes are arranged around the boss of the bottom mold of the upper mold (19) corresponding to the positions of the six sets of positioning pins (22) at the top end of the lower mold (6).
3. The pressing device for the touch screen of the mobile phone according to claim 2, wherein a heating device (23) is arranged inside the upper die (19), and the heating device (23) is electrically connected with the circuit board.

The pressing device for the touch screen of the mobile phone according to claim 3, further comprising a temperature sensor (24), wherein the temperature sensor (24) is fixedly installed on the side surface of the lower die (6), and the temperature sensor (24) is electrically connected with the circuit board.
5. The pressing device for the touch screen of the mobile phone according to claim 4, wherein the inclined surface of the control box (1) is further provided with a pressure adjusting knob (25), and the pressure adjusting knob (25) is electrically connected with the circuit board.

The pressing device for the touch screen of the mobile phone according to claim 5, further comprising a pressure sensor (26), wherein the pressure sensor (26) is fixedly installed in the middle of the top end of the upper die (19), and the pressure sensor (26) is electrically connected with the circuit board.

The pressing device for the touch screen of the mobile phone according to claim 6, further comprising a heat dissipation fan (27), wherein the heat dissipation fan (27) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the left end of the left support plate (8), and the heat dissipation fan (27) is electrically connected with the circuit board.
8. The pressing device for the touch screen of the mobile phone according to claim 7, wherein a protective net (28) is arranged at the left end of the heat dissipation fan (27).
9. The pressing device for the touch screen of the mobile phone according to claim 8, wherein the left side and the right side of the control box (1) are provided with handles (29).
10. The pressing device for the touch screen of the mobile phone according to claim 9, further comprising four sets of screws (30), wherein the four sets of screws (2) have threaded holes at the bottom ends thereof, the four sets of screws (30) are respectively inserted into the threaded holes at the bottom ends of the four sets of support legs (2), and the four sets of screws (30) have feet (31) at the bottom ends thereof.
