本发明公开了一种塑料杯一次成型系统,包括加热单元、原料预处理单元、加料机构、控量单元、模具、冷却单元、翻转单元、补热单元和清洁单元,所述加热单元对所述原料预处理单元进行加热,所述原料预处理单元通过所述加料机构将原料输送至所述模具,所述伸缩单元作用于型芯,所述补热单元对所述模具进行补热,所述清理单元对所述模具进行清理,所述模具上设置有所述冷却单元,所述翻转机构与所述模具相连接。本发明通过合理补热的方式方法对型腔内的原料进行补热,增加有翻转机构,使得融入状态的原料在封闭的模具内部进行流动,从而提升其贴合程度,对型芯和型腔进行处理,形成严格的一次成型系统,大大提升一次成型的概率。

本发明涉及塑料杯成型系统技术领域,具体为一种塑料杯一次成型系统。
背景技术
塑料杯是生活中不可或缺的生活用品,通常采用聚乙烯(PP)制成,无毒、方便加工,外形美观,塑料杯成型是生产塑料杯的一个重要过程,通过将原料进行注塑等工艺,实现塑料的成形。
现有的塑料杯成型系统在实际使用时,容易出现失败,需要进行二次成型,增加了生产的成本,造成一次成型失败的原因多样,除了机械误差以及人为的操作失误,其中还有当原料在运输进入型腔中时,其温度流逝,导致容易存在缝隙,从而使得成型效果不佳,并且目前的成型系统只通过加压的方式来实现原料与型腔和型芯的贴合,成型失败机率增大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料杯一次成型系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的温度流逝导致容易存在缝隙,实施贴合方式单一的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种塑料杯一次成型系统,包括加热单元、原料预处理单元、加料机构、控量单元、模具、冷却单元、翻转单元、补热单元和清洁单元,所述加热单元对所述原料预处理单元进行加热,所述原料预处理单元通过所述加料机构将原料输送至所述模具,所述模具由型腔、型芯和伸缩单元组成,所述伸缩单元作用于型芯,所述补热单元对所述模具进行补热,所述清理单元对所述模具进行清理,所述模具上设置有所述冷却单元,所述翻转机构与所述模具相连接。
优选的,所述补热单元作用于所述型芯,所述冷却单元作用于所述型腔。
优选的,所述清理单元分别对所述型芯和所述型腔进行清理。
优选的,所述补热单元设置有加热结构、温度控制单元和温度检测单元。
优选的,所述清理单元内部存储有脱模剂,且设置有喷洒结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该塑料杯一次成型系统通过增加补热单元,对型腔内的原料进行补热,从而提升其贴合程度,避免因为温度流失导致原料性质发生改变,通过这种方式方法提升一次成型效率。
本发明还增加有翻转机构,利用重力的作用,使得融入状态的原料在封闭的模具内部进行流动,增加其贴合程度,使得成型状态得到加强,从而提升成型系统的成型概率。
本发明设置有清理单元,并且将脱模剂设于清理单元中,在每次成型之前,对型芯和型腔进行处理,实现一次成型。

请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种塑料杯一次成型系统,包括加热单元、原料预处理单元、加料机构、控量单元、模具、冷却单元、翻转单元、补热单元和清洁单元,加热单元对原料预处理单元进行加热,对预处理后的原料进行加热,使得原料成融入状态,原料预处理单元通过加料机构将原料输送至模具,模具由型腔、型芯和伸缩单元组成,原料进入型腔内部,伸缩单元作用于型芯,利用伸缩单元将型芯输送至型腔内部,然后对两者进行密封处理,补热单元对模具进行补热,补热单元设置有加热结构、温度控制单元和温度检测单元,通过温度检测单元检测熔融原料进行温度检测,由于运输过程中存在温度流逝,温度控制单元控制加热结构运行,熔融的原料进行加热,补热单元作用于型芯,补热单元位于型芯内部,通过型芯导热,型芯对原料进行热量补偿。
冷却单元作用于型腔,清理单元对模具进行清理,清理单元内部存储有脱模剂,在每次成型前,对型腔和型芯进行清理,保障模具的整洁,且设置有喷洒结构,并且方便喷洒脱模剂,方便后续的脱模操作,清理单元分别对型芯和型腔进行清理,模具上设置有冷却单元,翻转机构与模具相连接,补热完成后,通过翻转模具,模具内部的熔融的原料在重力的作用下流动,使得原料更加贴合模具中的型腔和型芯,通过本套成型系统合理严格的操作,大大提升了一次成型的概率。

1.一种塑料杯一次成型系统,包括加热单元、原料预处理单元、加料机构、控量单元、模具、冷却单元、翻转单元、补热单元和清洁单元,其特征在于:所述加热单元对所述原料预处理单元进行加热,所述原料预处理单元通过所述加料机构将原料输送至所述模具,所述模具由型腔、型芯和伸缩单元组成,所述伸缩单元作用于型芯,所述补热单元对所述模具进行补热,所述清理单元对所述模具进行清理,所述模具上设置有所述冷却单元,所述翻转机构与所述模具相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料杯一次成型系统,其特征在于:所述补热单元作用于所述型芯,所述冷却单元作用于所述型腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料杯一次成型系统,其特征在于:所述清理单元分别对所述型芯和所述型腔进行清理。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料杯一次成型系统,其特征在于:所述补热单元设置有加热结构、温度控制单元和温度检测单元。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑料杯一次成型系统,其特征在于:所述清理单元内部存储有脱模剂,且设置有喷洒结构。
