Abstract
The invention relates to a welding tool for a valve cover and a valve body of a gate valve and a stop valve, which comprises a welding workbench, wherein a valve body mounting frame is arranged in the middle of the welding workbench and comprises two turntables and two supporting plates, the two supporting plates are symmetrically arranged in upper planes at two sides of a rotating central line of the turntables, the turntables are arranged on the welding workbench through rotating bearings, and the upper ends of the supporting plates are provided with circular arcs with the same radian as the outer circular wall of a valve body channel; the supporting plates are provided with radian adjusting devices, and a height adjusting device is arranged between one of the supporting plates and the turntable. The valve cover and the valve body are welded, leakage points of middle-channel flange connection are eliminated, the sealing reliability of the valve is improved, the service life of the valve is prolonged, and the maintenance-free use requirement of the long-distance pipeline valve is met. The device is suitable for the maintenance-free medium conveying working condition of the long-distance pipeline.

Background
At present, flange connection is adopted between valve covers of a gate valve and a stop valve and a valve body, leakage points exist between the valve covers and the valve body, leakage easily occurs in long-term use on an outdoor long-distance pipeline, safety accidents are caused, the sealing reliability of products is poor, and the service life is short. Therefore, most of the main pipelines of domestic long-distance pipelines adopt inlet valve products.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to avoid the leakage problem existing in flange connection, the valve cover and the valve body are welded to eliminate leakage points of a middle channel, improve the sealing performance of the middle channel and prolong the service life of a product, and the invention provides the welding tool for the valve cover and the valve body of the gate valve and the stop valve.

The level measurement device comprises datum plate and spirit level, and the spirit level is installed perpendicularly on the datum plate, and the datum plate passes through telescopic link movable mounting on weldment work platform's lateral wall, and the spirit level adopts articulated connection on the datum plate.
The welding tool has the advantages that the welding tool is provided between the valve body and the valve cover of the gate valve and the stop valve, the welding connection between the valve cover and the valve body is realized, the leakage point of the middle-way flange connection is eliminated, the sealing reliability and the service life of the valve are improved, and the maintenance-free use requirement of the long-distance pipeline valve is met.
