Abstract

本发明公开了一种涂塑管道的喷涂工艺,所述的涂塑管道的喷涂工艺包括以下步骤:将管道表面设置划痕,然后加热至180~200℃,保持恒温并在管道表面喷涂防腐层;将喷涂结束后的管道进行固化得到目标物涂塑管道。本发明采用在管道表面刻痕的方法,结合特殊的防腐层在特定的工艺条件下进行喷涂,得到的涂塑管道结合牢固,防腐层耐磨耐抗耐腐蚀,使用寿命长且施工费用低,经济效益高,方法简单。

技术领域
本发明属于材料技术领域,具体涉及一种涂塑管道的喷涂工艺。
背景技术
目前,涂塑管道是一种新型的高效防腐管材,具有防腐性能优良,耐压强度高,使用寿命长,内表面光滑,液体流动性能良好等特点,使其迅速得到市场的认可。目前国内涂塑管道的生产方法均存在粘合度低、喷涂质量不佳、涂层不均匀等问题,因此,开发一种能解决上述技术问题的喷涂工艺是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涂塑管道的喷涂工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,所述的涂塑管道的喷涂工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将管道表面设置划痕,然后加热至180~200℃,保持恒温并在管道表面喷涂防腐层;
2)将喷涂结束后的管道进行固化得到目标物涂塑管道。
本发明采用在管道表面刻痕的方法,结合特殊的防腐层在特定的工艺条件下进行喷涂,得到的涂塑管道结合牢固,防腐层耐磨耐抗耐腐蚀,使用寿命长且施工费用低,经济效益高,方法简单。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制,基于本发明教导所作的任何变换或替换,均属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明所述的涂塑管道的喷涂工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将管道表面设置划痕,然后加热至180~200℃,保持恒温并在管道表面喷涂防腐层;
2)将喷涂结束后的管道进行固化得到目标物涂塑管道。
所述的划痕为Y形或Z形。
所述的划痕的深度为2~4cm。
所述的防腐层包括以下质量份的组分:钛酸酯偶联剂5~10份、二氧化钛30~40份、碳酸钙15~30份、二氧化硅10~20份、石英砂10~20份和环氧丙烯酸酯20~50份。
所述的防腐层包括以下质量份的组分:钛酸酯偶联剂8~10份、二氧化钛35~40份、碳酸钙20~30份、二氧化硅10~15份、石英砂15~20份和环氧丙烯酸酯30~40份。
所述的防腐层包括以下质量份的组分:钛酸酯偶联剂9份、二氧化钛38份、碳酸钙25份、二氧化硅12份、石英砂18份和环氧丙烯酸酯40份。
所述的固化是在温度120~150℃下保持10~20min。
下面以具体的实施案例对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1
将管道表面设置Y形划痕,划痕深度为2cm,然后加热至180~200℃,保持180~200℃恒温并在管道表面喷涂防腐层;将喷涂结束后的管道在温度120℃下保持20min进行固化得到目标物涂塑管道。所述的防腐层包括以下质量份的组分:钛酸酯偶联剂5份、二氧化钛30份、碳酸钙15份、二氧化硅10份、石英砂10份和环氧丙烯酸酯20份。
实施例2
将管道表面设置Z形划痕,划痕深度为4cm,然后加热至180~200℃,保持180~200℃恒温并在管道表面喷涂防腐层;将喷涂结束后的管道在温度150℃下保持10min进行固化得到目标物涂塑管道。所述的防腐层包括以下质量份的组分:钛酸酯偶联剂10份、二氧化钛40份、碳酸钙30份、二氧化硅20份、石英砂20份和环氧丙烯酸酯50份。
实施例3
将管道表面设置Z形划痕,划痕深度为3cm,然后加热至180~200℃,保持180~200℃恒温并在管道表面喷涂防腐层;将喷涂结束后的管道在温度140℃下保持15min进行固化得到目标物涂塑管道。所述的防腐层包括以下质量份的组分:钛酸酯偶联剂9份、二氧化钛38份、碳酸钙25份、二氧化硅12份、石英砂18份和环氧丙烯酸酯40份。

1.一种涂塑管道的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述的涂塑管道的喷涂工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将管道表面设置划痕,然后加热至180~200℃,保持恒温并在管道表面喷涂防腐层;
2)将喷涂结束后的管道进行固化得到目标物涂塑管道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂塑管道的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述的划痕为Y形或Z形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涂塑管道的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述的划痕的深度为2~4cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂塑管道的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述的防腐层包括以下质量份的组分:钛酸酯偶联剂5~10份、二氧化钛30~40份、碳酸钙15~30份、二氧化硅10~20份、石英砂10~20份和环氧丙烯酸酯20~50份。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的涂塑管道的喷涂工艺,其特征是:所述的防腐层包括以下质量份的组分:钛酸酯偶联剂8~10份、二氧化钛35~40份、碳酸钙20~30份、二氧化硅10~15份、石英砂15~20份和环氧丙烯酸酯30~40份。
