Background
In the diagnosis and treatment of patients (particularly women) with diseases such as urinary tract infection or urinary system inflammation, two methods are generally adopted: 1. oral administration of the medicament; 2. the medicine is directly applied to the affected part, the former has little discomfort but slow treatment speed, and the latter has relatively fast treatment speed because the medicine is directly applied to the affected part.
At present, for the method of applying medicine to the affected part, mostly adopt flusher or urethra dosing device to handle, but discovery in the actual operation process, patient's uncomfortable is strong, and current product adopts a mouth of dosing more, and the homogeneity of dosing is poor, and the effect is not good, and the phenomenon of partial backward flow can also appear, leads to the liquid medicine in the device to be contaminated, influences treatment. Although some applicators capable of inhibiting reflux are disclosed in the prior art, for example, chinese patent CN 20161002015201546 discloses a urethral administration device for urology surgery, which adopts an injection type administration method, and although a reflux structure is provided, because the injection tube is long and is not designed integrally with the sleeve, the moving distance of the piston is limited, so that after administration is finished, a large amount of liquid medicine remains in the injection tube, and the recovery is not facilitated, and the waste of the liquid medicine is caused. Therefore, it is necessary to design a drug delivery device with simple structure, convenient use and precise drug delivery.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a urethral applicator which addresses the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art as noted above.
A urethra medicine feeder comprises a holding part, an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, an expansion part and an air inlet pipe, wherein one end of the holding part is fixedly connected with one end of the outer sleeve, the inner sleeve is connected in the outer sleeve in a sliding manner, a limiting mechanism for limiting the inner sleeve to move along the length direction of the outer sleeve is further arranged between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, a reset spring is sleeved between the inner sleeve and the holding part, a pressurizing cavity is reserved between the inner end of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, the air inlet pipe penetrates through the holding part and the inner sleeve, the inner end of the air inlet pipe is detachably connected to a connecting part in the outer sleeve, an opening is formed in one end of the holding part on the inner sleeve and connected with a sealing cover, the expansion part is fixed on the air inlet pipe and is located in the inner sleeve, a plurality of first exhaust holes are formed in, a plurality of first liquid discharge holes are formed in the side wall of the outer sleeve, second liquid discharge holes matched with the first liquid discharge holes are formed in the inner sleeve, and through holes matched with the air inlet pipe are formed in the holding part, the inner sleeve and the sealing cover;
when air is introduced into the air inlet pipe, the expansion part expands and extrudes the liquid medicine in the liquid storage cavity, and meanwhile, the inner sleeve can move towards the holding part under the action of air pressure in the pressurization cavity until the first liquid discharge hole is aligned with the second liquid discharge hole to realize medicine application to an affected part.
Preferably, the holding part comprises a connecting seat and a grab handle, one end of the connecting seat is in threaded connection with the outer sleeve, the other end of the connecting seat is fixedly connected with the grab handle and is integrally formed, and the grab handle is of a tubular structure.
Preferably, the expansion part comprises two round supporting plates and a rubber sleeve connected between the two supporting plates, and the supporting plates are fixedly connected with the air inlet pipe.
Preferably, the air inlet pipe is further provided with a limiting part for limiting the inner sleeve, and the limiting part is located between the inner sleeve and the first exhaust hole.
Preferably, the limiting mechanism comprises a sliding rail arranged on the outer side wall of the inner sleeve and a sliding groove arranged on the inner wall of the outer sleeve, and the sliding rail is matched with the sliding groove and is arranged along the length direction of the outer sleeve.
Preferably, the sealing cover is provided with a liquid injection hole, and a sealing plug is connected in the liquid injection hole.
Preferably, the outer end of the air inlet pipe is connected with a connector, and the connector is externally connected with a hose.
Preferably, an annular sleeve is arranged on one side, located on the outer sleeve, of the connecting seat, and a spongy cushion is detachably connected in the annular sleeve.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the liquid storage cavity is isolated from the outside by adopting the design of the slidable inner sleeve and the expansion part matched with the slidable inner sleeve, the liquid discharge hole I, the liquid discharge hole II and the liquid storage cavity are communicated only during drug application, the backflow of liquid medicine or other liquid outside the outer sleeve is prevented, the liquid medicine cannot be polluted, and the safety is high.
(2) The inner sleeve slides and the expansion part is extruded simultaneously, so that the pesticide application speed is improved, and the integrated air inlet pipe and the detachable structural design are adopted, so that the pesticide spraying device can be repeatedly used, the cost is low, and the later maintenance is convenient.
(3) According to the invention, the expansion part is adopted to extrude the liquid storage cavity for drug delivery, the flexible rubber sleeve can well fill the whole liquid storage cavity, after drug delivery is finished, the residual amount of the liquid drug in the liquid storage cavity is less, and the utilization rate of the liquid drug is obviously improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a urethra medicine feeder comprises a holding part 1, an outer sleeve 2, an inner sleeve 3, an expansion part 4 and an air inlet pipe 5, wherein one end of the holding part 1 is fixedly connected with one end of the outer sleeve 2, the inner sleeve 3 is slidably connected in the outer sleeve 2, a limiting mechanism 6 for limiting the movement of the inner sleeve 3 along the length direction of the outer sleeve 2 is further arranged between the holding part 1 and the outer sleeve 2, a return spring 7 is sleeved between the inner sleeve 3 and the holding part 1, a pressurizing cavity 9 is left between the inner end of the inner sleeve 3 and the outer sleeve 2, the air inlet pipe 5 penetrates through the holding part 1 and the inner sleeve 3, the inner end of the air inlet pipe 5 is detachably connected to a connecting part 10 in the outer sleeve, an opening is arranged at one end of the holding part 1 on the inner sleeve 3 and is connected with a sealing cover 8, the expansion part 4 is fixed on the air inlet, be located and be equipped with two 12 in a plurality of exhaust holes on the intake pipe 5 in the extension portion 4, form a stock solution chamber 21 between extension portion 4 and the inner skleeve 3, be equipped with a plurality of outage 13 on the lateral wall of outer skleeve 2, be equipped with two 14 with one 13 complex outage on the inner skleeve 3, the portion of gripping 1, all be equipped with on inner skleeve 3 and the sealed lid 8 with intake pipe 5 complex perforating hole 15, closely cooperate similar to the piston between inner skleeve 3 and the outer skleeve 2, liquid can not take place to leak, inner skleeve 3, sealed lid 8, be closely cooperate similar to the piston between structures such as connecting seat 101 and the intake pipe 5, gas can not take place to leak, in order to improve the leakproofness: between the sealing cover 8 and the inner sleeve 3, between the connecting seat 101 and the outer sleeve 2;
when air is introduced into the air inlet pipe 5, the expansion part 4 expands and extrudes the liquid medicine in the liquid storage cavity 21, and meanwhile, the inner sleeve 3 can move towards the holding part 1 under the action of air pressure in the pressurization cavity 9 until the first liquid discharge hole 13 is aligned with the second liquid discharge hole 14 so as to realize the application to the affected part.
In this embodiment, the holding portion 1 includes a connecting seat 101 and a handle 102, one end of the connecting seat 101 is connected to the outer sleeve 2 by a screw, the other end is fixedly connected to the handle 102 and integrally formed, and the handle 102 is a tubular structure.
In this embodiment, the expansion part 4 comprises two circular support plates 401 and a rubber sleeve 402 connected between the two support plates 401, and the support plates 401 are fixedly connected with the air inlet pipe 5.
In this embodiment, the air inlet pipe 5 is further provided with a limiting portion 16 to limit the inner sleeve 3, and the limiting portion 16 is located between the inner sleeve 3 and the first exhaust hole 11.
In this embodiment, the limiting mechanism 6 includes a slide rail 61 disposed on an outer side wall of the inner sleeve 3 and a slide groove 62 disposed on an inner wall of the outer sleeve 2, and the slide rail 61 and the slide groove 62 are matched and disposed along a length direction of the outer sleeve 2.
In this embodiment, the sealing cover 8 is provided with a filling hole 17, and a sealing plug 18 is connected in the filling hole 17.
In this embodiment, the outer end of the air inlet pipe 5 is connected with a connector 19, the connector 19 is externally connected with a hose 20 for externally connecting an air source, and the connector 19 can realize the quick release of related components.
Because the liquid is difficult to be discharged and cleaned in the process of drug delivery, an annular sleeve 22 is arranged on one side of the outer sleeve 2 on the connecting seat 101, and a spongy cushion 23 is detachably connected in the annular sleeve 22. The sponge pad 23 can absorb this liquid to prevent the liquid from flowing out to the bed.
The working process and principle are as follows:
firstly, a certain amount of liquid medicine is injected into a liquid storage cavity 21 between the inner sleeve 3 and the expansion part 4 by virtue of the liquid injection hole 17, then the sealing plug 18 is installed, the air inlet pipe 5, the expansion part 4 and the inner sleeve 3 are integrally installed into the outer sleeve 2, the inner end of the air inlet pipe 5 is fixedly connected with the connecting part 10 in the outer sleeve 2, then the return spring 7 and the holding part 1 are installed, the child hose 20 is connected with the connector 19 at the outer end of the air inlet pipe 5, and then the hose 20 is connected to an air source.
Then, the product is sent to a proper position in the urethra of the patient by holding the holding part 1 with hands, and the first liquid discharge hole 13 and the second liquid discharge hole 14 are not aligned at the moment, so that the liquid storage cavity 21 is isolated from the external environment. Then, air is introduced into the air inlet pipe 5, the rubber sleeve 402 of the expansion part 4 begins to expand and extrude liquid medicine, meanwhile, the inner sleeve 3 can move towards the holding part 1 under the action of air pressure in the pressurization cavity 9, and due to the action of the limiting mechanism 6, the inner sleeve 3 cannot axially rotate until the first liquid discharge hole 13 and the second liquid discharge hole 14 are aligned to realize medicine application to an affected part, and the limiting is realized by means of the connecting seat 101, so that the movement is stopped. After the medicine is applied, the air source is cut off, the air in the expansion part 4 and the pressurizing cavity 9 is discharged, the expansion part 4 and the inner sleeve 3 are reset, the first liquid discharge hole 13 and the second liquid discharge hole 14 are separated again, liquid medicine and other liquid cannot flow back to the liquid storage cavity 21, and the liquid storage cavity 21 can be guaranteed from being polluted.
In the invention, a pressure gauge can be externally connected between the hose 20 and the air source, so that the air pressure condition can be observed conveniently, the injection pressure of the liquid medicine is in a reasonable range, and the patient can not be injured. Moreover, in order to reduce the uncomfortable influence of the product on the patient when the patient administers the medicine, the outer surface of the outer sleeve 2 can be made of skin-friendly materials or a silica gel sleeve is directly sleeved outside the outer surface of the outer sleeve, and the silica gel sleeve is provided with a hole matched with the second liquid discharge hole 14, so that the medicine can be smoothly administered and the silica gel sleeve is discarded after use.
The product of the invention can also be used for patients with urethral tumors and bladder tumors, and the chemotherapeutic drug is infused into the bladder or urethra by the product.
