Fig. 1 schematically shows a flow chart of a dishwasher drying control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the drying control method of the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes steps S11 to S14, as follows:
and S11, acquiring the current drying mode of the dishwasher.
The dish washing machine in the embodiment is a dish washing machine with a hot air drying function, and the dish washing machine has an independent drying function.
Specifically, the drying mode of the dishwasher may include a natural drying mode, a quick drying mode, and a separate drying mode. Before the dishwasher is started, an operation mode of the dishwasher, for example, only a rinsing mode, a rinsing mode + a natural drying mode, a rinsing mode + a rapid drying mode, an independent drying mode, etc., may be previously set. When the dishwasher sends a starting instruction, the starting instruction carries the working mode information of the dishwasher, and then the current drying mode of the dishwasher can be detected according to the working mode information.
And S12, if the drying mode is a preset independent drying mode, controlling the dishwasher to enter a heating and drying stage.
If the drying mode is a preset independent drying mode, hot washing is not needed before drying, and the heating and drying stage is directly started, so that water and electricity are saved.
S13, detecting the temperature of the inner cavity of the dishwasher in the heating and drying stage.
In this embodiment, the heating and drying stage, the air exit of dish washer is in the closed condition, guarantees the inner chamber temperature of dish washer for drying time and assurance drying temperature reduce dish washer drying time, and at the heating and drying in-process, real-time detection the inner chamber temperature of dish washer.
S14, when the temperature of the inner cavity of the dishwasher is higher than a preset temperature threshold value, controlling the dishwasher to enter an air supply and moisture removal stage until the humidity of the inner cavity of the dishwasher is lower than a preset humidity threshold value.
In this embodiment, when the heating and drying stage, when the inner chamber temperature of dish washer was higher than predetermined temperature threshold value, then think that the inner chamber of dish washer basically reaches dry requirement, at this moment, through opening the air exit of dish washer, carry out the hydrofuge of supplying air for the dish washer is dry, makes it accomplish dry control as early as possible, and reduces the inner chamber temperature of dish washer, and the user's tableware of being convenient for uses.
Wherein the preset temperature threshold is preferably 45-80 ℃.
In the embodiment, the air outlet of the dish washer is in an open state in the air supply and moisture removal stage, so that the evaporation of water can be accelerated, and the drying time of the dish washer is shortened.
According to the drying control method of the dish washing machine, the independent drying mode is preset, the dish washing machine does not need hot washing before drying control in the independent drying mode, the dish washing machine directly enters a heating and drying stage, and when the temperature of the inner cavity of the dish washing machine is higher than the preset temperature threshold value, the dish washing machine is controlled to supply air and discharge moisture in a heating state, and the drying control method of the dish washing machine can achieve a good drying effect on the premise of saving water and electricity; and because there is not hot washing before the independent drying, the dish washer can regard as the drying-machine to use to drying to the article that wets, food etc. applicable multiple stoving demand effectively promotes user and uses experience.
In a specific embodiment, the body part of dish washer includes air inlet device, air exit, ventilation valve, heating device and detection device, air inlet device, air exit all with dish washer inner chamber intercommunication, the ventilation valve set up in the dish washer inner chamber with between the air exit, heating device is used for the air current that hot drying stage produced air inlet device to heat, detection device is used for gathering the inner chamber temperature and the inner chamber humidity of dish washer, the controller respectively with air inlet device, ventilation valve, heating device and detection device are connected to realize dish washer drying control.
Wherein, the ventilation valve is a normally open valve.
In this embodiment, the controller is used for detecting the current drying mode of dish washer, if the drying mode is predetermined independent drying mode, then close set up in the ventilation valve between dish washer inner chamber and the air exit rather than the intercommunication to open with the air inlet unit of dish washer inner chamber intercommunication and with the heating device that air inlet unit corresponds makes the dish washer inner chamber continuously heat up the stoving, and is right the dish washer heats the stoving. In the heating and drying stage, a detection device collects the temperature of an inner cavity of the dish-washing machine and sends the temperature to a controller, when the temperature of the inner cavity of the dish-washing machine is increased to be higher than a preset temperature threshold value, a ventilation valve is opened, air supply and moisture removal are carried out on the dish-washing machine according to preset first moisture removal timing time, in the process, the heating device continues to heat, and an air inlet device continues to supply air so as to supply air and moisture removal to the dish-washing machine; in the air supply and moisture removal process, the humidity of the inner cavity of the dish washing machine is detected, when the humidity of the inner cavity of the dish washing machine is reduced to be lower than a preset temperature threshold value, the air inlet device and the heating device are closed, the program is finished, and accelerated time-saving drying is realized.
In this embodiment, detection device is including setting up in the temperature acquisition device and the humidity acquisition device of dish washer inner chamber, specifically can be temperature sensor and humidity transducer, and the temperature, the humidity that each stage was realized to the temperature acquisition device and the humidity acquisition device of accessible inner chamber detect.
The preset temperature threshold value and the first dehumidifying timing time interval are shown in the following table:
TABLE 1
Mode(s) Set temperature threshold T (. degree. C.) First humidity-removing timing time t (min)
Independent drying 45≤T1≤80 30≤t1≤180
Preferably, the finally set temperature threshold value T is 65 ℃ and the first dehumidifying timing time T is 60 min.
Preferably, the independent drying program can be added with the program aiming at the heat-labile tableware and objects, and the temperature is preferably set to be 55 ℃ and the drying time is preferably set to be 90 min.
Further, if the air supply and moisture removal time reaches the first moisture removal timing time, the humidity of the inner cavity of the dish washing machine is still higher than or equal to the humidity threshold value, the air supply and moisture removal is carried out on the dish washing machine again according to the preset second moisture removal timing time.
In this embodiment, if the air supply dehumidifying time reaches the first dehumidifying timing time, the humidity of the inner cavity of the dishwasher is still higher than or equal to the humidity threshold, so that the air supply dehumidifying time can be prolonged. The value interval of the second dehumidifying timing time may be: 30 t1 is less than or equal to 60, and the second dehumidifying timing time is preferably 30 min.
According to the drying control method of the dish washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, when independent drying is carried out, washing is not carried out, namely, the tableware is dried after being washed by hands, the tableware is not required to be dried by carrying out hot washing to improve the temperature of the tableware, the drying program directly supplies air to the inner cavity and heats the inner cavity by the heater, and the water consumption and the electric quantity consumed by the hot washing are saved.
In particular, the drying process does not require hot washing, so that the dishwasher provided by the invention can be used as a dryer, and can dry damp objects, food and the like.
