The working principle of the installation base is as follows: when the furniture lifting device is used, furniture to be displayed and transported is moved to the placing disc, the height of the piston push rod 7 is reduced until the two pressing disks 10 tightly contact the upper surface of the furniture, the furniture is fixed, the furniture is prevented from toppling in the transportation process, the pressing disks 10 are fixed on the cross rod 8 through the connecting rod 9, and the cross rod 8 is fixed on the piston push rod 7, so that the pressing disks 10 are driven to lift and lower by lifting and lowering the piston push rod 7; furniture is transported to a display place through a roller 4 arranged on a wheel seat 5, after the furniture reaches a position, the roller 4 is locked by using a brake block 3, the phenomenon that a base moves in the display process is avoided, then the height of a piston push rod 7 is adjusted to be larger than the height of the furniture, a second support steel frame 12 is lifted to the highest position through an oil cylinder 22, an oil pressure pump 19 provides power for the oil cylinder 22, two ends of the oil cylinder 22 are respectively connected to a first support steel frame 1 and a fixed rod 33, the oil cylinder 22 jacks up the fixed rod 33 and drives two first support rods 23 fixed on the fixed rod 33 to be lifted up, the first support rods 23 are connected with the second support rods 24 through first pin shafts 26 and simultaneously drive the second support rods 24 to be lifted up, the first support rods 23 and the second support steel frame 12 are jacked up together with the second support rods 24, in the jacking process, one end of each first support rod 23 slides along a first chute 27 through a first bearing 28 and a first rotating shaft 29, the second support rod 24 and the second rotating shaft 36 slide along the second sliding chute 34 through the second bearing 35, so as to drive the rotary table 14 to rise together, and the bottom of the furniture on the rotary table 14 can be displayed; the driving motor 18 drives the gear 16 on the output shaft to rotate, the gear 16 is meshed with the rack 17 and connected with the rack, the gear 16 drives the turntable 14 to rotate along the connecting shaft 15, the rotating turntable 14 drives the placing disc 37 fixed on the turntable 14 to rotate, and therefore furniture placed on the placing disc 37 is driven to slowly rotate and can be displayed at multiple angles.

1. The mounting base for furniture transportation display is characterized by comprising a first supporting steel frame (1), wherein caster plates (2) are fixedly mounted at positions, close to two ends, of the front surface and the rear surface of the first supporting steel frame (1), electric cylinders (6) are fixedly mounted on the upper surfaces of the two diagonal caster plates (2), piston push rods (7) extending out of the upper walls of the electric cylinders (6) are movably mounted inside the electric cylinders (6), transverse rods (8) are fixedly mounted at positions, close to the upper ends, of arc side surfaces of the piston push rods (7), one ends, far away from the piston push rods (7), of the arc side surfaces of the transverse rods (8) are fixedly mounted with connecting rods (9), and clamping discs (10) are fixedly mounted at the lower ends of the connecting rods (9);
second sliding grooves (34) are formed in the periphery of the inner wall of the first supporting steel frame (1), two first connecting seats (21) arranged in the width direction are fixedly mounted on the inner walls of the left side and the right side of each second sliding groove (34), oil cylinders (22) are rotatably mounted in the two first connecting seats (21) on the left side, connectors (20) inserted into the first connecting seats (21) are fixedly mounted at the lower ends of the oil cylinders (22), first supporting rods (23) are rotatably mounted in the two first connecting seats (21) on the right side, and fixing rods (33) are fixedly mounted between the two first supporting rods (23) at positions far away from the first supporting steel frame (1);
a second supporting steel frame (12) is movably mounted above the first supporting steel frame (1), first sliding grooves (27) are formed in the periphery of the inner wall of the second supporting steel frame (12), two second connecting seats (25) arranged in the width direction are fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the right side of each first sliding groove (27), second supporting rods (24) are rotatably mounted inside the two second connecting seats (25), and second rotating shafts (36) are rotatably mounted at one ends, far away from the second connecting seats (25), of the two second supporting rods (24);
the upper end fixed mounting that the second supported steelframe (12) has the support flat board (13), the lower fixed surface who supports flat board (13) installs driving motor (18), the output shaft of driving motor (18) runs through and supports flat board (13) fixed mounting and have gear (16), the upper surface central point who supports flat board (13) puts fixed mounting and has connecting axle (15), the circular arc side of connecting axle (15) rotates and installs carousel (14), the circular arc side fixed mounting of carousel (14) has rack (17).

The mounting base for furniture transportation display according to claim 1, characterized in that the effective height of the piston push rod (7) is in the range of 0.5-3.5m, the rack (17) and the gear (16) are in meshed connection, and the upper surface of the rotary disc (14) is fixedly provided with a placing disc (37).

The mounting base for furniture transportation display as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower surface of the caster plate (2) is fixedly provided with a caster seat (5), the inner wall of the caster seat (5) is rotatably provided with a roller (4), and the position of the inner wall of the top end of the caster seat (5) close to one end is movably provided with a brake pad (3).

The mounting base for furniture transportation display as claimed in claim 1, wherein two third connecting seats (32) aligned with the left first connecting seats (21) are fixedly installed on one side surface of the fixing rod (33) close to the cylinder (22), the pin seat (30) inserted into the third connecting seat (32) is fixedly installed on the upper end of the cylinder (22), and a second pin shaft (31) penetrates through the middle of the contact position between the third connecting seat (32) and the pin seat (30).

The mounting base for furniture transportation display as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ends of the arc-shaped side surfaces of the two second rotating shafts (36) far away from the second supporting rod (24) are rotatably provided with second bearings (35), the two second bearings (35) are respectively arranged in the front and rear inner walls of the second sliding chute (34), the ends of the two first supporting rods (23) near the oil cylinder (22) are rotatably provided with first rotating shafts (29), the ends of the arc-shaped side surfaces of the two first rotating shafts (29) far away from the first supporting rod (23) are rotatably provided with first bearings (28), the two first bearings (28) are respectively arranged in the front and rear inner walls of the second supporting steel frame (12), and a first pin shaft (26) is inserted between the adjacent first supporting rod (23) and the second supporting rod (24).

The mounting base for furniture transportation display according to claim 1, wherein an oil pressure pump (19) is fixedly mounted on one side of the lower surface of the support plate (13) close to the driving motor (18), and an electric control box (11) is fixedly mounted on the position of the upper surface of the first support steel frame (1) close to one end.
7. A method of using a mounting base for furniture transport display, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: according to the height of furniture, firstly, an electric cylinder (6) is controlled by an electric control box (11) to adjust the preset height of a piston push rod (7), the height of the piston push rod (7) is guaranteed to be not less than the height of the furniture, then a second supporting steel frame (12) is lowered to the lowest point, the furniture needing to be displayed and transported is moved to a placing disc (37), then the height of the piston push rod (7) is lowered until two pressing discs (10) tightly contact the upper surface of the furniture, and the furniture is fixed;
step two: furniture is transported to a display place through a roller (4) arranged on a wheel seat (5), after the furniture reaches a position, the roller (4) is locked by using a brake block (3), then the height of a piston push rod (7) is adjusted to be larger than the height of the furniture, a second supporting steel frame (12) is lifted to the highest position through an oil cylinder (22), an oil pressure pump (19) provides power for the oil cylinder (22), two ends of the oil cylinder (22) are respectively connected to a first supporting steel frame (1) and a fixed rod (33), the oil cylinder (22) jacks up the fixed rod (33) and simultaneously drives two first supporting rods (23) fixed on the fixed rod (33) to be lifted up, the first supporting rods (23) are connected with the second supporting rods (24) through first pin shafts (26) and simultaneously drive the second supporting rods (24) to be lifted up, the first supporting rods (23) and the second supporting rods (24) together jack up the second supporting steel frame (12), in the jacking process, one end of the first support rod (23) slides along the first sliding chute (27) through the first bearing (28) and the first rotating shaft (29), and the second support rod (24) slides along the second sliding chute (34) through the second bearing (35) and the second rotating shaft (36), so that the rotary table (14) is driven to lift together;
step three: the driving motor (18) is started, the driving motor (18) drives the gear (16) on the output shaft to rotate, the gear (16) is meshed with the rack (17) and connected with the rack, the gear (16) drives the turntable (14) to rotate along the connecting shaft (15), the rotating turntable (14) drives the placing disc (37) fixed on the turntable (14) to rotate, and therefore furniture on the placing disc (37) is driven to rotate slowly.
