The powder spraying tower for fine processing of chicken bouquet is characterized by comprising a powder spraying tower (1), wherein the powder spraying tower (1) comprises an essential oil temporary storage chamber (2), a heating chamber (3) and a powder hopper (4), the essential oil temporary storage chamber (2) is arranged at the top in the powder spraying tower (1), the heating chamber (3) is arranged on one side of the essential oil temporary storage chamber (2), the powder hopper (4) is arranged at the bottommost part in the powder spraying tower (1), a motor (5) is arranged on one side of the top of the powder spraying tower (1), the output end of the motor (5) is connected with an output shaft (6), the other end of the output shaft (6) is introduced into the essential oil temporary storage chamber (2), a main bevel gear (7) is installed at the other end of the output shaft (6), the end of the other end of the output shaft (6) is connected with a rotating disc (12), a fixed disc (14) is arranged at the bottom of the rotating disc (12), the fixed disk (14) and the essential oil temporary storage chamber (2) are integrated, the rotating disk (12) and the fixed disk (14) are tightly attached, the rotating disk (12) and the fixed disk (14) are provided with a plurality of corresponding micro through holes (13), one side of the main bevel gear (7) is provided with a first bevel gear (8), the first bevel gear (8) is vertical to and meshed with the main bevel gear (7), the other end surface of the first bevel gear (8) is connected with a rotating shaft (9), the other end of the rotating shaft (9) is movably connected with the inner wall of the essential oil temporary storage chamber (2) through a bearing seat (11), a plurality of stirring rods (10) are installed on the rotating shaft (9), the other side of the main bevel gear (7) is provided with a second bevel gear (15), and the second bevel gear (15) is also vertical to and meshed with the main bevel gear (7), be connected with first bull stick (16) on the other terminal surface of second bevel gear (15), the other end of first bull stick (16) accesss to outside essential oil temporary storage room (2), install first belt pulley (17) on the other end of first bull stick (16), the outer one side of spray tower (1) is provided with second bull stick (18), install second belt pulley (19) on second bull stick (18), first belt pulley (17) with tensioning has belt (20) between second belt pulley (19), the other end of second bull stick (18) lets in spray tower (1), the other end of second bull stick (18) is connected with a plurality of scraper blade (21).

The powder spraying tower for finishing the chicken flavor as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of groups of electric heating wires (23) are arranged in the heating chamber (3), a placing plate (24) is arranged on one side of the heating chamber (3), a blower (25) is mounted on the placing plate (24), and an air inlet pipe (26) is communicated between the blower (25) and the heating chamber (3).

The powder spraying tower for finely processing the chicken flavor as claimed in claim 2, wherein an air outlet pipe (27) is connected to the other end of the air blower (25), a connecting pipe (28) is vertically connected to the other end of the air outlet pipe (27), a plurality of air outlets (29) are connected to the other end surface of the connecting pipe (28), and the other ends of the air outlets (29) are close to the fixed disk (14).

The powder spraying tower for fine processing of chicken flavor as claimed in claim 1, wherein a supporting plate (30) is arranged at the bottom of the powder spraying tower (1), a vertical plate (31) is fixedly connected to one side of the supporting plate (30), and one ends of the first rotating rod (16) and the second rotating rod (18) are movably connected with the vertical plate (31) through a bearing seat (11).

The powder spraying tower for fine processing of chicken flavor as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein the first rotating rod (16) and the second rotating rod (18) are respectively provided with a sealing ring (22) at the junction with the inner wall of the essential oil temporary storage chamber (2) and the inner wall of the powder spraying tower (1).
